Okay let's get back to posting some art again!

Working on a very self indulgent fantasy noir themed story, it's about several fantasy 1920's themed cities that are all ran by mafia type "kings" and "queens" and who are headed by one overall "king" known as the Don.

I decided to make a few fantasy races of my own within the story as well. It mainly started as one of those arranged marriage mafia stories but I wanted to add a fantasy element and got carried away.

Anyway! Here is the female lead, she is a pixie and the daughter of the Don.

Constance for the character ask thing?

This took forever but I had fun!

•Favorite thing about them:

I like her design! She's gorgeous and I love how smug she looks in her wedding pictures.

• Least favorite thing about them:

I don't like how a lot of media she's in depicts her as a very one dimensional, shallow character. Writing her as a villain is fine, just make her more interesting! I understand you can't give a character in a 13 minute dark ride much development so this complaint can really go for any character but everything about the mansion is supposed to be up for interpretation so I really think some people should try developing Cosntance (and other characters) further. Although I have come across HM media that depicts all the characters wonderfully. (Mostly fanfiction but honestly most fanfiction I've read is better than the more official HM media)

•Favorite Line:

I like all the puns in her dialogue. It's great.

•OTP

I high-key ship her with Melanie. Like I'm sorry but I'm a sucker for the "angry tough character gets softened by love" i don't care how cheesy and cliche it is and I honestly think she would just adore her. I could go on for hours.

•nOTP: I've seen people ship Constance and Phantom and just,,, no. I mean you do you (as long as it's not harmful) but, yeah no thanks I'm good.

•Random Headcanon:

I like to think that she can play the piano and kicks the shadow pianist guy off on occasion so she can play the piano every once and a while. I also like to think that she puts food out for stray cats that live near the mansion and occasionally takes one inside (much to the dismay of other residents of the mansion)

•Unpopular Opinion

I'm not sure if this counts as unpopular but I do think that she is capable of genuinely loving other people

I may or may not have an entire playlist on spotify dedicated to her but one of the main songs I associate her with is Honey by The Hush Sound, I'm not really sure why because the lyrics don't really apply to her I guess it just gives me a Vibe™

A lonely Valentine

I had planned to post the next part of Emily’s story- HOWEVER, Emily’s story is tragic and it’s meant to be tragic since it ties into William using his power over the mansion and how long Emily has been without her memories. But I’ve gotten to the climax for Mr. Topper in her story and I’ve bonded with them for so long I’m having trouble pushing through the writing, I know this is gonna hurt but I just have to force my way through it. So here is a sad lil valentine for Emily and Mr. Topper, and a reminder that (as of current) Emily thinks Mr. Topper isn’t part of the haunted mansion, she is truly alone.
