POV: werewolf won’t tell you who he is in real life cuz he thinks he’s boring. You hide said werewolf in your apartment one night and wake up to find the cute barista from a few towns over naked and asleep on your floor. He’s still about half feral, and hasn’t been able to kiss properly yet cuz EVEN THOUGH he’s got a man’s body in were!form that’s probably good for most things (wink wonk), his wolfy face ain’t so good for smooching you. So in this moment, maybe you’re both a little feral.

The first rule of my job is not to get star-struck, and that’s a rule I follow very well. Mostly cos I couldn’t care less. I don’t care about TV shows, or movies, or celebs. I don’t recognize half of them half the time anyway. I’m sure I’ve put a body mic on someone you’d go gaga for, but I can’t be bothered to remember names. Except for one. And now that one is going to be here in five hours or so. And I’m brimming with nerves.

if i had a nickel for every time i read a story featuring someone who made a supernatural podcast with a pun as the title meeting one of their biggest fans by coincidence and realising they'd actually been neighbours throughout their childhood while the fan realises the podcast and the creator's life are far more similar than one would expect i'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice

My favorite type of media is that niche genre that's basically Slice of Life + The Horrors, in which the characters consist of Just Some Guy™ and a bunch of people just trying to live their lives and one or more of them just happen to be some weird supernatural creature. Hijinks ensue.

Our stories aren’t the same, but maybe we can understand eachother regardless.

Here it is! Oh my goodness this took FOREVER but I’m really happy with the result (especially the cover!) I wanted to make a small comic exploring John’s boundaries and baby steps in trust and comfort, Caro’s transition, and how much things have changed in the many years they were apart before reconnecting. There’s always going to be new things when there’s almost a decade between the last time you saw someone. For some reason I decided it needed to be full color. Anyway enjoy this tender moment disguised as a thirst trap. ✨

I think this little life snippet stands alone, but of course if you want to know more about them, they are side characters in my webcomic Seemingly Dark, and the mains in my webcomic Mil-Liminal, both can be read on Webtoon and Tapas.
