went into a wine shop the other day to buy pasta and they did not have pasta but they were doing a wine tasting so i thought what the hell. and got to chatting with the other woman there because we had both just come from the library and were comparing our books and sipping wine and turns out we’re both teachers so we got on the topic of phones in classrooms—and the guy pouring our wine was like ‘that’s actually a point of contention in one of my divorces right now.’

and i very delicately said ‘one of your divorces?’ and his eyes got really big and he said I’M A PARALEGAL

slow down for your disabled friends. thats like a bare minimum kindness that we shouldnt have to ask for. i love that youre so quirky and walking fast is a cool personality trait to you and all that but i bet you can count your physically disabled friends on less than one hand

i think we should remind musicians they can absolutely make up little stories for their songs btw. it doesn’t have to be about them at all. you can invent a guy and put him in situations to music. time honoured tradition in fact.

I still remember our first trip to Berlin, when we found a gothic store on Warschauer Strasse, I remember watching you try on corsets, while a cover of “Dead Souls” from The Crow soundtrack was playing in the background.

I can't forgive myself for our separation and the fact that I wasn't there to protect you from what has happened.

I can't accept the fact that we will never meet again, at least not in this lifetime.

“Fun” fact I was at a funeral of a distant relative in a church and the bells started playing when they took the coffin out which is quite normal, so nobody paid it any mind, and then the priest came out looking shooketh and announced that the bells were playing cause the Pope just died. I’m sorry but that was one of the funniest thing that ever happened.
