To all of the gender/pronoun hoarders out there, you are soso valid and there will always be a safe space for you.

You shouldn't need a reason other than "it suits me" or "I think its cool" to identify with or use a certain gender or neopronouns.

The idea of xenos and neopronouns were created for those who don't identify with conventional labels and prefer to have identities that speak to them. You shouldn't have to apologize for being the authentic and amazing person you are.

So go crazy! Put those noun/nounself pronouns in your bio ! Use whatever xenogenders you always wanted to !! Whose gonna stop you ?

not only do i love little knick-knacks to put around my room but i am an absolute SUCKER for glow in the dark knick-knacks and such. i have glow in the dark dice and a glow in the dark tumbler cup and some bracelets and at night when they glow i just lie in bed and think neat

it is SO much easier for me to get rid of things if i'm giving them to someone specific

a lot of things i hang onto because i'm attached to them aesthetically, or i'm vaguely sentimental about them but not enough to really make them part of my present-day life, or i just feel like they're valuable (mostly in a practical/functional way, not often in a monetary way but sometimes) but then i don't actually use them or look at them very much due to [gesturing at brain]. when it comes time to clean out, the thought of just donating them to a thrift store that will mark them up or even potentially throw them away makes it hard to let go of them! i can do it with things i don't care about, i donate a lot (as an avid thrifter myself) but there's certain things i don't want to do that with

& theoretically i should be posting all the time in my local Buy Nothing group but i am beyond tired of the flakiness & pettiness, it's just full up with middle-aged cis straight white women who will never pick anything up from you & then throw a fit about being "passed over" for other items. somebody made a local queer-specific one but it's (of course) mostly folks who don't live up in the sticks & don't drive so it would be on me to deliver stuff. sometimes i do for really good shit, i was thinking i might do that with one of my guitars soon. but for smaller stuff that's a big hassle

i wish there was like. a regular free swap meet-up or something. i love to SEE someone get excited about finding/receiving a thing! a month ago i brought a bunch of old barely-used sketchbooks & notebooks to Zine Club at the library & got to see a group of 10-year-olds go absolutely wild, i'm about to do it again tomorrow. if i know something is gonna be loved/used i'm so much more ready to part with it!! idk if this is a personification-of-objects thing or if i'm just craving the dopamine of gift-giving or what

see that's the thing. There isn't a wild adventure to get back home, and trying to force a scenario just to have something to make a drabble out of wouldn't be enjoyable for me,, i think this might just be a situation where there's no drabble to be written

it's sort of a "kill your darlings" type thing... my mom writes for a living and I've seen her cut out whole chapters while editing because the events in them work just as well being summarized in the next one. it's taught me a lot I think, lol

sometimes there's just not enough meat for a full narrative, and that's alright

think i am gonna name my dragons kismet. bailey suggested it right away but i was like "eh." usually if i have to name my companions i wait for a name to jump out at me, but kismet is sort of growing on me

bit of a shame i cant really use "star" with it. starkismet and kismetstar dont sound super great but maybe i'll change it at some point

i do still like xīngzhăo but i think kismet fits better & with "kismet" there isnt really a weird grey area of "is this Fine?"
