Just realizing that MHA 415 seems to re-use panels from 412 for the evacuation center crowd shots. That means Eri & Ectoplasm are in the same location as Mitsuki, Masaru, and Inko.

You know what I want? Just a panel of Mama Inko and Mama Mitsuki holding on to each other as they’re watching their boys on TV and Papa Masaru looking on the verge of passing out from stress

i have a headcanon that mitsuki has a soft spot for izuku because of a similiarity they have,

So I officially have the perfect reason for why Izuku would willingly travel through time if he ever got the opportunity to do so and if it was ever possible.

All Might merchandise he missed out on because he was either too young or not even born yet

i just had the realization that almost every character who has a mother we've seen has looked very similar to their mother, and don't look much like their fathers (if they're seen)

an obvious example of this is the Bakugous, Katsuki's hairstyle is like his dad's but that's about it

and then the Midoriyas; we don't have Hisashi so we can only compare him to Inko but it doesn't matter

with the Urarakas it seems like Ochaco didn't get anything from her dad

with the Jirous, it's hard to tell with no good color shots of her mom (hence the 2 pics of her), but it looks like Kyouka might have gotten her eye shape from her dad. everything else is her mom's though

and now the Asui family. you can see Tsuyu and her siblings are all the same level of frog-ish as their mom, while their dad is more toady

i saved the Todorokis for last bc they are the most diverse! at first glance, they look like their mom. Natsuo is the most like his dad, but he gets his mom's hair/eye color. Touya has his dad's hair/eye color but his mom's eye shape. (he looks more like his mom after his hair turns white). besides the red streaks and glasses, Fuyumi looks just like her mom. Shouto (obviously) has the color split, but his eye shape is like his dad's. however, all but Natsuo have their mom's general body type.

(I used younger pictures of Touya because Dabi is too crispy to look anything like his parents lmao)

I think everyone else has no (shown) parents. interesting, huh? I wonder if Horikoshi is aware that he does this. it would be interesting to know if he has a closer relationship with his mother than his father, and his subconscious is showing through into his work...

In a scale of one to ten how much do Bakugou parents love Izuku?

eleven, they love him so much, mitsuki takes him shopping and out for food, he plays chess with masaru over the phones, they buy him all might merch and give him clothes and stuff for his birthday even after he has a falling out with bakugou, they love him like he’s part of the family

imagine fem deku on ‘say yes to the dress’ and she takes inko, mitsuki, and masaru to go wedding dress shopping with her for her’s and katsuki’s wedding 💍🤍

I actually seen one episode of that show! Just one!

I can imagine Inko and Mitsuki actually agreeing on dresses like "That one is very pretty! Oh, has a nice shape to it!" You would expect them to argue but they both just want Izuku happy. Meanwhile Masaru is just there as moral and emotional support.

wow, so yesterday i was so happy freaking out because they animated mitsuki and inko that i hadn’t really put that much attention to how tired and stressed out they both look

like i can 100% understand inko looking tired like she hasn’t slept for the last 3+ days because she’s always been very worried about izuku starting from the sports festival back in S2 that and because we seen her crying multiple times along with izuku of course

but to see mitsuki looking this tired is quite astonishing to me considering that mitsuki and katsuki are quite similar in their fiery personalities/spirit and yes she is a mom at the end of the day like inko and every other parent out there who worries about her only child, her only son. but the times we seen mitsuki which i believe is two other times she’s always looked calm collected not tired at all, but here she looks absolutely tired and i can’t help but wonder how masaru looks. because masaru as a husband and father he is supposed to be strong and keep a levelheaded but you have to remember masaru is quite like inko from what we seen so i can’t help but imagine that he doesn’t look tired yet has to comfort mitsuki at the same time

MHA Family hcs part 1.

Part 2

Characters: Midoriya, Bakugou, Aizawa

Warnings: Angst, Alcoholism, Abuse, Homophobia, the F slur, getting kicked out, bullying, death

Midoriya

This family has always been a little rocky

Inko had Mitsuki and Masaru to help support her and izuku

I personally think that Hisashi was abusive and an alcoholic soooooo yeah

When Izuku was really little he'd be away for long periods of time, most of the time coming back drunk

But when he started to get more physically abusive Mitsuki had to step in

She practically kicked him out herself

The Midoriyas and the Bakugous have always had some sort of connection

I hc that Inko and Mitsuki met in middle school, Mitsuki bullying Inko for her quirk and basic style (not to the extent of Katsuki and Izuku.. Sheesh)

In highschool the two actually started to hang out after being assigned partners for a class and they just... Clicked.

Inko met Hisashi in highschool as well (probably so she could "fix him") and they ended up being pretty on and off

That was until the pregnancy

It never crossed his mind that he would actually have to stick around until the third trimester

He got a stable job but when little Izuku showed up he couldn't take it

So he faked that he could

Eventually that got taken out on Inko

But ever since then the Midoriyas and the Bakugous have been one big family

Holidays were spent together

Mitsuki always felt bad but the past is in the past so she can't change anything

Bakugou

As said before Mitsuki and Inko met in middle school

But Mitsuki also met Masaru then too

You know the saying "The way to a mans heart is through his stomach"

How they fell in love is kinda like that

Masaru said something about studying for the exam coming up and she just "Well then you should come over to my house!"

So the next day they study at her house

And when lunch comes around she offers to make lunch

After it's close to failing Masaru steps in, of course not without objection from Mitsuki

And after that it's history

Then when little katsuki's on the way it's "Let's fuckin' get married"

Both Mitsuki and Masaru spoiled him

Especially after getting his quirk

And they never thought to go "hey, don't make fun of kids who aren't as powerful as you."

Aizawa

I'm sorry, did someone say something about not wanting angst? Cause I didn't hear you.

Shouta was always a somewhat sheltered kid

Like Izuku, I hc his dad to be an alcoholic, as well as a toxic christian

On the other hand his mother was gentle, caring and supportive

Even though she knew how his father could get, she always thought that if she was on her own with a kid it'd be worse

Take note of the past-tense

She died from a car accident when he was twelve

He was at home alone at the time

I'm gonna start crying

Since then he wanted to be a hero, prove his father wrong, prove everyone wrong

But after the death of his mother, his father took up drinking more often and started to abuse Shouta more often than ever before

When he was old enough to register to UA he did

After getting third place in the sports festival he transferred to class 2-A

The first person he met was Shirakumo Oboro, along with his best friend Yamada Hizashi

They even started inviting him to eat lunch with them on the roof.

After a few months Shouta had invited Hizashi to his house, when he thought his dad wouldn't be home

After some talking, laughing and just generally enjoying his company he leaned in and kissed him

Much to his suprise the blond kissed him back

But then his dad opened the door

Screaming about how he wasn't raising a f@ggot

About a month later Shouta ran away to Hizashi's house

When the cops got there Hizashi's mother tried talking sense into Shouta's father but all he did was scream that if she wanted to raise a f@g she could have another one

From then until both the boys graduated from UA Shouta lived with the Yamadas

In this I wanted to include Mic/Hizashi and the Iidas but it ended up taking longer than I thought.

Chapter 51

We're finally here. The Last Chapter. See the end notes inside for information on my future plans for this au.

The title page for this chapter was done traditionally instead of digitally. It's a redrawing of the first canon bnha cover but VATER. I actually drew it months ago and I've been saving it since then.

Summary:

The Real Truth: Izuku has to find a way to reform The Organization. He doesn't know how. Katsuki and Himiko might be willing to help, but they have goals and ideas of their own too. Denki and Tooru make a discovery. Izuku needs allies, and he's going to need time to make them.

The Lies it Reveals: The Organization is corrupt. Everything Izuku, Katsuki, and Himiko ever thought they knew about it was a lie. They're left with nothing but questions about their upbringing, their purpose, and everything they've ever known. Together, they'll have to struggle through the aftermath, but first they need time to come to terms with their new knowledge.

Extra: Amajiki receives a strange note in his locker. Denki and Tooru get invited on a first circle patrol. Denki hacks into Organization cameras. Tooru connects dots. Izuku and Katsuki move into the dorms. Himiko gets ready to find the rest of the League again. Hisashi and Inko make a decision. Izuku stays up late and gets to work.

Something in the back of his head watches him.
