love is fruitless with gojo satoru.

he’s attractive enough - shiny grey-blue eyes, tall, tan: the whole shebang and it’s no wonder that girls fall at his feet for a single chance to bed the man. and, in a twist of fate: when a lucky girl gets to have gojo in her room, she’s met with the night of her life before he slips into the night, inconsequential and cold to the world - as if he hadn’t ran his hands on her naked body.

that being said, once you get to know him, you come to realise it is virtually impossible to be around gojo without wanting to pull your hair out. you once told him that you couldn’t be around him without feeling the urge to pull out handfuls of your hair. he laughed at that; bandage crinkling across his eyes and rows of bright teeth blaring haughtily at you.

even at moments that would require some warmth and thought-provoking soul searching, he’d look at you with the same expression he always gives - one of faux joyousness and a chastising turn of his lips poking fun at you because you felt something that happened to be the antithesis to what he’s feeling… if gojo could actually feel anything at all - given how he presents himself. how could you ever enjoy the presence of someone like that?

“what do you think of gojo, y/n-san?” asks utahime across the chabudai and you snicker, the sourness noticeable even in the tone of your laughter - if you could even call it that - ‘laughing.’

“arrogant. egotistical. one track minded. sometimes i want to wring my hands around his neck to get him to be quiet but-” (utahime giggles slightly at your words and you beam a little - only a little).

“it’s not fair to speak about someone when they’re not here to defend themselves,” interjects a voice and you can practically hear the pout in his tone.

“who said i was being fair?” you hum, a sip of ginger and lemon tea running past your lips and it does little to satiate the rumble in your gut and the rise of acrid bile in your throat. damn you, acid reflux.

“well, if we’re being unfair to each other, i think utahime should ask me what i think about you,” says gojo pointedly and he sits cross legged at the low table - raising what seems to be a brow under his many layers of bandages.

“for your information, we were not playing a game-”

“no, you can go on and ask him, utahime. i’m a big girl. i can take it.” you narrow your eyes at the white haired man when you say that and it’s somewhat laughable that even though he’s sat down, at your level, gojo is ridiculously too statuesque to look right at you - prompting what you can feel is a fiery blush erupt on your cheeks when he leans down. you want to kill him so badly. just who does he think he is?

“um… o-ok, if that’s alright with you then… what do you think of y/n, gojo?”

a beat passes and you hold down a swallow, a gulp, at the silence that ruminates the staff room. gojo looks away, as if in deep thought and you roll your eyes at the over the top act.

the man leans down again, elbows on the chabudai, “i think y/n is afraid. constantly running from anything that invokes even the slightest bit of fear and feeling in her bones,” and utahime chokes in disbelief, shaking the palpable heavy tension in the room.

“i don’t think i’ve ever met a jujutsu sorcerer with traits as undesirable as those- i mean, have you, utahime? talk about a red herring.”

another beat passes and you haven’t said a word; if the furrowing of your eyebrows and embittered scowl on your lips was anything short of an answer, though, then gojo had definitely hit a nerve.

unfortunately for utahime, if gojo goes low, you simply go lower.

“huh. maybe you think you’re right about me, gojo…” and he smirks, victorious in this little dance that you’re both caught up in - with utahime caught in the superfluous torrent of it all and you let a moment pass, you let gojo believe he’s won before you continue, “but it actually couldn’t be further from the truth. at least i’m deliberate about what i let others perceive about me. you want to know what i really think of gojo satoru? i think ‘how can someone as powerful and omnipotent as you be so unimaginative… so boring and so miserably orchestrated?’”

you look down at your hands, playing with the rings on your fingers and wanting to avoid the looks of the other two heads in the room, shaking in belligerent disgust and just second hand audacity.

“above all, though… gojo satoru is all too obvious yet not at the same time. it becomes neither cool or interesting when you pretend to be some suave and sexy man who strolls through life. no one knows gojo better than he knows himself and he knows that every night, when the capes and the glasses and the- the fucking bandages come off, all what stares back at him is what he attempts to hide and that’s when he really starts to feel. in the four walls of his empty room with empty eyes staring back.”

you finally look back up to see a pair of disbelieving eyes staring back at you and you can feel another boring into your soul. the bile sits at the back of your throat again and a pang knocks at the edge of your heart.

“i may be scared but you’re terrified and you go about your life like you’re not constantly thinking - worrying. if my problem is that i don’t let myself feel enough then, gojo, yours is that you pretend to feel and act superior to us normal people because you’re a fraud.”

you’re panting - breathless - by the end of it and your eyes widen, burning and brimming at the implication of what you’ve just said. your hands are clammy and the burning - the sourness starts to grow all over again. you can’t bear to look at gojo for even a second before stumbling from under the seat and storming out of the room.

consequently, that evening after the whole debacle, with gojo sporting a frown that didn’t curl up once even in the company of his students, does gojo let himself feel something. and it feels pretty damn good.

he just wishes that it hadn’t come from you of all people.

Haikyuu siblings pt.1

Miwa and Tobio

-they have a decent age gap so they weren't always the closest, especially since Tobio was so close with their Grandpa

-Miwa, like any good older sister, dressed Tobio up like her personal doll as a kid and he still goes to her when he needs to look nice for something and can't choose what to wear.

-when Tobio gets older(about high school) they get closer, but it's still super awkward. That is until Tobio complains about Oikawa in front of her. Both of them are natural-born haters and bond over shit-talking literally anyone who breathes at them wrong.

-When Tobio comes out to her they start regularly gossiping about crushes and past relationships. ("Your libero flirted with me today" "Ew" "Ikr, I thought he was gay" "I think he's bi. He's always ogling our ace" "The one with the good hair?" "mmhm")

-Both of them would rather die than admit that they like or enjoy the other one's company. But Miwa is always the first to call Tobio after they finish a match to see how it went.

-When he was in Italy, Tobio called Miwa one night, almost in hysterics, because of all the stress and anxiety. Miwa tried to book a flight to Italy for the next morning and Tobio had to convince her not to. She still refuses to admit that she was actually concerned for him. But both of them know that they would do anything for the other.

adlers trio shenanigans pt.2

this trio consist of : kageyama, ushijima and hoshiumi

because of popular demands on their tiktok account, they started a youtube channel

some of their videos are : “moving out”, “learning how to do ballet”, “daily vlogs” or “going clubbing”

for april fools, they published a video called “schweiden adlers secret training plan” and it was just a clip of them looking though the camera with no emotion

i feel like they started doing some pranks to their team because why tf would they suspect tobio and wakatoshi

they also started to do pranks on other teams during competitions

they put vodka in someone water bottle during a practice (official match they are rule follower for volleyball)

switched out nicollas (nico’s) uniform shorts for some comically small ones those brazilian cheeks will never get in those

they deactivated the MSBY 4 hotel room cards with a magnet so they were locked out of their room after a convention

sometimes when only one person (atsumu) is looking at them, they’ll start doing random shit like dabbing and other stuff

the whole adlers team have weekly supper

they are usually hosted by Romero (he ends up quite frequently dancing on a table… completely drunk) ((one time ushijima joined him and they nearly fell off))

the whole team also ABSOLUTELY baby Kageyama because he’s the youngest, he kinda loves it

that man always get a lil more of extra food, people will help him carry his bags (not that he needs it) when leaving for a match aboard, he gets head pats

they call tobio baby and toshi big guy , for kōrai, he gets a bunch of different one depending on his mood

they started calling them like that because they heard Miwa and they liked it sm the team stole it from her

I need to get popular within the jujutsu kaisen community for one thing and one thing only and that is to spread my Gojo is kasumi’s cool Uncle figure agenda. there is 0 evidence to back this up but it’s real to me and that’s what’s important. He brings her cool souvenirs from random places he visits. they light illegal fireworks for New Years. The principle groans everytime he comes by but he’s the cool uncle so it just makes him look cooler. He teaches her how to cheat at carnival games.

One time Megumi asks if he’s training Kasumi and he tells him yeah for sure, you can come watch some time if you’d like. And Megumi goes to see this (implied) jujutsu training and Gojo’s just teaching her how to fish. He floats on the water cause he’s the cool uncle. They also play catch and practice baseball sometimes. She’s a real pro these days

She uses new lingo that he pretends to understand and then has to come ask Megumi to explain what based means so he doesn’t look like a loser (he is the COOL uncle… he gets what the kids are saying these days…)

He does do jujutsu training with her but it’s the ultimate battle between being a good trainer (making sure they work around the clock to create consist improvement in her strength) Vs being the coolest uncle (but she wanted to go try the new bubble tea place just outside of town and who is he if not the coolest uncle around to go get her some. Maybe they can cut it by five minutes…)

Miwa and Mai have friends tattoos (this sun behind the cloud on Miwa's forearm, Mai has a cloud with rain in the same place). Nishimiya doesn't like idea of having a tattoo on her body, so Mai draws emoji with rainbow on her forearm with colored gel pens for photos every time)

Todo knows how to weave braids. Once he braided Kasumi's long hair into fishnet braids (popular in 2014). What if he had a free head for hairdressing experiments in the person of Yuki Tsukumo, I think it's funny enough

Arata loves hedgehogs, he throws videos with them to Nobara, even more often than some memes understandable only to him (Kugisaki with a satisfied smile pokes his finger at the phone screen in front of Megumi's face and says look, it's you when Yuuji is not around! But here when Yuuji is in your field of vision! Yuuji : Did someone call me?

Noritoshi likes to look at street cats. Miwa finds it endearing since she once had the opportunity to see Noritoshi sitting alone on a terrace in the backyard of their student dormitory, stroking an incredibly gentle cat on his lap. he looked relaxed. Miwa smiled. She had never seen him so serene and had simply left without daring to interrupt this comfortable moment for him

Momo and Mai think Kokichi has Snow White's vibe, he has the same slightly curly dark hair and animals are also magnetized to him without fear, if this could be called a superpower Kokichi and Kasumi listen to true crime podcasts in the evenings in the shared kitchen and discuss them while cooking something for dinner on neighboring pans or discuss new ideas for a photo session with fake katana while Kokichi dyes Kasumi's hair and after a while there are still blue spots embedded in his skin on his hands

Kokichi calls Kasumi a Goddess with katana who does not believe in herself, but he believes in her, her caring hands and her bold ideas (Noritoshi shares this faith with him)

Next to Noritoshi, Kasumi no longer feels tension and fear as it was before. We all know that Kusakabe, although he is quite strong, does not really want to risk dying and prefers tasks that do not endanger his life, such as evacuating civilians and facing minor curses.

partly because he appreciates his life...and partly because I don't think he wants to cause pain to the few people he loves (reader included).

He wants to LIVE HIS LIFE with his s/o, he doesn't want to die prematurely and leave them alone!

I firmly believe that if he had a partner they would probably be a civilian, because 1- then he wouldn't have to worry about them dying because of sorcery work and 2- he can finally have some normality and peace of mind.

TELL ME THIS MAN IS NOT LOOKING FOR TRANQUILITY WHEN HE IS THE TEACHER OF A GROUP OF SUPER POWERFUL CHILDREN. OF WHICH *TOUDO* HIMSELF IS A PART

I imagine him in part as a boyfriend-father, who, although he is usually quite serious, usually shows that he cares in other ways, such as asking if you have eaten, buying food if you haven't, going for a walk to clear your head if you feel overwhelmed. . that kind of things.

As I said before, he is someone who appreciates tranquility a lot compared to his rather hectic life, so I think he would meet his s/o somewhere where he often lives as a civilian, perhaps (similar to Nanami with the girl at the bread) from some place where he goes to eat after his missions.

You could say that seeing his s/o gives him a hit of dopamine.

I can see him as a protective boyfriend, more than anything because just as he appreciates his life a lot, he appreciates his s/o's A LOT MORE, and will give him priority over that of others (he thinks it's appropriate, they are civilians after all).

There's not much chance that he'll end up running into his s/o during a mission, but that can either automatically lower his stress level considerably or raise it to unimaginable levels.

If it were a normal mission, it is most likely the first case, since there he can simply greet his s/o and have them go somewhere else for "safety issues" and be reassured that they are away from danger. even if it is a lesser grade curse.

Now, if his s/o were involved in a mission like SHIBUYA he's definitely losing his shit trying to protect them. and he is escorting them all the time with Panda to wherever it is safe and far from danger.

It doesn't mean he's against his s/o going to see him at work! Quite the opposite, but he prefers that they go see him when he is a teacher.

His job already causes him enough stress, it is not unreasonable to think that one day he would like to retire and function alone as a teacher or some other common job (anything seems like baby play compared to cursing).

Along with that, I can see him in this case proposing to his s/o, wanting them to be in his life permanently and "officially" so to speak.

As for the children...I don't think he would want in the first place. He just doesn't see anyone he likes (he can barely stand his own students, my God), so he could be fine with an s/o who has that same opinion.

Did you see that Kusakabe has a sister named Usami? the one who was devastated by the death of her son so they gave her something similar to Panda.

I imagine that Kusakabe would take VERY much into account if his sister likes his s/o to continue the relationship, Usami is one of the few people he cares about and believes that it is appropriate to have his approval.

Probably his s/o is also one of the few people with whom he confides secrets like about his sister's son, I don't think he reveals important things about work, but he definitely lets his s/o know that it is for the greater good and especially for their safety.

I saw on the wiki that apparently he likes fishing, it would probably be a hobby that he normally likes to do alone, but if his s/o shows interest, he will try to teach them the basics in a decent way and have them form their own opinion about it.

He secretly hopes that they like it, but no pressure.

Kusakabe wants them to share the hobby because they both like it after all, he doesn't see the point in it being just to spend time together if they don't enjoy it :/

Now, going to the elephant in the room, a s/o sorcerer or part of the academy.

It would be more useful in the aspect of seeing each other often, since they would constantly see if their s/o is a teacher in Kyoto as well.

They could even do joint classes to teach their students an ear of tricks (and that way he doesn't have to give it all alone). ironically the students would respect the s/o more than their normal sensei.

Even if the s/o was from Tokyo, it's not that there would be a serious problem in seeing each other, they send him on missions nearby often, so they could take advantage and see each other after finishing work or better yet, go on missions together.

Then he acts like a supportive friend/boyfriend and plays the instruments calmly as a sign of support. ♡ Maki doesn't like singing, even though she has a good voice. She will at least sing a rock'n roll song and a duet with Nobara. ♥ Yuji always chooses some American pop music, the kind that appears on Instagram or Tik tok. ♡ At karaoke nights, Nanako is the only one who actually sings, all the songs she knows or tries to sing the ones she doesn't know. ♥ Mimiko doesn't like karaoke nights and always falls asleep on Suguru's shoulder. ♡ Ino sings anime songs and tells his juniors that singing is not a talent, but rather practice and study (he has one of the worst scores). ♥ Hana likes romantic and slow songs, but she always blushes when she sings them. ♡ Tsumiki likes Disney classics, so it's obvious that she's going to sing a song like that on the night. Sometimes she pulls Megumi to be her partner, other times Gojo accompanies her. ♥ Tsukumo sings the hardest and hardest rock songs to sing. His score is very good. ♡ Junpei is the same as Yuta, except that he makes a point of always choosing the soundtrack for a movie. Yuji and Nobara sometimes sing as a trio, with Megumi playing the instruments in the background. ♥ Choso doesn't sing nor does he know the songs being played, but he applauds to the rhythm of the music and always shows his support for Yuji and Tsukumo.

♡ Sukuna hates Karaoke nights. It always appears in Yuji's mouth to disrupt his singing or to mock others. He also threatens that Karaoke will be a crime under penalty of death in his new reign. He's very rude, but everyone tells him to fuck off, so it's okay.
