Okay I'm so glad that you ok with WHB AU, cus I need to share this idea of mine but too coward to make a blog 🥹
Okay what I want to start is about this dynamic: incorporeal entity & the only person who can hear/see/talk to them (there is s.o on X draw about this dynamic too- so glad that it's popular 😭 https://x.com/silvsarts/status/1802270254598611090?s=46)
For example like Yami & Yugi in Yugioh (or anykind of Yu-relationships in the later version 🤌) And yes I know I not like this dynamic normally... I... obsesse... with... this 😳 (stop here cus if I say more it will be out of control 💀)
Back to the AU(s), i imagine that... Ra-on/MC/Descendant of Solomon...
1) They got haunted by demons (more specifically - the Demon Kings 👀), and only they could see the demons... uhm kinda floating around them 😐
I dun list nobles here because I think when the kings disappear (spoiler: Solomon sealed them inside his descendant's body), the nobles pretend to be humans to find their kings in the human realm
Yeah now it's a supernatural, fantasy, bonus slice of life (and horror 🤪) kind of manga 🤣
2) Ra-on has Dissociative Identity Disorder, different identities are the kings/angels/...
Okay I know this one doesn't relate to the dynamic, but I still think it's a good idea 🥹
Soooooo... What do you think about my idea 👀
(now i'm gonna wait until i gather enough courage to do it 😭)
-🎃
That's a cool AU! I'm also thirsty for incorporeal summoning entities (persona series clicks in my head). Sgahsha Anon let me brainstorm with youuuuu
Tbh, I'm not a fan of DID depictions when it comes to the media because there's a chance it may go the wrong way unless the writer has DID themselves or done proper research.
Either way, I'm all in for the first idea.
Like, if Solomon can summon the demons but as his bloodline gets further and further and his practice has been lost, especially due to his sudden disappearance, the demons have long stopped being summoned by him and got sad.
Then comes Ra-on/MC who one day summoned Satan.
Wait! Here's better part! The demon kings can also be summoned by other people whoever they feel harmony with. Kinda like a mirror version of themselves in the human world. But by doing so they got stuck in the astral realm and has been there for a while. And then there's MC who suddenly summoned the King of Wrath.
After summoning Satan, he quickly told MC that there's an ongoing war in their world so in order to gain strong they will need to find his mirror half aka the person who worship him on Earth.
Uhm, day after they woken up with Ppyong and Sitri in their home pretending to be human after Sitri felt a tug that his king have been summoned.
Anyways, this is due to Solomon's disappearance too.
Centuries later, various humans started worshipping a specific demon and handed it down to their bloodline. However, due to the misleading information and beliefs as time went by, they ended up accidentally sealing the Kings in astral realm and separating their beastly-form and human form, allowing the worshipper to only summon their beast form and can't really communicate with them making MC ✨️special✨️ woohooo! I’mma genius!
The worshippers, unaware of Solomon's bloodline, didn't know about MC's family. Their death. Or even who they are.
The kings can communicate with MC as a spirit.
In order to regain their corporeal body, they will need to be whole with their beast form so MC is tasked to find their mirror half in the human realm.
now they only have Sitri and Ppyong by their side.
The other nobles are probably wandering around the Earth
This technically leave the part ‘only one person who can’ but atleast they are the only one who can communicate with them properly!
Now I was wondering how can each Kings can be presented? Lol, like the four main kings are rambling around MC and suddenly
Belphegor's voice shut them up with "Yo, shut the fuck up I'm sleeping here"
and everyone is like SINCE WHEN YOU'VE BEEN HERE???
Belphegor: Always have been :)
Okei that's all I have for now XD
ps: i had fun brainstorming in this :3

RWBY Saints of Remnant Notes: Adam Taurus, Surrogate Brother, Liberator, and former slave worker
Tumblr media
WARNING: This post contains is a radically reimagined Adam Taurus in a positive light in a heavily reimagined RWBY AU and has cliche and a ship that may turn you off due to Canon, if Canon Adam has given you a permanent bad taste in your mouth, I understand, this is an AU, just please do not come in with bad faith and ignore me instead.
Said AU is connected to The Emperor-Verse
Now following my altered Jack Schnee is Adam Taurus
Now given the whole grievances the RWDE tag as made about him, and looking back on him myself, I'd had figured there were two options for him, at least in my opinion
Either make him anti-villain or initial antagonist turned ally, which I have chosen for the latter. Either way, I threw out him being Blake's ex because I honestly thought it was kinda dumb and melodramatic.
Though FRWBY as I heard has done a good job tweaking that to make it work as well as Adam as a villain.
But I chose to go for something else, Adam being something of a surrogate older brother for Blake instead.
For this specific backstory, Adam is from Mistral, from a small village led by his father, a respectable Huntsman.
Now I'm trying to figure it out but with my Altered SDC and Jacques post, Arthur Gray(Watts) megacorporation GigaWatts Incorporated has outsorced work, and much like the SDC in Canon!RWBY Adam's family worked at one of their factories in the East under poor working conditions which claimed the life of his parents.
Adam much like his Canon counterpart, also worked pretty much as a slave, and his eye injury I chasing between either branding or a factory accident.
Now this draws on Fritz Lang's Metropolis which I feel like doesn't get enough love, and I will use this clip along with Metropolis when I get to post about the not-so-good doctor, his mega-corporation, and the current state of Atlas later.
youtube
But basically, Adam was emotionally drained at that point. A zombie of a young man who felt hopeless.
One day in his younger days The White Fang's Eastern Branch attacks the factories. And the one leading the charge was the current White Fang leader, a spider Faunus by the name of Rina Kumokage(first name a placeholder) and her second-in-command Sienna Kahn. Seeing them in action reinvigorated and inspired him and joined them instantly when the two offered a hand.
However, this wouldn't be the liberation that he thought it was, at least not entirely.
Rina's leadership was questionable over in the East while the other branches of the other three corners were busy, Rina seemed to be driven more by politics than the morals of common decency, and had abusive tendencies towards Adam and later on Blake whom she also took under her personal tutelage due to knowing her late father Kuroto(aka Ghira) who was a high ranking member of the White Fang.
But it wasn't all bad, for while Kumokage was a cruel teacher, Kahn on the other hand was the closest thing he had for a mother after losing his parents, and she herself was often downplayed by the current WF leader.
Soon Adam began to realize Rina saw the White Fang as a means for political power, a demagogue exploiting a legitimate cause for mercenary motives. But he wished for no outside help, for reasons I am trying to figure out, but partially the same reasons for Blake of being introverted, not to hurt those close to him.
Now for his allusion, there's always been the argument he was the beast and Blake was the Beauty
But after remembering an analysis post I can't remember where on Tumblr I figured
What if Blake and Adam were both the Beast? like a collective allusion? Which is based on my RWBY collective allusions theory but that's another post for another day.
Adam's individual allusion however is not the Bull Demon King, but Red Boy, with his late parents being The Bull Demon King(his Father) and Princess Iron Fan(his mother), both of their lessons sticking to him. So unlike his canon counterpart while his sanity may had been bent, it wasn't broken.
Now Sun in this AU is the 'Beauty' to Blake's 'Beast' and as for Adam, the ‘Beauty’ to his ‘Beast’ is and hear me out here...
Yang Xiao Long
Tumblr media
now I know what you all are thinking...
Tumblr media
But here's the idea
Adam as a good guy I would imagine being this grumpy kinda no-nonsense dude and something of a ham(he writes poems in his downtime) and I feel like that would compliment Yang's 'flirty party girl' personality and would play off Black Sun too
Two ships that are similar, yet different, and I just don't mean in a gender bent way.
But not only that, Yang’s role is also to mend the strained brother-sister relationship of Blake and Adam. Adam isn’t obsessed with Blake but was kinda like “Blake, what the hell?” When she left. He’s kinda pissed, but not a flat-out murderous lunatic.
And Yang being an older sibling herself can relate to Adam and talk it out with him, notably all the good things Blake has told Yang about him.
And then of course Yang does try to resort to some spicy flirting, but Adam being taught about earning the blessings of the parents and abstinence, doesn’t reciprocate the same way.
Spoiler alert, Adam is flustered by Yang’s midriff but also know it’s not good for practical purposes in her line of work. Yang notices and tries to tease him further, only for him to tickle her mercilessly to make his point, leading her to make a wardrobe upgrade for “V2”
And I’d be lying if my this was not somewhat influenced by my Catholic faith about modesty and no sex outside of marriage, but I’d think it be kinda cute and funny to ship Yang who’s flirtatious and likes to flaunt it with a very honorable and kinda traditional dude. Expect lots of disappointed pouts from Yang.
Now his altered personality I was inspired by 2 sources
Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender
Tumblr media
But also Grimlock in Transformers: Fall of Cyberton which the game is also an influence for my reimagined Arthur Watts
Tumblr media
For those not in the know-how, Fall of Cybertron due to it success had become the reboot basis for all G1-esque Transformers stories onward.
In it, Grimlock is the commander of the team and had been captured by Shockwave, who is a scientist, to be painfully experimented on which would turn them into Dinobots. Grimlock, driven by furious vengeance free's his comrades and seeks to destroy Shockwave.
Now Grimlock is still a good guy and believes defending the weak and migh-for-right, but he's bad tempered, stubborn, and headstrong really doesn't see eye-to-eye with Optimus Prime, seeing him as a weak leader and barely accepting him as leader due to the Matrix.
So it's kind of the same principle with Adam, with Watts being the 'Shockwave' to his 'Grimlock', though to be specific, Adam has a vendetta against the one running the factory he and his family worked at. Will get to him in the future.
So yeah, that's my Adam so far.

The different types of Ghosts in my AU! [Puppet Strings/Creepypasta AU Lore Dump]
Hi! As promised, your Christmas present is a brand new lore post! Sorry I've been so inactive lately, what with school and now the common cold kicking my ass, I just could not be asked up to type up a new post. But now I am here and better than ever!
The ghost characters in Creepypasta have always fascinated me, such as Ben, Sally and Lifeless Lucy, I just think they're all so cool and bring a lot of potential for LOORE! I think all of these characters have their own classification of Ghost; HOWEVER it's slightly different in my AU :3
Introduction
-Ghosts are one of the supernatural creatures in our Universe that are the most abundant and the most easily spotted. They come in all shapes and sizes depending on who you were in life, how you spent your life, and how you died. They are a sort of midway between Humans and Demons, with some types of ghosts being closer to humans, and some types of ghosts being closer to Demons.
Ghosts are very enigmatic as only a small handful of people can truly contact and study Ghosts enough to gain any information on them; as most cannot be perceived by a regular mortal unless under very specific conditions. Due to this, there is a sort of 'hierarchy' of Ghosts based on perceivability and malicious intent. However, ghosts are a very scattered species and this Hierarchy is rudimentary at best.
Just because two Ghosts are the same species, it does not mean they have the same level of power. At times, some lower ranking Ghosts have been proven to have higher power levels than commonly accepted high-ranking Ghosts, such as Poltergeists.
Without further ado, let's dig in!
Apparitions
-Apparitions (also referred to as 'Visitors') and Shadow People are often seen grouped together in Ghost listings, as both types of Ghosts have almost identical properties, but they do have some key differences.
Apparitions can manifest as just about anything that isn't a full corporeal form. They can appear as disembodied voices, or as temporary humanoid forms from the corner of your eyes. They usually only appear for a few seconds - a minute at a time, and although they can appear more than once, they're generally considered to be temporary Ghosts. They usually are bound to the place they died, and can only appear to someone whom they were close to in life, or someone trained in the field of Ghost Hunting.
They generally don't display any notable abilities. Usually Apparitions are people that have died peacefully or in regular circumstances, and they tend to have been more calm-natured and placid in life.
They generally don't communicate, just whisper often un-processable words. Their intentions are unknown, and many people believe they simply exist to 'visit' the place they died, henceforth why they are nicknamed 'Visitors'.
Shadow People
-Shadow People manifest as just that, shadow people. They are completely pitch black and have no discernible bodily or facial features. They are some of the more enigmatic types of Ghosts, as they are very hard to figure out.
Most people theorise that they were formerly those who died due to their own volition, whether it be suicide or something else. They don't appear in any particular place, but they are mainly perceived by those under the influence of drugs, people who are about to die, or those undergoing various degrees of distress.
They only display a small level of power, as they are able to lull people into a trance like state and make people believe they are in a dream.
They can communicate, but what they say is generally too ominous or nonsensical to deduce any meaning. Their intentions are unknown, but some Shadow People can be known to try and give a symbolic message to the people they are perceived by. They are somewhat temporary as they disappear shortly after the person is out of whatever situation they were in prior.
Messengers
-Messengers, also known as Guardian Spirits, are the most common to decipher going by their name alone. Messengers often take on a symbolic form of what they were like in life, and sometimes have more supernatural features to their spectral forms.
Messengers are temporary Ghosts; they only manifest in the human realm for a singular purpose. This is, to send an important message to the group of humans they are bound to, or to temporarily save them from unwarranted danger. This second purpose is rarely seen in a Messenger.
As stated beforehand, they are chained to a group of humans, sometimes random, sometimes not. Some can be bound to a particular human, or multiple. These humans can either be friends or family from when they were once alive, or a random human who is similar to what they were like in life.
Once they fulfil the singular purpose they were manifested for, they disappear. Often information about Messengers are not provided by the ghosts themselves, but rather the humans they contacted or saved.
Spirits
-Spirits are the most common out of all Ghosts, as you do not need set conditions to turn into a Spirit. Spirits commonly manifest as a dull, colourless humanoid version of what they looked like right before they died, including any scars.
Spirits do not retain any memories of their life besides some glimpses of their death. They aren't violent in nature, however it truly does depend on the kind of person you were in life. Spirits are purely made out of soul, meaning that they are raw emotion. This often means that Spirits can be quite tiresome to deal with. However, they are the closest to human and therefore are the easiest to contact and perceive.
Whilst Shadow People and Apparitions don't have their own ways of truly contacting the human realm, Spirits can manipulate white noise, and can speak through spirit boxes and some times manipulate Ouija boards or any spiritual communication device.
Spirits never truly give an intention as to why they are here; some will say to find peace or to just go to places they feel as if they've never been before. If a Spirit truly has found the peace they lacked in life, they can disappear/move on to the afterlife.
Spirits are quite easy to contact and easy to deal with (most of the time), as they don't hold any grudges or prejudices.
Vengeful Spirits
-Vengeful Spirits are the most mysterious and enigmatic of all Ghosts, and are often theorised to be the closest to Demons. They are incredibly volatile from what little research Ghost Hunters have been able to conduct, and are almost impossible to put on a spectrum or Hierarchy. They are unpredictable, and due to majority of them having an incredibly violent nature, most beginner Ghost Hunters are told to steer clear of them.
Vengeful Spirits are what most people think of when thinking of hauntings in Horror Movies, they are incredibly violent and are well known for their ability to physically harm humans. They are not bound to one place or to any person, they are what's known as 'free-roaming' spirits.
Vengeful Spirits manifest in very gory and bloody forms, often consisting of every major injury they'd ever gotten throughout their life. They are quite unsightly to look at, and as such as pretty easy to spot from any other kind of Ghost.
Vengeful Spirits are made out of pure Anger and Vengeance, which gives most of them their violent nature. However it's important to note that these aren't the only emotions they can feel; through what little observation can be made, they have shown the capability to feel emotions such as Happiness and Fear. It's theorised that their violent tendencies and malicious intent are more-so simply just violent outbursts and impulses.
They can openly communicate with humans that can perceive and can easily manipulate White Noise, meaning they can talk through Spirit Boxes, however most refuse to talk and may simply lash out instead. Some have shown high levels of intelligence, which may make them closer to humans. Vengeful Spirits are often thought to be people who died violent deaths and lived less than satisfactory lives.
Their power levels cannot be measures, but from what has been observed, they can be highly powerful and dangerous, one of their most well-known abilities is to strike fear or paranoia in their victims and be able to leave permanent wounds on humans when they attack. Some have been shown to have supernatural abilities too, as some can appear in dreams.
A good example of a Vengeful Spirit would be Lifeless Lucy.
Spectres
-Spectres are commonly mistaken for Spirits, however they have a lot of key differences. Spectres generally aren't colourless and instead look the exact same as how they died, and look very human instead of holographic. In fact, in some cases they are even mistaken for Zombies (more on that explained in another post).
They commonly only appear to a select demographic of people, such as children or those in distress. They can speak through Spirit Boxes, however most only choose to communicate to those that can perceive them.
Spectres have the unique ability to achieve a full corporeal form in a Labrinth; meaning they can achieve a physical body. This makes them able to interact with things and be perceived as a normal human would. It's unknown why Spectres have this ability. However once they step out of the Labrinth then they'll go back to their Ghostly form.
They also have the unique ability to be able to possess inanimate objects, however they have to fit under certain symbolic requirements. Such as, Sally Williams can only possess Teddy Bears, dolls and any form of traditional children's toy as they were the objects she interacted with most during her life.
Spectres are often those who died in tragic circumstances, however it's unknown how this can differentiate a Vengeful Spirit and a Spectre. Most spectres are rather melancholic in nature, but are known for being very placid and calm.
They can communicate through Spirit Boxes and Ouija Boards.
Poltergeists
-Poltergeists are widely accepted as the most powerful kind of Ghost. They are only really considered as Ghosts due to having the same limitations as most Ghosts and being made from dead people. They manifest as a symbol of what they were most associated with in life, or the thing that killed them. An example would be Ben Drowned, who takes on a more corrupted appearance of Link from the Legend of Zelda, his favourite video game in life. He takes on an incredibly glitchy appearance, like that of a game console dunked in water, as he was drowned.
-Poltergeists have unique abilities tailored to their design as a Ghost. Ben Drowned can manipulate Technology and can traverse through Video games and be perceived as a distorted version of Link, in almost all forms of video games. He can also corrupt games and add in a save file in consoles named 'BEN'.
-They all have unique spiritual mediums that they can talk to, and can pick who they want to be perceived by. This makes them exceptionally powerful as they can appear to one person one second and completely disappear the next. They can also choose if they want to be heard or not. On occasion, a Poltergeist will choose to just be a disembodied voice.
-Poltergeists main intentions are to cause mischief and have a fun afterlife. Due to their immense and unique powers, they often can do things that not even regular humans can do, and can get away with causing any manner of trouble. This makes them particularly frustrating to deal with.
Poltergeists are exceedingly rare and are not easily spotted, as they are more likely to simply poke you and run away then stay for a chat. Most that have been observed simply just want to cause trouble and delight in getting away with it.
They are incredibly powerful and not easy to deal with or spot on camera, and usually they can only be caught by highly trained Ghost Hunters or a particularly gifted Seer.
Well, this was extensive! As of finishing this post it's no longer Christmas, so happy late Christmas! Once again sorry for being inactive lately, more posts will be coming out soon!

Another Chris man gaming ramblin' hour!
Today's lil subject of character sharing:
Coleman Shaffer, lawyer of bunny smiles incorporated
Annnnddd (if I can shove room in for)
Redneck Bonnie! The rare southern Bonnie that has been modified to cause mischief.
Background on two: a few friends of mine have suddenly created a AU of TWF, H&H and FNAF grouped together under one roof. While one friend is mainly working on the partners of the corporation relations, alongside the families. Another great friend of mine, who is working on it made a great idea in the near future of this universe. Where BSI has to clean up the collaboration and deal with the issues under government threat. Dealing with the three worlds issues (the haunted animatronics, loose animatronics, demon dolls and such). For a specific unit, they're a group that has to raid warehouses, take items of interest and burn the remains with fire. Those cases turn south a whole lot and end up with legal trouble. Great transition to the character of interest!
Fotft character: Coleman Shaffer, BSI's lawyer.
Coleman is a 47 year old Caucasian bisexual Male. Born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, Coleman is known for being a hard working man. Determined at the age of 14 he wants to become a lawyer, with a Harvard master's degree in legal studies. As he grew older, the more harsh became due to his determination to become the best of the best. Taking a toll on his own mental health, and lashing out against his own family. By the time he hit his late 20's he achieved his masters degree and instantly dived into a legal firm to work under. He has many successful cases under his name, though his biggest payment was working with Norman Pooltrick. He happily accepted the offer to work with his, though overtime he begins to have mixed feelings when working with his chaotic co-workers. Having mixed feelings about his application.
Tumblr media
Next one!
Redneck Bonnie, freeloading modified robo-rabbit redneck.
Redneck Bonnie is a modified animatronic belonging to Fazbear company with his specific model and look filed as "Bonnie 473-AK" within the database. Bonnie himself claims he's 30, but was built 20 years ago. Bonnie himself was the specialized Southern storyteller for the Arkansas establishment, being a generally great entertainer. Though within the 7 years he was in the establishment, he was given many complaints for being offensive towards southerners. So he gave his last performance and farewell before being shipped to Michigan for disassembly, only to have the truck that transported him to be taken by a group of thieves. Through the years he was missing, he was modified by the thieves to be a jester to them. Being made fun of and programmed to act goofy, telling stories that are completely false and are absolutely not appropriate for young audiences. He was found years later in a hanger, confused on where his thief friends were at. He was detained and held for questioning, in fear of being disassembled. He says that he knows more of the group of thieves, who possess more robots like him and plan to sell a few important animatronic figures. He is kept alive, around the BSI facility, acting as an agent of chaos.
Tumblr media
(most of Redneck Bonnie is just from VRC and how I make him some crazy ass redneck.

GOTHAM: DECAY
So. Guess who is making another AU
Gotham: Decay is an AU that diverges from the actual show around season 2, but properly starts in season 3. In this version, after killing Theo Galavan with Jim, Oswald decides to leave Gotham with one specific goal in mind, try to find a way to bring back the dead.
With Penguin away, there is no one there to protect Bruce from Azrael, which leads to Tabitha getting killed, Jim dying as well, and Alfred sacrificing himself to protect Bruce. Bruce, blinded by rage, tries to kill Azrael, but fails, however, before Galavan can finish him off, the League of Shadows steps in and takes Bruce under their wing while Galavan is killed once more.
Bruce starts his training under Ra's to become his apprentice, his dark knight and the one that he chose to become the next Demon Head. Bruce agrees under the agreement that they bring back Alfred. Him, Selina and Ivy began searching for Bruce in whatever way they can with Jim's help who, due to his injury, can no longer continue his work in the GCPD, so he becomes a bounty hunter instead.
Lee eventually has her son, James Junior, with whom she lives Gotham. The Riddler finally makes makes his debue, but without Jim around, no one is able to stop hom, so he is able to continue his job in the GCPD and outsmart Gotham's greatests, with Butch and his men being his favorite victims.
Without Jim around, there is a break out and Arkham explodes, leading to a lot of deaths, including Firefly and Fries. Fish manages to escape along with a handful of metas.
Meanwhile, with Oswald gone, Butch is still the king, but Barbara is not too happy as she starts making movements to try and take over his power. A war starts brewing in Gotham, and feeling that this is her fault, Silver decides to take her uncle's title as Azrael and becomes a vigilante using the training she received from Tabitha.
The Arkham break out does happen, however, without Jim there, the subjects are quickly retrieve and some end up getting killed. The only one who remains at large is Fish herself and the court of owls is hunting her like a hawk. With Ra's having his apprentice, the Court is left on her own devices. Due to how many people were lost during the attack, Edward becomes one of their scientists instead and is officially released.
A year passes. Gotham is divided between Gilzean and Kean. The war that they bring is far bloodier than anyone has ever seen. Oswald finally returns along with a book written by one Aleister Crowley. The elections are around the corner and Oswald wishes to run for mayor, and so he leaves to recruit one Edward Nygma to join his side. Edward is torn at first, after all, he has a pretty nice thing going on. In order to get him by his side, Oswald reveals to him that he has an advantage since he can now control the dead. He only wishes for Edward to act as his spy within the GCPD, nothing else.
Edward is skeptical at first, after all, ghosts don't exist. Oswald shows him how they very much do by bringing back his own army of the undead, which includes Jerome Valeska, James Gordon, Firefly, Freeze and every single person who died in Arkham as well as tabitha, much for Edward's surprise. Oswald reveals that she simply hasn't suffered enough for his mother's death. He did speak to her afterwards, and still does occasionally, but he won't put her through the pain of living again.
Oswald can give those that he brings back a corporeal body once again, however, they can only maintain this body for as long as they obey him. Now, he no longer goes by the Penguin. He is now the Vulture.
With his army of the undead, Oswald begins combating the gangs in the city, granting him the public love he needs to run for mayor with a chance of winning.
The AU's main story starts during the mayoral campaign, with Edward being torn between helping Oswald and risk going back to being subservient to someone else or continuing doing his own thing and risking making Oswald his enemy.

Hello
👀
I have questions for you!
What are your favourite AUs for Levi? What are your favourite AUs for Erwin? What AUs do you wish there was more of? What AU is popular that you don't like? What AU is not popular that you do like?
Bonus question. Tell me about a JoJo fantasy you have 👀
I have so many AUs that I love that it’s hard to pick a favourite but I will try!
My current obsession for either Levi or Erwin is university AU. Meeting at uni and maybe starting off as housemates? It would be so sweet.
For Erwin specifically, I’d say my favourite is CEO / Corporate AU - he would totally do that kind of work in Modern, and I’d be his little housewife any day. Plus, the suits… 🤤
I love Levi in every AU, especially the supernatural ones like Demon or Vamp. The dark and mysterious vibe fits him so well. But I also like seeing him in Tea Shop AU where he can have the quiet, happy life that he deserves.
I wish there were more A/B/O fics for either boys. With or without the wolf hybrid part. It’s my #1 guilty pleasure. 👀
I’m not sure if this counts as AU but I’m not very keen on canon fics with a Scout Reader/OC who drastically changes the events of AOT. Canon is depressing to me, and I can’t quite relate to a very overpowered Reader or OC. I’d also like to see more post-war fics, because I love seeing Levi getting a happy ending! Hopefully once the ending gets animated, and the anime-only crowd catches up, we’ll see more.
As for my JoJo’s fantasy… Bucciarati can be my mafia daddy. 👀 Also I like to imagine Levi as a stand user in the JJBA universe. I can see him as a gangster in it, or working for the Speedwagon Foundation and investigating weird happenings around the world.
How about you, @m-jelly ? Also I’d love to hear from anyone else on their favourite / least favourite AUs. 🥰

Selkie AU Drabble
Neither canon nor non-canon to the AU? I wrote it in the style of reader-insert, which isn’t canon to what I’d plan for a proper story. But the contents of the story is true to an encounter that would be had between the undecided MC and Sun.
This is a drabble in which the MC (Reader) is confronted by the reality of their struggle for survival, and their desire to survive is tested by Selkie!Sun.
Forgive me if its written poorly. Its 7 am and I haven’t slept because I’ve been throwing up ;w; @saburo-kyoto, @xnanosilverx - y’all were the ones specifically interested in the AU, so here you go. A crumb. Hopefully the tagging system works this time.
CW: Attempted murder / assault (Sorta)
The struggle for survival was a brutal thing.
Constant.
Unyielding.
Alone in this harsh, arctic tundra, the struggle for survival proved even more tedious.
Everything there was to see was trapped beneath a layer of ice. The only worthwhile resources were stone and ice. Neither of which were of much use, when compared to the overwhelming lack of other important resources.
Resources such as food.
Anything that there was to hunt, inhabited the water. The cold, freezing water. So cold that a frail, human body would become little more than a lifeless statue within minutes of entry.
It was a cruel fate. To be trapped alone in this unyielding wilderness. Without supplies. Without means of accessing the bounty that lay beneath the ice. Without means of reliably obtaining that which would prove vital for survival.
Still. You tried.
Day by day, you tried.
Growing weaker. Losing hope.
With nature itself having turned on you.
The cold seeping into your bones day by day. The thick seal furs decorating your body failing to help you maintain your core body temperature as you slowly began to feel the effects of fast approaching starvation. The human body burned more calories in the cold, just trying to create life saving warmth. Just trying to do what it needed to survive.
It seemed as if a madness was setting in.
Alone and desperate, something peculiar seemed to be hunting you. An omen of your past misdeeds granted corporeal form, and given one task.
To assure your slow and gradual destruction.
An absolutely massive Leopard Seal. The apex predator of this environment. With fur darker than the deepest depths of the oceans, it’s hide decorated with spots and splotches that glowed with the fires of Hell.
It was a truly demonic beast to behold. Vicious. Unafraid and unopposed. Malicious with its intent towards you.
The predator kept what little you could hunt at bay. It roamed the land surrounding your makeshift igloo, scaring away penguin and smaller seals alike.
In the rare event that you might find yourself lucky to bring down, the beast took advantage of its power over you. Your few kills were swiftly and violently stolen, leaving behind only the damaged remains of your hunting equipment.
This was the real world equivalent of Phineas and the Harpies. A cruel and horrific reenactment of a fairy tale. A tale in which you would be doomed to either slowly starve to death or take your own life to avoid the agony. Deprived of food by a terrifying beast as punishment for whatever crime it was that you had committed.
So imagine your initial surprise when your eyes first settled upon what appeared to be another human walking through the ice and snow.
You rightly thought that you were going mad with hunger.
A tall, eerily beautiful man with blonde hair. Practically bare, save for the cloth that clung to his pelvis. Carrying over his shoulder the beautiful, golden hide of a seal. Carrying in his opposite hand a morsel of food. The remains of a squid, or a cuttlefish.
Despite being practically naked, his body showed no signs of succumbing to the below freezing temperatures of the arctic. Ice clung to his skin, making it appear as if he had just climbed out of the water and made his way across the tundra in search of you specifically.
The cold burned your aching throat. So you could not hope to question the reality of his presence. All that you could do was stare in complete and utter bewilderment, at the sight of this eerily beautiful man.
As he drew closer, you could take in more of his appearance. The faint scars that lined his arms. The peculiar, vitiligo like markings which twinkled as if infected with golden sunlight. The deep, oceanic blue hue of his eyes.
He took your hand in his once he broke the gap between you. For as frigid as the air about him was - despite the fact that ice clung to him like moss clung to stone - his hand was comfortably warm.
He took you and he led you back to the security of your shelter. Where you would both be safe from the bitterness of the arctic winds. Where you had managed to maintain a small fire to create a pocket of warmth in this vast abyss of cold.
He did not speak.
You could not speak yet. Throat half frozen from the arctic air. Safe within the warmth of the igloo, you need only wait for your voice to thaw.
He took the cephalopod morsel and put it on the flame. The smell of cooking seafood met your nostrils immediately, reminding you, painfully, of your hunger. You distracted yourself with assuring that the food would not be consumed by the flame.
Unbeknownst to you, he studied your situation. He took note of your lack of supplies. Of your lack of resources. He silently observed the fact that you were ill prepared for your fight for survival.
You barely had enough supplies to maintain this small fire for another week.
You had only enough rations to keep you alive for about as long. Rations which were carefully portioned out into the bare minimum calorie content for the sake of survival.
If you did not catch something soon and harvest it for its valuable meat and fat, then you would surely die.
In his mind, it must have been thought to be an act of mercy to end you before you reached the end of your supplies. To save you from starvation. Or from the promise of a quick, but drawn out death at the hands of the elements.
Unexpectedly, he seized you. His previously warm and comforting hand now sporting the bitter feel of a cold stone. A knife of some sort pressed against the frail flesh of your throat as his other arm wrapped about to pull you flush against him.
Either he was inhumanly strong or you had grown unbearably weak. Struggle as you might, you could not fight him. His body held firm as a block of ice.
The reality of it all set in, and you began to weep. The pointlessness of your own battle for survival. The jarring confrontation of your own weakness. Aware of the sting of the blade as it threatened to slice into your throat.
The strange, beautiful, monstrous man forced your body to the ground with ease. Though your chest heave and your senses were now flooded with adrenaline, you did not resist him.
Having been confronted with the reality of your situation, all that you could do was stare up at him, wide eyed and terrified.
He stared down at you, a surprising sadness in your eyes. As if the weight of his own intentions weighed heavily on his conscious. There was a faint tremble to his hand. Not from the cold, but from the hesitation he now felt.
“Do you wish to die?” He uttered, his voice smooth and laced with an unfamiliar kindness. For as violent as his intentions were, he must have considered it an act of mercy. An act meant to save you from the future suffering. This was not meant to be an act of malice, but an act of salvation. You knew it. He knew it. Still, he hesitated.
“N-no!...” You voice cracked as you responded to him - broken and desperate. Despite the reality of your situation, you were not content to be finished off so casually. To be deprived of your chance to survive when there was still time to find salvation.
His hand trembled more in response to your answer.
“You will suffer.” He responded in turn, his own voice now trembling. As if he was begging - pleading - for you to simply close your eyes and accept this act of mercy. His eyes were softer. Sadder. As if pained by this cold and ominous promise that he had just given you. The promise that you were all to aware of.
“I-I know.” You replied, your voice still cracked and dry. Your voice threatening to break from the fearful sob that had gotten lodged in your throat.
His hand trembled with a greater intensity for a moment, and you felt the blade press harder to your skin.
You clenched your eyes shut, anticipating the final sting before the relief of death overtook you.
But that sting never came. His presence left you as abruptly as it had overwhelmed you.
When you opened your eyes, the stranger was gone. The only evidence of his existence being the knife left behind, and the morsel of seafood that had now been fully cooked by the fire.
Shakily you sat up, taking the abandoned knife off of your throat so as not to harm yourself with it. You retrieved the meat from the fire before it could burn.
Though the cold had left you for now, your body still trembled. From the fear. From the dread that came with the reality of a fast approaching demise.
The stranger had come and gone with the ease of a breath. Beautiful but ominous. Kind but brutal with his message. Impossibly alive despite being so exposed to the elements. As if he were a ghost. As if he were some sort of divine, powerful entity that had only appeared before you for the sake of testing your resolve.
Test you he had done.
Whether your had passed for failed that test, you did not know.
All that you knew now was the gut wrenching fear of your own mortality. The warmth of the fire that you sat in front of. The taste of the calamari in your mouth.
Though overcooked and hard to eat, it may as well have been ambrosia. The first proper taste of food that you had had since becoming stranded.
A peculiar but readily accepted gift, provided but one string attached.
The harsh sting of reality.

Hyperion's leader is a terrifying, mass-murdering psychopath. Its CEO, and his demented partner in crime, are demons kicked out of Hell - specifically because even Hell didn't want to deal with them and their ongoing torment.
Rhys had only wished that he'd known just how deep the rabbit hole went before he inevitably went digging. And finding. And reporting.
Now, he may have gotten himself face to face with a deeper hole, with no way to climb out, and it wasn't as if he hadn't noticed how particular grave-shaped it was.
But maybe clawing his way out of the depths of hell wasn't going to be as easy as he'd initially prayed for it to be.

Project Breakdowns: Wolf's Eye
Masterpost here.
Wolf's Eye Corporations is a pet project of mine that I've been entertaining and changing since I was at least 14. It started out as FNaF AU, then became its own thing as I developed the first comprehensive story universe the majority of my work as an early teenager existed in. When I overhauled everything into Broken Dimensions when I was 17, I almost didn't use Wolf's Eye (then called AEHO, no I don't remember what the acronym was for), but I'm glad I eventually did. Now, WEC is the head of an oligarchal, mob-like quasi-government and runs the Iron Archipelagos (see this for a little info about the Archs).
In short, the 4 stories I have planned for Wolf's Eye follow their co-leaders: Caitie Davis and Jason Alder. Read on for the specifics on each of those, but be warned: there's a lot of death, resurrection, and demonic or godly interference.
Wolf's Eye Corporations: Demon Strike
UPDATED OUTLINE HERE (it's much better please read this one)
Synopsis:
Caitie Davis and Jason Alder grew up together, and always planned to take on Jason's father's company, Wolf's Eye Corporations, when they got out of college. Both of them grew up in the world of weapons manufacturing in the Iron Archs, and they know the risks and twists and turns of the trade, and they know their competitors well. They also know about the Wolf's Eye curses: 1) that all CEOs will become afflicted with lycanthropy, and 2) that every decade, a demon from Hell's Aisle called Myrixel can and will choose to disrupt everything they've worked for. But the have a plan for Myrixel, and Caitie is from a family of lycanthropes, and they both are sure they have the experience and the capability to take over Wolf's Eye when they turn 20.
They're wrong.
Myrixel, being the asshole that he is and holding the grudge against Wilson Alder that he does, makes his move the week after they take over. Caitie hasn't had time to shore up the physical defenses against demonic attacks and possession that protect the main facility and Jason hasn't finished weaving protection magic and rebuilding the firewalls for all of their Living Android staff, and Myrixel knows it. He sweeps in, taking control of their building, their security, and themselves little by little over the course of a week. Then, all at once, he shuts everything down and takes control of Jason, his last attack against Will, his father. Caitie is left to fend for herself against the people she grew up with, from the two mentors who helped raised Jason - Harper and Pitch, brothers - and her best friends, with the entire facility on lockdown. I don't have the specifics of this figured out, but Caitie ends up dead and Jason ends up cursed, his heart permanently stopped and his body hexed to stay "living," more or less a walking corpse bound to be Myrixel's vessel. Myrixel thinks he's won.
Before Caitie dies and before Myrixel moves on, a glitch in his plans crops up. Pitch and Harper, the two oldest Living Androids and lifetime employees of WEC, start to wake up - Myrixel's control on them slips. At first, he doesn't think anything of it. He buckles down on them, and Harper falls back under his control without another spark. Pitch, however, fights back harder, and soon his code is overriding the magitech code of Myrixel's virus-like control - except it isn't code, and as it turns out, you can't possess something twice.
Pitch, with a lifetime of immortal memories back in his head (and a renewed grudge against the asshole who replaced him when he and Harper escaped Hell's Aisles, home of psychoempathic manipulator ghouls and demons like Myrixel), draw the Void Death Rune on Caitie and uses his own weight as a deity-sanctioned quasi-immortal entity to override any request the gods might make of her in exchange for resurrection. Caitie Davis will resurrect in Wolf's Eye in no time flat. And she does.
Pitch and a freshly resurrected Caitie fight Myrixel back to the crack between reality planes he crept through, breaking the age-old curse on the facility and ending his ability to enact demonic wrath on Wolf's Eye or the Archs for the next century. Then, they're left with the aftermath.
Wolf's Eye Corporations: Order of the Puppet Master
WEC:OotPM takes place roughly 15 months after WEC:DS. They're just starting to recover internally, and things are just barely beginning to settle in the wake of Caitie and Pitch's iron-fisted takeover of the Archs when the people they took the title of "top dog" from start to get pissy. The Order of the Puppet Master, led by a student of Nathan Shasear: Corsak Therion, is not happy that their control over the Archs - better known as the weapons arsenal of the multiverse - has been cut off. More importantly, Corsak Therion doesn't like the loss of manpower and the severe drop in the number of pawns under his control.
The story of this one is much less fleshed out than even DS was lol. The gist of it is: Caitie, Jason, and Pitch are trying to deal with the people who were let free from Therion's control, starting with Fractured, Inc. and several local gangs - and a snippy, guarded, asshole-ish android copy of on of Caitie's least favorite people: Auburn Grennit, commander of Therion's local garrison. They track him down and learn that he and a select number of Grennit's posse defected, and that they have information on how to end Therion's reign of terror over the Archs and dozens of other dimensions for good.
It all ends with Sal's crew allying with the WEC invention and testing division, POWERSCRIPT, and their combined forces removing Corsak Therion from power permanently. The only reason Sal and Caitie don't kill him, actually, is because Pitch and Jason recognize that there are other things they need to do before that - like freeing everyone else under his control. He gets put in the POWERSCRIPT supermax and the Order of the Puppet Master is disbanded.
Wolf's Eye Corporations: Cut the Strings
WEC:CtS happens contemporary with Hunting Shadows, part of the Afterdeath arc that follows the untitled sequel to Coalition Collection, which means it takes place in 2048 E-10, over a decade after WEC:OotPM and after the Battle of vel-Adreoni. It's pretty loosely planned, but here's the cut notes from my Milanote:
Follows Kamara Anderson, Sal, and Jason as they chase the escaped Corsak Therion across dimensions and then back to the Archs as he begins to recollect his forces to remove Wolf's Eye from power and destroy Caitie Davis. Settles for destroying Jason when he and Sal hunt him down and trace him back to Auburn Grennit's former garrison location. Therion reveals he was in prison because he wanted to be, bc he wanted to know how Caitie and Sal beat him the first time - chalks it up to dumb amateur luck.
Jokes on him Jason still can't die. His soul / consciousness hides itself in Sal when he goes back to Grennit's underground facility and to end Therion for good and recover Jason's body. Reveals himself shortly before his own funeral, scares the shit out of everyone, most of all Sal, when he takes over.
Ultimately ends in Therion dying as Wolf's Eye and the Eagrisses (Dariia and Hectis) team up to end his reign of terror for good. Caitie comes back from Hunting Shadows shortly after he's defeated, finds out Jason is dead, and that's when he takes control of Sal to tell her he's okay (sort of).
They end up making Jason an android body for him to inhabit instead and it's a whole thing
( If you haven't caught on, Wolf's Eye gets all the wild stories lol. )
Wolf's Eye Corporations: Dark Phoenixes
WEC:DP takes place in 2050 E-10, about two years after the untitled sequel to Coalition Collection and WEC:CtS and introduces Adira's twin children, Farlan and Kirose when Farlan's tomb and the man himself (in a magic-related coma) are found in the Archs. Milanote notes:
While on a long run through the WEC property's forest trails to help calibrate Jason's new android body (they go through several models before getting it right), he and Caitie come across a clearing with broken warding runes on the surrounding pillars and call in for an investigation team. What they find is a near-tomb dedicated to Polaris Umbrana Eagriss (aka Farlan), who is in a coma encased in stone in the cap of the pyramid. They call in Hectis, who tears up on the spot and eventually calls Adri.
with Adira's protective enchantments gone and crumbling, Hectis is able to decrypt the rest and wake Farlan in the security of the POWERSCRIPT experimental bio-mechanical wing (also doubles as the medical wing for potentially unstable magic users). He wakes in a frenzy, eventually is calmed. Is caught up to speed on the past 2000 years over the course of a few days, then breaks out to go find his crew and ship after asking Hectis is he wants to come. He sputters and doesn't answer quick enough, so Farlan shadow jumps to the nearest port without him and take a warp pad to Nova Aurelia, and goes from there
Caitie, Hectis, Jason, the POWERSCRIPT medic who treated him, and Adri run across the multiverse to track down Farlan, and find him in a pirate-ran crime archipelago in the ruins of Darekaeii, standing vigil (read: staring with tragic sorrow) at his Starship sitting in the docks, his crew frozen in stone onboard. He tells them what he remembers last, which is his mom taking over his ship and crew and making him see them vaporize. He's glad they're not vaporized but... his two best friends are up there, and seeing them like that isn't great for his psyche.
they infiltrate the pirate palace to try and find a way to unlock the ship from the docks, only to find that Aquilo Fier'rosa (his twin, aka Kirose) is the queen of the place. Turns out she's the one with the fleet keeping Darekaeiin Voidspace treacherous - she was trying to keep people out and away from Shadow Town while her mother carried out her sadistic plans. She's still pissed at Farlan though bc he messed up her trade routes carnally before they were removed from the equation. They duke it out, she send her goons after him, and Caitie and Hectis end up just breaking the ship free.
Adri, terrified and breathless after running from a pack of maniacal pirates and jumping an insane height and distance onto a Starship: "what, do you guys just do this for fun or something??" Caitie, Hectis, and Farlan: "yes"
final part: after freeing his crew, Farlan takes Hectis and Adri back to the island with a flag of truce raised and offers his sister his help in fixing her curse. She agrees, and hands off command to her SIC to head back to Wolf's Eye. (Ship has been fitted with Void-travel tech). On the way there, they're confronted by a shadowy figure that Hectis drives away, fear in his eyes, and the final words of the story have something to do with Nathan Shasear (reference to having bigger problems, straight up saying he's back, cursing the old myth of Hekata abandoning his student, etc)
( Kirose is solid metal from her mid-thigh down, and some of her fingers don't have feeling entirely due to how the curse to freeze her as a metal statue failed. Farlan still has fuzzy hearing and his feet and hands regularly go numb and tingly, but he can still use them. Kirose has braces she can use to walk that superheat her metal legs, but she can't wear them for long or it'll reach past the metal and burn her skin (and it hurts to walk anyway) )

Labmas AU - Unintended Consequences
Chapter 9 Part 1 - Partner
Getting ready for work was all a blur to you, as your mind was only filled with possible interactions or rebuttals. Why are you so nervous? All you are going to do is talk to Colress. Even though he is your superior in Team Plasma, you never considered him above you as a person. He was more of a coworker that you had to listen to. But trying to convince him to give Kudari more freedom made you feel as if you were begging him for something, lowering yourself beneath him in the hopes he'd consider your request. You really didn't want to give off that kind of vibe, nor sound too desperate. There's no telling what he would have you do if he thought he could push you around. If you collect your thoughts and do as Nobori suggested, hopefully he would not attempt to take advantage of your empathy. Just try to refer to Kudari as an ongoing experiment. That's what will get him to, at the very least, listen to your proposal. You enter the reception area from the elevator, and when Colress spots you, he immediately pounces.
With a serious look he says, "(Y/N), I'm glad you're feeling better. We need to talk about yesterday. Come with me to one of the planning rooms, we can have some privacy there." He is giving off an energy that lets you know you are in trouble. Silently, you both go through the main door and travel passed the breakroom and personal suite, taking a left at the end of the hallway. Three doors are in front of you, which you could only assume lead to the planning rooms. Colress uses his tablet to open the door that's closest, and gestures for you to enter. Inside, it looks more like a corporate office meeting room than anything connected to a laboratory. There is a large table in the center with chairs all around it, a whiteboard in the back, and even a tiny bar with a coffee maker and assorted beverage supplies. "Please have a seat," he says while motioning towards the table. You pick a chair at random and he sits in the one next to you, repositioning it so he's facing you. Placing his tablet on the table, he starts his diatribe, "(Y/N), I know you've been through what must have been a terrifying experience, but I can't ignore that you deliberately disregarded what I told you to do. I heard you enter the generator room as I was descending the stairs. My presumption is that you immediately exited and went back. Why the hell didn't you listen to me? I specifically ordered you to go upstairs, where everyone else would be. Why, then, did you decide to sneak around in the dark? Have I not made clear enough my descriptions of Kudari?" He doesn't sound upset, but he holds a serious tone.
Going on the defensive, you assert, "It's because of what you told me about him that I went to find a place to hide. I figured he was a psychopath, and that surely he would be looking for the most amount of people to slaughter in order to sate his bloodlust."
Colress folds his arms, "This isn't a joke. You know nothing about him or what he's capable of. I know Nobori likely painted you a pretty picture of him, but the truth is he could have ripped you limb from limb."
The oddly specific mention of being ripped apart momentarily halts your reply, but you quickly find your voice again, "I'm not trying to make a joke. I was hiding to try and avoid him. He just so happened to enter the same room I was in so he could eat some batteries."
Colress' eyes narrow, "So the demon stole some batteries as well?! Of course he wouldn't fess up to it by his own righteousness." He shakes his head at the audacity.
It was now or never. You try to ease the topic in, "He can't take back what he's done. But, perhaps if he had a little more freedom—"
"No." It was a firm statement given with a blank expression.
You make another attempt, "Being locked up all the time is probably encouraging him to act out. He more than likely just wants—"
Cutting you off yet again, irritation beginning to show, he reprimands you, "I know what you're doing. It's not going to happen. Did Nobori put you up to this? Because if he did—"
"No!" you interrupt Colress this time. He glares at you with wide eyes in return. "Look, I'm not going to beg you, but hear me out. When first meeting him, I admit, I was petrified. But he told me something that made me realize he was much more than a horrifying monster." Colress tilts his head. You take this as an indication that he's listening. "He told me that he was the one responsible for the power going out. The only reason he gave was that he wanted to meet me. I don't know how the hell he did it. No one can get through most of these doors without a key card. But he found a way to get by the door locks and turn off the lights. All for something he thought would be fun."
Losing patience, Colress blurts out, "Get to the point."
Rushing to explain, you continue, "Imagine if he wanted something seriously. Not just for fun. Given enough incentive, he could do amazing things. He just needs to be convinced that working for something can be beneficial to him. If he could put that effort into helping with the various research conducted here, I have a feeling there would be a lot more work getting done. He's clearly brilliant, if—"
"Stop right there. I get what you're saying." Colress sighs through his nose. "Do you remember one of the first things I told you about Kudari? I initially wanted him to help in the laboratory. It was Kudari himself that made me realize that trusting him with any amount of responsibility was a mistake. He's not capable of concentrating for long periods of time."
"Well, neither am I and I still work here," you offer with a shrug.
Colress looks away from you, exasperated, before regaining his calm demeanor. "Very well. This could be interesting." A strange smile has formed on his face. "He's your problem now. You will be responsible for everything he does. I suggest keeping him on a tight leash. Don't let him distract you. If I see a dip in the effort you put in or the quality of your work, I will change my mind. And if he maims you in some way, Team Plasma will not be held responsible for your death and or medical bills, not that there will be anyone here that cares. He's all yours." Standing up and grabbing his tablet, he adds, "But, don't feel too overwhelmed. I'll only let him help you some of the time. I don't always have the stomach to put up with him." He heads toward the door.
"Really?" you ask hesitantly, not quite believing that he's agreed to this so easily.
Peering back over his shoulder, he gives you a cold look. "Changing your mind already? Come on. Let's go get him." Colress opens the door and steps out.

from that recent ask game, based purely on the title. tell us more about Shaking Like a Leaf Underneath Your Family Tree!
Hah I am realizing that maybe I should not have put that on my list of wips. It's in my starred folder in Google Docs which is what I went off of for the ask game, but I have zero intention of ever posting it.
It's my Lucifer au of FMA where Greed is demon-turned-LA-bar-owner who helps solve crimes with the police (basically Amestris military), specifically Edward Elric. The first mystery is over the death of one of Ling Yao's half brothers who he and all his half-siblings are in corporate conflict with to see who will inherit from their CEO dad
The reason it's still starred is because I am trying to make some edits on it to share with my friends, because despite various issues with the plot and story, it's several tens of thousands of words long, and I spent way too much effort on it for no one to read it. You can send me a DM, and I'll share what I have if you're interested, but I don't think I'll ever put it up publicly
Thanks for the ask though!

something that i could unfortunately think about for days is how prolific destiel AUs are but more specifically how immediately obvious it is that dean and sam and other hunters are very, very easy to lift out of the context of the supernatural while maintaining almost everything about their characterisation. dean can still easily be a self-loathing repressed alcoholic mechanic-or-whatever whose narrative is clearly crying out for a massive shock to the system while sam is scrubbing himself clean and going to law school, without a literal demon to chase. everything about them translates without much fuss, though you’ll get variants on who’s involved in their life and how, etc. but it’s fairly straightforward unless the whole point is how much of a leap the AU is.
CAS ON THE OTHER HAND. oh boy! he’s different, he’s got to be different, but he can’t be an angel anymore. “angel” is a huge cultural clash but how does that translate? and im obsessed with how many completely different answers I’ve come across that still work as a translation in one aspect or another. Was he raised in an extremely religious borderline cult? Was he raised in an emotionally empty corporate family? Is he just different from Society, or from his family, or both? Is he out? Is he explicitly autistic? Often an interpretation hinges on a class clash — but is it that he’s extremely rich or completely broke? Is he an orphan or does he have an almost comically large family? Is his family broke but he’s rich? Is his family rich but he’s cut off? Is he military? Is he the only one who isn’t military? What does he want in his life? What realisations has he come to on his own before Dean? Is he actually completely boring in his background and childhood, more normal and adjusted white picket fence or whatever than Dean, but despite it all, a complete fucking weirdo regardless? SO much completely contrasting shit works i LOVE castiel he’s everything

Two fandoms combo: Mdzs, and Murderbot
Wherein Murderbot will befriend Jiang Cheng and be over here in the corner trying to avoid any and all Wangxian being themselves.
Right, an AU/fusion - I mean, that'd be cultivators in space, wouldn't it? It's the obvious. And there's still bots and cyborgs and etc., but there's also Sects/planetary powers/corporations fighting one another (cultivators are as excellent at flying fighter spacecrafts as Luke Skywalker) sometimes, and the Wens trying to conquer everybody, and Wei Wuxian getting abandoned on a mysterious death planet and developing demonic cultivation.
Of course, all that's backstory.
The present story would probably involve Murderbot finding out that part of what makes them special - what makes all SecUnits from their specific corporation special - is that the corporation/sect is actually the Jin using stolen demonic cultivation research to improve the SecUnit process.
Aka they use dead people as essential parts.
Murderbot is probably due a serious crisis of self over that bit of news. As if it needed more.
