Last night I was doing research on how the LDS church views things like spirits possessing people and I found a BYU students masters thesis on the church and the devil from 1955
#personal.txt#it was kinda cool#also priesthood holders do have the power to cast out spirits from people#it's definitely not like. an exorcism or anything#I would assume it would basically be like a blessing#but also I've never had to have a spirit cast out of me#so I don't know#mormon stuff
