Last weekend, was a special one. I was in Stockholm for racing a triathlon. My hosts Tomas and Titti organized a fantastic boat trip 🚤 to Ingarö, together with Asa and Mats. Mein Jahr 2018 in Bildern. Harte Einheiten im Winter. Mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen aufs Rad. Meine neuen Bestzeiten über die HM und MD. 24 Std Radrennen in Kelheim und ein verdammt anstrengender Allgäu Triathlon. Danach ab in meine „Offseason“ mit bouldern und CrossFit. Noch ein bisschen Halli Galli, bis die Vorbereitung wieder startet. Es ging schneller rum als gedacht. Und all das wäre ohne ein paar ganz besondere Personen nicht möglich. Meine Eltern fieberten bei jedem Wettkampf mit, als wäre es mein erster. Stolli, der als Benchmark und treuer Begleiter bei gemeinsamen Wettkämpfen dabei war und natürlich meine Freundin die mir Tag für Tag die Zeit eingeräumt hat, all das hier zu erreichen. Außerdem schenkte sie mir immer wieder ein offenes Ohr, für Leid, Klage, Freud und Erfolg. DANKE! Time to read a book and try to relax a little bit. Two weeks ago, I reduced the dose of my antidepressant. It's a real rollercoaster ride. Feelings, side effects and I don't know yet where that ends. ☹😢😞😥 🤯 I couldn't train the last few weeks, because my back is just a problem. I'm in double treatment, so to speak.
