The commodity to witness largest decline in average market price was Brinjal - Arkasheela Mattigulla variety in Mehta Market, Punjab. The prices of the commodity ranged between INR 800/Quintal and INR 800/Quintal on 25/11/2022. The prices slipped by 60% from the prior day to average at INR 800/Quintal.
The Bhindi(Ladies Finger) - Bhindi variety price in Shahabad Market, Haryana dipped by INR 2,900/Quintal or 58% from 24/11/2022 to average at around INR 2,100/Quintal. It must be noted that the commodity was priced at INR 5,000/Quintal a day before.
Cabbage in Damnagar Market, Gujarat featured among top losers, edging down by INR 1,500/Quintal or 54.55%. The prices dropped to INR 1,250/Quintal, when matched with INR 2,750/Quintal during the previous day.
The other notable losers were Spinach - Other variety (Mehta Market, Punjab) Bhindi(Ladies Finger) Bhindi (Warangal Market, Telangana) which recorded price declines by 53.85% and 50% respectively.
Also, prices of Mousambi(Sweet Lime) - Other variety (Dasuya Market, Punjab) and Raddish (Sahnewal Market, Punjab) registered marginal dip compared to 24/11/2022.
