Burnout

MP tapped his fingers on his desk, lost in thought. His clock ticked behind him, dark hands moving in a steady beat. The mailman hummed a soft tune, the sound filling the room with a soothing melody. His light tenor rung out, a bright counterpart to the rattling of air in rusty vents. A drip of dew slid down his glass of cold water. It caught the light as it fell, adding another glint of shine to the circle growing on the mailman's desk. Deep ebony wood, heavily polished- practically shiny enough to be a mirror- guided another droplet to a groove, filling the scratch with liquid.

The tip of MP's pinky landed in the water, pulling him out of his fantasy. He looked around the room, at the dusty bookshelves and faded red carpet. He sighed, slumping his chin into his hands.

He was never going to clean this.

He knew that, but everyday, he told himself he would do it. This was true of a lot of things. "I'm just-t-t gett-ting old..." He laughs to himself, rubbing his eyes. It was fine, he was probably just tired. He was tired most of the time, but he must just be extra tired. That has to be the reason.

I'm fine.

He stood up with a groan, almost jumping in surprise at the ding of his phone. He sighed again, the soothing silence of his office now disturbed.

Eh. It's just work. I'll be fine.

He rubs his eyes again, picking up the device.

"You've reach-ched-d the m-mail d-depart-tment, how c-can I help-p you today?"

literally the maddest ive ever been in my entire life i just got bullied on the bus by these 5 loud as fuck cocky teenage cunts who kept opening the window right above my fucking head and spraying passing cars with a water bottle no matter how many times i slammed it shut and told them to stop and then when i finally turned around and said could you please stop i'm literally just trying to get home in peace this one fucking loser asked "ummmm why" so i was like "because it's annoying and everybody would tell you the same thing" and he was like "well if you don't like it you can always leave, there's the door" and i was so genuinely shell-shocked and speechless at the audacity plus i already have a stutter and always get so unbelievably angry during these kinds of interactions that it's literally like life-threatening to me almost so i couldn't even comprehend what he had just said to me but i did manage to humiliate him by being like "how old are you?" (no answer) "how old are you?" (no answer) "fifteen?" and he literally was too visibly embarrassed to say anything and wouldn't give me any other number he just made fun of how "adult" i was but in my stressed out fucking state i kind of forgot to tell him that i literally am an adult bc i didn't want to just compare ages like some kind of cringe idiot so they might live with the assumption that i was either the same age as them or ever so slightly older than them for the rest of their lives bc i do look 16 at most irl which i'm trying to come to terms with currently but anyway i literally just kept my focus on this one asshole right behind me and confronted him in genuinely the most firm but polite manner i could and then immediately as soon as i turn back around the guy sitting next to him goes "uhhhhhh i couldn't understand One single word she said so it's time to continue boys 🤪" and then they started laughing at me + screaming 10 times louder than before + blowing raspberries at me like fucking 3 year olds so i waited for the next stop then got up and sat beside someone else even though i was so happy to get a window seat for the first time in legitimate months and im still so unimaginably fucking angry abt the whole thing i know it doesn't seem like that big of a deal but when ppl make fun of the way i speak or mock me or say they can't understand me it literally makes me want to claw their eyes out and on top of everything else that had happened during the interaction it was just slightly too much for me to handle i didn't want to stoop to their level by cursing them out or being legitimately mean even though they deserved it but i regret not telling them to die as i was walking past them i hope a horrible horrible future awaits their loser hypebeast bully friendgroup i hope they never get girlfriends or accepted into college and i hope someone with less patience than me beats them up for their behavior one day

i would wish everyone a merry christmas today, but i can’t. not when yesterday on christmas eve, the IOF slaughtered over 70 people at a palestinian refugee camp with one airstrike. i can’t wish everyone a merry christmas when today on the birth of the son, christ’s birthplace of bethlehem was raided; with people being bombed and arrested. i cannot wish everyone a merry christmas when countless christian palestinians and palestinians of other faiths are being systematically murdered by an apartheid state who knows that people won’t care because they are too distracted by this holiday that has been hijacked by capitalistic greed.

I will not be wishing everyone a merry christmas and i will not forget about palestine this holiday.

i love clinging to cartoons. i want to make a drawing of all of my comfort characters or at least compile a PNG of all of them and even include ones from my past that I obsessed over as a kid/teen. but it would be a lot of characters.... even if i limited it to one character per franchise, i just love so many cartoons/used to game a lot, it would be so many. i just love being a loser cartoon woman (endearing). i need to watch more cartoons. yes.

So Moon. I know you’re working on the Zoro project, and I know you’ve been going back to East Blue… again I think. There’s like, two different links for two different files. Which one would I choose for the most updated fix of East Blue?

You mean the Standard and Alternate? Both versions should be updated the same way, the Alternate version just has "Gomu" instead of "Gum" and uses the honorifics system

Although, the alternate version has a lot more changes applied to it that's I've been adding to the standard (currently, so not released yet)
