Gotta love when you pick up a book expecting to like it and you do, but it also ends up slowly worming its way into your heart and hitting way too close to home so you develop an unhealthy attachment to it.

Now I present to you, my favorite way to get attached to a male character:
“Look at that lil guy with mommy issues, I wanna lay my head on his shoulder, drum my fingers on his kneecap and promise him everything will be alright.”
Examples:
(It actually won’t be okay but I can lie)
I love them so much

Love that movie based on a Stephen King book where Jaeden Martell's character is the mc that want to become a writer and lives in a small town where paranormal stuff is happening and he is investigating while is being bullied by a guy with long dark hair

mr harrigan's phone isnt so much a horror movie as it is a drama thriller that focuses on the impact of technology on a young man. too bad it suffers from mismatched marketing; i think it's a good solid character film unto itself without the misleading trailers. honestly it could be a good play.
and jaeden martell acts THE FUCK out of this film. i love watching his career progress. a standout talent from his generation of child actors.

If I had a dollar for every time an original cast main character of IT went one to do another movie that's setting was also in Maine, I'd have two dollars. Which isn't much, but it's weird that it has happened twice.
