Prelude to Branding: czarinartz’s Palette with Stories

This blog is about advertising my creative blog and to showcase what brand I will be doing, as well as the services, products and enterprises. This post will be my first blog and I hope you listen to my story of my first brand name. :D

Hello! I’m Diane, an MMA student who feels pain in her neck and shoulders nowadays and feels sleepy and hungry all the time. =.= hahaha xD Joking aside, I created a Facebook page named “czarinartz” which came from my second name ‘Czarina’ and added the word ‘artz’ or in simple words, arts. This page is the main topic of this blog which I will be promoting in order to gain followers who want to engage through my fb page where I will be posting the different artworks that I made. Let’s talk more about the main focus of my topic. :)

Specifically, the thing that I will tackle is my own brand name on my fb page and its purpose and impact on different social media platforms. I think the impact of creating a brand name and a page is to have more connections with other people, not only with fellow artists, but also for my target audience which is the people who likes art, an art which considered having a cute and soft theme, as well as fanarts of K-Pop idols/artists and anime characters. I would also like to add fanart of the movies/series that I have watched coz after I watched something, there is a feeling inside me that I become inspired of doing illustrations of them. ☆3☆ This will greatly showcase my talent in drawing and also, I like doing food illustrations because there are a variety of food drawing where I see on the internet that catches my attention which I wanted to do as well, so there will be times that my client will be a foodie or a person who loves food. 

Next will be the product and services of my brand. In terms of product and services, I will be doing fb posts (since my page is a newbie page right now) that shows my OCs and other art contents like my old artworks, fanarts, requested arts and cute posts. I would also add traditional art since that style is where I started learning drawing and also my most dominant format of making artworks, that's why it will be a mix of digi and trad art or vice versa. There will be stickers and photocards in the near future using my OCs, other fanarts and food illustrations (Hoping to have enough budget for the materials xD). I still don’t have a printer to make stickers and photo cards, that’s why my starting point of selling is digital art for now. 

Thus, creating a brand name for a page is really important since it will be an extra income for me because I am still a student – a broke student hahaha xD Anyway, it is fun having your own brand which also gives me happiness and a reason to move forward and improve my art in a very different way. I think that would be all for my story, so now, I will be plugging my art pages that are listed down below (I am not forcing you to follow my page, just follow what your heart says hehe xD). it is I who realize that i really should shift college course after i spoke with a classmate about batman x spiderman and the implications and i was left with silence or the fact that every project i cannot help but create lore for the client and now im way too invested in this two story duplex thats lived in by twins and their children and theyre second husbands who killed their first husbands and they dont know it and how they have a business where first twin is the face of negotiation while the other is the one who does paperwork and contracts and then how we are supposed to make a scale model and i want to make a cyberpunk dystopian city using staplewires and i already have the whole lore of how the city broke in half and only comes together every few years and the bridge is the only legal way to go from one city to another but the towers are hard to get into especially if your from the outher ring where the squatters live.

they dont get it, everyone in the class is too braindead and dont wanna have fun bout putting yourself in the clients place and going around what we designed. i wanna go where my people are.

and if those people just dresses up as i do everyday, are neurodivergent, gay and very into arts and internet. its.

much my fault i went and corporate when i died one term in. horrible horrible

I wasn't expecting such a timely upload, but happy fourth everyone!! Here's the Dungeon Meshi print I RUSHED to finish before attending JAFAX artist alley last month! The whole gang's having a courtyard pool party.

Because of the time crunch, I had a lot of moments where I felt like something needed tweaking, or i had an idea, but I dismissed it because I didn't have much time. I wish senshis skin was a little darker/warmer. I think it got washed out with the yellow overlay layers, and I didn't really realize until it was too late :/

Also, I thought it might be cute was having a crown somewhere in the scene. Cuz this is supposed to be a post canon thing, and it would be a cute nod to them still getting together and doing fun things after Laois becomes king. And I even thought that the pillow below Chilchuck would be a cute place for it, because it's close enough to be noticeable, and a pillow would make sense, AND Chilchuck would be perfect to guard it with his good ears. But I already shaded it in, and that paper was a huge ass pain. (it was paper made for relief prints. I found it in my old art school stuff. Thought it would be good for drawing on. It was Not.) The paper would've flaked all over the place if I erased it. But at least it makes for a good place to sign the print!

I haven't seen the anime, but I read the manga, and it was really quite enjoyable. The world building is positively sublime, and the characters and their interactions? *chefs kiss* Here's hoping I'll have time to pick up the anime too.

Here in CIT-U, we value learning from seasoned professionals and gaining wisdom and valuable information through their personal experiences. Hosted by the Creative Alliance of Multimedia & Visual Arts Students, ArtShare is a webinar series that invites professionals in the creative industry to share their art journey to inspire the Bachelor of Multimedia Arts students and Technologian creatives.

This year on February 28, we celebrated  ArtShare 5.0: Digital and Fine Art Intersection featuring Golda King and Ken Hensly. These accomplished Cebuano artists shared their experiences that they used to improve their respective expertise.

Together with CAMVAS, CIT-U continues to celebrate and encourage creativity through meaningful art events such as these. Until the next one!
