Principalmente se as sequelas da doença deixarem alguma incapacidade. A inclusão dos tratamentos de Esclerose Múltipla no SUS foi uma vitória! Eu fui diagnosticada e meu medicamento já havida sido incorporado ao SUS. Recebo ele gratuitamente, após o trâmite de solicitação do medicamento e graças a Deus que isso ocorreu, pois até o final do ano de 2019, ele não era fornecido gratuitamente. Lembrando que existem diversos medicamentos e tratamentos para a doença. Muitos pacientes tem fadigas recorrentes e ficar em pé na fila do banco, por exemplo, se torna algo difícil. Para isso os pacientes possuem preferência e podem usar a fila especial. Nem se diga aqueles que possuem sequelas, como por exemplo a necessidade de andador ou cadeira de rodas. É difícil para algumas pessoas entenderem a necessidade de preferência, ainda mais quando se tem uma doença invisível, mas que por dentro te traz um extremo cansaço. Por isso, não julgue se uma pessoa aparentemente bem está usando a fila especial ou vaga especial, você não sabe o que ela realmente está sentindo!! My anxiety has been through the roof lately. I'm glad that I was able to find a job, but having to interact with people, has been so draining. I work long hours on my feet, and believe me when I tell you, I'm not complaining. My job is pretty dope. I'm a personal stylist, but the position is really sales motivated. It's been tricky for me. Sometimes my anxiety causes a lump in my throat, the only way I know how to work through it is by holding my breath. My manager noticed the other night my eyes were glossy. Unfortunately she thought I was about to cry, but I genuinely just stopped breathing. Luckily I can wear whatever I want into work, so I've been wearing sneakers. That's helped relieve some of the foot pain. As far as insomnia goes, I've been sleeping a lot more because I'm exhausted from the long hours on my feet. I haven't been taking baths as regularly. It sucks because I live for baths. I'm working on distressing, so lots of toking up to do. Things are strange at home. But I'm focused on trying to get back on my feet. I hope this week flies by!
