Faces of the King || The Alters

⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆ I finally got it done. A full art of all of the Alters together in one picture. So now let me explain - because I will post them all as their own individual picture so you can see them better further in the post.

As I previously explained in this post Kumo has Dissociative Identity Disorder.

So his alters are as follows:

What you're seeing in this picture is how the alters view each other within the space of Kumo's mind. This is not a reflection of reality but rather within his own mind space.

They are all opinionated about each other and think of each other as completely separate entities from themselves.

The best example I can give you of this is White Cloud's extreme hatred of Makenshi. White Cloud is very opinionated - probably the most so out of all of them and has titles for every single one of them.

So this is what I meant by "accepts ALL of him" because all of his alters are him but they are not each other. They all have shared habits and quirks but they all also have habits and quirks and ticks that are all their own and not one of the others does.

So in summary:

The Lamb is blank eyes and kinda eerie to look at for a long time. Broken doll. The lights are on but is anyone home? The Lamb hardly speaks and believes himself dead so he is beyond the ability to be killed. He sees himself as merely a ghost of Wonderland. White Cloud calls him "The Child of Misguided Sight"

Makenshi is inverted and bares black hair and red eyes. His horns are a golden inversion of the usual amethyst and even his mist has turned black. Makenshi sees himself as a corrupted demon and is hesitant to let anyone close. White Cloud often calls him "The Child of Blight"

Little Cloud is much smaller in appearance and clings to Makenshi at near constant as both alters were born within Gaudium's torturous space. Little Cloud bears a collar and chain over his Sielun Värit to show his once servitude to Chaos. He is without a belt of mist bottles. White Cloud calls him "The Child of Fright."

Snow Cloud / Maamuna never appears older than 15 years old at any given time. He is soft in his demeanor and doesn't carry a belt of mist bottles on his person. White Cloud calls him "The Child of Winter's Night."

White Cloud is a strong presence that can be both aggressive and gentle depending on what is called of him. His eyes are always glowing bright white at all times and he holds no quarter for anyone he considers a fool. His obsession with his place as the Unlimited of Salvation drives most of his actions. He refers to himself as "The Child of Light."

Kumo has the no visual differences from his outward appearance excluding his lack of the Maken in his possession. He is nearly always in air and loves to float and laze around. He's curious at constant and loves to explore. He loves to help everyone his hands can reach and to fix whatever troubles he can. White Cloud refers to him as "The Child of Plight."

Holdfény is extremely cautious and hardly interacts with anyone including the other alters. He keeps to himself and there are only certain scents and sensations that can really bring him forward. The others view him constantly wearing the cloak he wore while living on Windaria with Kaze. The hood goes up or down sometimes but it is mostly up, as he was told not to put it down when he lived on Windaria. White Cloud calls him "The Child of Moonlight." as his name is Windarian for "Moonlight"

Valkoinen Pilvi is the True King and the core of them all. While confident and extremely intelligent all of the other alters have made it their job to protect Pilvi at all costs. They however will not stand in his way as Pilvi is a dangerous force to cross should he feel the need to express his authority. He is always wearing his crown and in possession of the Maken as he is the true owner of the Celestial Mother's Holy Blade. His second title by way of Misterican Society is The Child of White.

Drunk late night talks with Eddie

The music, which is only muffled through the closed door, seems far away. Occasionally, someone slams against the door or pulls it open to shout something unintelligible into the dark kitchen.

"You know," you say, holding a pickle, gesturing towards Eddie as he nibbles on raw spaghetti, "if a zombie apocalypse happens, we need a plan. We should hole up somewhere."

"No, no," Eddie intervenes, shaking his head. "We should be on the move. Always be on the move. In a caravan, for example."

"And what do you do when the tank is empty? Or if the zombies try to break into the car at night? Besides, they can easily smash the windows." Your interjection makes him think. With a furrowed brow, he stares at the noodle in his hand.

"And what about other survivors? They might turn on us. And I don't think they would hesitate to kill you in a heartbeat to stay alive themselves."

"Okay," he clears his throat and looks at you firmly, "then on the water. A houseboat. Zombies can't swim, right? And I don't think others would bother swimming to our ship just to hijack us!"

You look at him skeptically and gnaw on the pickle. The small flashlight, which only illuminates the small space between you, flickers dramatically to add atmosphere to your vital discussion, casting eerie shadows.

"But even the ship needs fuel at some point." you argue, debunking Eddie's plan. "And at ports, we risk being attacked.”

"God damn it," Eddie hisses, pressing his lips into a thin line in resignation.

"I'm sticking to my guns, we should hole up." You insist and lean back, your back pressed against the cold, glazed wood of the kitchen cupboard and a shiver creeps through your body. The alcohol level in your blood is certainly not conducive to making such an important decision. A decision for an absurd hypothetical scenario of a zombie apocalypse. But even in this state of inebriation, Eddie seems to have reasonable doubts about your plan.

"And where?" Eddie asks, prompting you to improvise. Damn, that's a very good question that you haven't thought about yet. But of course you can't admit that. So you shrug your shoulders.

"I don't know. In a supermarket?"

"No, lots of people will be planning to do that too, that's not safe.”

"In an Ikea!" After a moment's thought, you come up with this glorious idea, your eyes light up and, thrilled with your idea, you lean forward and steal the noodle from Eddie's hand.

"In an Ikea?" Eddie repeats skeptically.

"Yes, that's perfect! You've got enough furniture and comfort to live in, enough material to keep you safe, food, sanitary facilities! It doesn't get any better than that!"

Eddie watches you skeptically for a moment, but has to admit to himself that this proposal is indeed great.

"You've got a point," he finally admits reluctantly and grabs the noodle you snatched from his hand earlier. "That's pretty clever of you, I didn't think you were like that."

"A zombie acopalypse like that must be well thought out!" you beam, your cheeks glowing red from the alcohol and weed.

"Acopalypse," giggling, Eddie repeats your slip of the tongue and after a moment of realization you both burst into laughter.

[Hello! Mun behind Jaime here! A lot of this post will be canon information mixed with speculation, personal headcanons, and/or altered information to fit the universe that Jaime is a part of! Because of this, non-canon information will be denoted with blue text!]

Okay! I promised I would write that post about Sigilyph lineages but I thought that it was important to preface that with an equally important history lesson combined with the introduction of the standard Sigilyph.

So, without further ado!

The Traveling Sigilyph

Perhaps the most recognizable appearance of the Pokémon, the Traveling Sigilyph is by far the most common and well-known shape this species takes. Largely considered the “standard” breed, Traveling Sigilyph can be found all throughout the western world as they aren’t a specific lineage and therefore aren’t genetically connected to a single space.

But funnily enough, Traveling Sigilyph are not solely named for their widespread population. In fact, their name is largely attributed to their role in the Unovan Civil Wars.

And it is here that we must delve into our first history lesson— how war completely reshaped the Unova region.

The Unova region is no stranger to war. Ancient civilizations in Unova had been warring thousands of years before the first Unovan kingdom would even come to be. It is in this era that, just outside of modern-day Iccirus, the Dragonspiral Tower would be constructed. Though it is not known who built it or when it was built, it is the oldest structure in Unova. It is a site of high religious importance, as according to legend, the tower is where Legendary Pokémon are created and slumber.

It is important to note that there is evidence of ancient Sigilyph activity here at Dragonspiral Tower dating back thousands of years, the most recent activity being dated some two-thousand or so years ago. Historians refer to this population of Sigilyph as the Dragonspiral Lineage.

But I’m getting ahead of myself. Fast forward a couple hundred years after the construction of Dragonspiral Tower, and the scattered civilizations of ancient Unova are warring once again. It is here that two famous figures would be born: the fabled Heroes of Unova.

Many myths and legends surround the heroes— to the point of having caused several schisms due to disagreements between Unovan religious sects. But regardless of whether these claims are tales or truth, we know for certain that the brothers traveled the region to unite the warring factions under a single kingdom: the Kingdom of Unova— of which the two brothers would be crowned kings.

However, the brothers started to argue over their beliefs; the elder brother sought truth and the younger brother sought ideals. Though no full-scale war came about this disagreement, the kings tried to settle their differences through a series of long and fierce battles, utilizing their Pokemon and the Sigilyph at their disposal in place of human soldier to prevent casualties of their own kingdom. But neither brother was able to overpower the other, and thus the brothers declared that there was no right side.

But despite the outcome of the battle, the damage to their relationship was irreparable. And so one of the brothers (although the identity of the brother is unclear, many historians believe it to be the younger brother) left to build his own kingdom, splitting the Unova Kingdom in two and taking some of the Sigilyph with him.

And this is where the name of the Traveling Sigilyph came to be: they were the Sigilyph that traveled across the region to follow the lonesome brother, and some defecting to follow smaller groups that split off from him.

The Traveling Brother would go on to establish his kingdom in the modern-day Desert Resort, constructing what we now know as the Relic Castle. And even after the king’s death, the kingdom was said to have been the heart of a civilization for people and Pokémon in the Unova region. The civilization reached its peak around 2,500 years ago, when the two kingdoms of the now deceased brothers would merge into one expansive nation.

But this peace would not last.

The descendants of the original twin heroes, the new kings of the unified kingdom, would again spark their forefathers’ disagreement. The ensuing civil war that followed reportedly scorched the earth and shook the very ground, destroying the land of Unova into something unrecognizable from what it once was. And no place is this more apparent than in Desert Resort, a land that used to be full of lush green and expansive forests now reduced to endless sands as far as the eye can see.

The civil war significantly reduced the population of Traveling Sigilyph in Unova and marked the end of the entire lineage of Dragonspiral Sigilyph.

Unfortunately, we don’t know what the Dragonspiral Sigilyph looked like, or if they were physically different from Traveling Sigilyph at all. But considering that they were not a specially-bred lineage, we can only assume that there were little to no visual differences from a standard Traveling Sigilyph.

Nowadays, the Traveling Sigilyph confined to the Desert Resort are referred to as the Relic Lineage, as they dutifully guard the Relic Castle and the remains of the civilization they once called home.

this blog's 1yr creation anniversary is only two months away and tbh even though nobody asked there's always a point for me where i try to evaluate my portrayal and whether or not i'm having fun, whether or not i confidently feel like *other* muns are having fun, (if nobody was why would anybody even be here?? alwdjadkfj) but in a more personal regard, also evaluating whether or not i feel like i've finally 'broken in' a muse and can finally stop 'studying' or trying to reference and adhere as strictly as possible to canon, especially since so many interactions that can happen with rp have never even been remotely explored in canon settings.

there's always some malaise that comes with that; i worry that too much change or growth and comfort with my own private interpretation and portrayal means that i'll somehow drift away from and lose dark and daisuke's original points; their initial thematics and the deeper organic messages of their characters, which i guess makes me sound like a pretentious novelist or your highschool english teacher instead of just a hobby writer, but it's also still important to me who found a lot of positive messages and theatrical magic in dnangel as a series itself to therefore try to be able to handle such things about its characters with equal sincerity and care. i don't want daisuke's overall kindness and optimism to turn bitter or his inner will and courage to turn weak, i don't want dark's tragedies to be neglected nor do i want him to become nothing more than a shallow shipping or fanservice item because of his design and facades, and i definitely, definitely don't want to snip the way these two are so irremovably intertwined within each other, and the way that i'm quite literally writing a 2-in-1 muse, my son(plural) and my sons(singular.)

that all being said, i think i have the confidence to say i've done an okay job, maybe even a Good one. my muse still goes very strong for them even after all this time, and i really enjoy all the relationships they have, especially those of you who were willing to give a completely nonfamiliar canon (or even just a child/teenaged muse with off-the-walls magical girl... criminal.... body horror-y goth phantom of the opera and shoujo satan alignments) a chance. to the old muts i've known from other blogs who've stuck around, thank u! to the new ones that i've only first met on this blog and are still here, thank u guys too! i'm always hoping that i'll get to have plenty more time with everyone in the future, but even if something happens i still can say that i had a really good first year writing dark and daisuke <3

I'm one of those "weirdos" with a "self autonomous" muses, and as one of those weirdos, I think there's a very distinct difference between people like me, and people who use that as an excuse to force their self-insert fantasies. I've generally identified three main categories of roleplayers. People who write CHARACTERS, people who write SELF-INSERTS and/or WISH-FULFILLMENT, and people who write MUSES (and a 4th "people who make blogs but never actually roleplay" but that's irrelevant here). Yes I know "muse" is basically just another word for "inspiration", but hear me out. People who write CHARACTERS are the ones who go through conscious and deliberate decisions on how to write ("I think the character would think and act like this in this situation"), and are more likely to be pre-plotted heavy while sticking to the plot that was decided on without deviating from whatever was agreed upon. If it does deviate, it usually involves a lot of OOC discussion around it. Then there are your SELF-INSERT-y / WISH FULLFILLMENT writers. They aren't writing characters, nor muses. They're writing their projections of their fantasies of what they WANT characters to be, including bending or breaking character to achieve the desired result (Shippers are especially guilty of this). Such people frequently also try to manipulate OTHER PEOPLES' muses into bending/breaking character or manipulate the muns writing their target characters to, once again, achieve their personal fantasy. They might CLAIM to have a "self-autonomous muse" that "does what they want outside of their control", but this is a lie, and you can usually tell when you're dealing with one of these people instead of a Muse writer because that line will be used to excuse disrespecting OOC boundaries and force interactions / writing that other writers are not okay with, even after you've made those boundaries clear. Coercion is a common theme, but some particularly ballsy wish-fulfillment writers will just straight up force things. And then you have your true-blue ("self autonomous") MUSE writers, with characters who "write themselves" without putting much actual thought into it. And Muses can be fun, but they can also be annoying because they will frequently go off the rails at a moment's notice from what you wanted / decided while giving you the fat middle finger, and trying to force them back where you want them to go is tantamount to inciting writers block mutiny. The difference, to me, between the earlier described Wish-Fulfillment writer that pretends their muse "can't be controlled", and the ACTUAL Muse writer, is the Muse writer may not be able to control or change what their Muse wants to say, think, or do, but if it crosses another roleplayers' boundaries (or the writers' own boundaries ; yes, sometimes our muses trespass on OUR boundaries, even tho we write them. Think of it like an unwelcomed intrusive thought), the writer can still choose to NOT WRITE IT. I've written a LOT of Muses over the years. Some of them villainous or straight up nasty. I have also put a lot of Muses in "Time Out", or even retired some entirely and haven't gone back to writing them, because the Muse wanted to go in a certain direction and either 1) it would've crossed another writers' boundaries, or 2) it was something that I didn't want to write even if the OTHER PERSON was okay with it. If the person claiming they "don't control their muse" is using it to coerce or force an interaction you don't desire or are uncomfortable with, yes, THOSE people are just using characters to veil their own personal fantasies and are best AVOIDED (dealt with and seen plenty of THOSE people myself).

But generally, I find that if the OOC WRITER is willing or even WANTS to hard-stop an undesired interaction/thread/whatever should that situation arise (and isn't claiming they want to just to coerce you into agreeing to undesired themes, very important distinction! If you express discomfort and then reluctantly agree and they're TOO eager to get right back to it without considering your feelings, that's a BIG red flag) then chances are they actually do have a "Muse" separate from their personal desires and fantasies. A genuine "Muse controls themselves" writer will happily stick that Muse in the time-out corner if they refuse to behave themselves.

The fact that in Italian, when Val is banging Angel, it literally translates to "I'm yours, do whatever pleases you most" just hits different. Italians are more romantic, pass it on (I say as an Italian and yes I can sing the whole song in Italian).

Like I know everyone is like ha yes Vals poison the aphrodisiac that Angel is addicted to blah blah. So many YouTube evaluations break it down to be literal poison. But the poison is absolutely Valentino himself (duh guys, duh).

I just think it's so much more obvious in the Italian translation. It's about how he made this choice on his own because he fell hard for Val. It's not "I know you're poison" it's "you ARE my poison." And the line "the fire in your eyes, you take me away." Like. Gay. Way more leaning into Angel's heart being what fucked him over. It talks about his loss of identity and his PRIDE in order to make Val happy. It's very heavy shit okay?

And then he literally mentions dying. Several times. I know it's very implied in the English version, but in Italian when he goes into his room he says, "I'm dying, it's too much poison." At one part he says "you're going to kill me."

And this gives me a lot of fucking feels okay? I know I get shitty anons for writing Val x Angel stuff but I honestly think it's the most important dynamic to explore as an Angel writer because at the end of the day, Val is his everything, he would do everything for Val, and he knows it'll kill him one day- whether that be Val going too hard and him being killed from physical abuse, him getting too high to avoid the pain and having another overdose, or genuine heartbreak. And it's going to take a LOT for him to leave because that's how domestic violence is.

Also I see a lot of people saying Husk should kill Val and while as a mun I would personally love it, I know at the end of the day that would destroy Angel. He's lost his identity to Val (see lyrics again). He would feel like a shell without him. Not to mention feel incredible guilt that Val died because of him. Angel wants to see the contract broken, not the guy dead.

Hey! I’d like to know how best to start an askblog, and how to keep one interesting over a long term.

the number one thing I've found with how to start an askblog is to make sure you have something you think you can roll with for awhile (a character or series you're very invested in, if it's an art one make sure it's a design you're willing and able to draw over and over again, etc etc) and then setting up your blog as completely as possible before you post anything.

[This got quite long so further elaboration + more tips below:]

Enable custom theme, plan out how you're gonna tag things a little bit, set your icon and header (if it's an art askblog, absolutely set it to your own art so people get an idea of what your art is like going into the blog), get your blog description in order, all that jazz. If it's an art blog, make sure you have a design settled for your character beforehand and I'd recommend making it a design you could draw easily if you are absolutely exhausted. Having your design be one you can doodle easily means you won't get burnt out from just the idea of drawing the character. Don't feel like you have to get super fancy or complicated with things - your askblog doesn't have to be colored in or have backgrounds or anything. Get as few barriers as possible in between you and theoretically posting. That's gonna be your number one way to personally stay invested outside of your own interest in the character/fandom/subject/etc. Also try to have some ideas for what type of questions you might get and how you will answer them ahead of time, so you're prepared to get right into things when you start getting asks.

And then the most important step is to open your inbox. Before you do ANYTHING ELSE, open your inbox. Turn on anon. Good. Now never close it. A closed inbox, or failing to ever actually open the inbox, is the number one way I see askblogs die. Askblog Muns will close their inbox and then forget to ever reopen them or wonder why they aren't getting asks and abandon the blog entirely. If you are getting overwhelmed, turn off anon. That almost always slows asks down to a manageable crawl. If you are having a significant problem with rude asks or similar, block liberally. You can block anons - tumblr may give you an error about it but in my experience it generally works.

Okay, so you've prepped your askblog and opened your inbox. Now you have to make a post to advertise it. If you are going to make an "ad" style post or intro for your askblog, make a second post as well that is just a general post about the character or meme or similar. Few people are likely to reblog the intro/ad post - this is not a personal slight against you, people just don't generally see a reason to because it doesn't fit what they usually reblog and really don't like being told to do stuff. Significantly more people are more likely to reblog general fanart, text post memes, a comic dub, cosplay photography, or etc, especially shitposts, and then check out your blog from that. Interspersing occasional posts like that is a great way to keep your activity up outside of asks and get new people seeing your askblog every once in awhile.

From that point on, don't be afraid to send yourself asks or ask your friends to send stuff in just to get/keep the ball rolling. Getting your friends to send you some asks right away can be a great way to start posting immediately and show how the format of your blog works, so new people know how interacting with it works. Don't be afraid to post relevant fandom content stuff there, but generally try to keep it to original posts in a similar vein to the askblog (i.e.: if you run an illustrated askblog, post some of your other fanart for that franchise/character there sometimes as well). And try to keep it to your own content - avoid reblogging other people's stuff too much cause it'll clog up your blog and not do anything to help bring new eyes. You can reblog stuff of course, but don't let it overwhelm your blog. Keeping your askblog active with original posts means more people are going to find your blog and stay invested in your blog and send you more asks and this will self-perpetuate.

As far as keeping it interesting over a long-term, that's subjective. But some things you can do include events, particularly for milestones or anniversaries or etc, and many askblogs include a plotline that the characters follow while answering questions, which can encourage asks inquiring about what the characters are up to and give more things to talk about. If you don't keep things changing or progressing, people can run out of things to ask about. Also, don't be afraid to answer the same or similar questions multiple times - especially if it was awhile ago. It's unlikely all your followers have seen all your posts and you can always put a new spin on it. The one billion hug/boop/etc asks do get tiresome though so don't feel bad about skipping the nth one of those. And don't feel like you have to answer every ask immediately! Saving asks can be really useful later down the line, especially if you get a ton of asks all at once but then don't have a lot later. It gives you something to post.

Just generally encouraging engagement with asks/anons is another good option, again such as with events or even things such as Magic!Anons, which is a way anons can impact the characters/story/event in random manners (some common ones are turning characters into animals or monsters, or genderbends, or etc etc). Or even just having your characters react in particular or silly ways to anons or show ways the characters get their buttons pressed by certain asks will encourage people to send in more of those types of asks or explore ways they can personally torment/annoy/etc the characters more, which people love.

The only caveat to this is be careful about letting it stray too far into just straight up RP territory - askblog crossovers are super fun and can be a great way to build up an askblog community, but RP blogs are an entirely different thing that get mixed up with askblogs sometimes and when those waters get muddied it has a poor tendency to just kill askblogs. Because of how RP blogs function entirely differently to askblogs, if your askblog becomes too much of an RP blog it will become only an RP blog, and you will probably completely stop getting askblog asks because the askblog audience doesn't want to rp. Askblogs and RP blogs are similar in theory but very different in execution and attempting to combine them rarely goes well. You will just end up with one or the other and if you were hoping to make one, getting the other will probably leave you confused and disappointed. Also keeping RP blogs active is a completely different beast - that one is just general RP rules. Make your character and go find an open RP to join or community accepting new members and just hop right in. If the RP fizzles out the RP fizzles out, that's not something you can really control. It's the cons of collaborative writing. Askblogs are entirely in your hands, so you can control how active it is. It just comes down to your own engagement and enjoyment with the thing. Just remember: Ultimately, an askblog is for you, the creator of the askblog. Be as self-indulgent as you want. In fact, being self-indulgent is highly encouraged! Because that's how you personally stay invested in your own project. Never feel like you're forced to keep doing it - it's just for fun and for your own amusement. As long as you're having fun and keep going with it, you will attract an audience that will love it as much as you do. You don't need to post every day, or even every week or whatever - take as many breaks as you need.

So tl;dr:

Set up your askblog as much as possible before you post anything.

OPEN YOUR INBOX

Post general fandom content separately alongside your intro/ad post so you are more likely to get traction to your askblog

Don't be afraid to ask your friends to send you asks, or send yourself asks if you need.

Have something going on or switch things up from time to time (or give a means for anons to switch things up) so people have more stuff to ask about or generally feel encouraged to ask things/interact, such as events, plotlines, and/or magic!Anons.

The more you stay active, the more people will see your blog and engage with it

Ultimately the blog is for you, so make it something you will want to stay invested in and feel like you can keep active with and that you enjoy, and people will become invested in it alongside you. If it helps at all - the audience is theoretical and/or ever-changing. You are a guarantee. So cater to you because you know above all else that you are always going to be there.

alright im gonna be real its the blog char/lotte-l/iddel. i commonly do not name drop blogs and was 100 percent prepared to leave this shit behind but....i guess she just keeps wanting to drag everyone back in because every day, its something else. therefore i think its important people know exactly who tf she is so they dont have to walk on eggshells wondering if theres someone in their community that literally holds wrong and bigoted opinions against them for....simply existing? nah. no one should have to deal with that.

theyve deleted many of their anti-polyam posts to cover their tracks and avoid criticism. but their issues with polyam apparently include: wars have been started as a direct result of polyam relationships apparently (???? girl what. what wars), confusing polyam with forced religious polygamy (and seems to also conveniently forget that people still to this day are forced into monogamous relationships somehow), that only people who are childish, deluded or narcissistic are in polyam relationships, used right-wing talking heads like jor/dan p/eterson, m/att wa/lsh and j/oe ro/gan as 'sources' (as a trans person, even if you do not agree with everything these people say, if you uncritically consume them, i just dont feel safe around you. period.). and yet despite having these opinions she still thought it was okay to be in mutuals with openly polyamorous characters and muns, and follow the blogs of people who had it explicit in their rules that they dont tolerate ANY forms of bigotry or hatred. like, you gotta follow HER rules and respect HER boundaries but apparently everyone else's space and boundaries? free reign for her. she can reap the benefit of consuming our art and writing and being in our spaces while also having such vile opinions, apparently. now shes claiming its just an opinion of her muse, but we all know its just a smoke screen. we arent stupid, we can tell when someone is soapboxing using their character as a shield against criticism. and frankly, its repulsive. in this situation, you can either own up to your mistake, or double down on your bigoted stance and make it abundantly clear that you do not welcome certain groups of people into your space. thats fair. but shes being wishwashy, like many bigots nowadays are. they cannot own up to their biogtry and need a level of plausible deniability to avoid criticism, which...ultimately just means all of us have to walk on egg shells to 'tolerate' their shitty opinions because they 'claim' they arent *actually* hateful, they are just *concerned* or *uncomfortable*. like --
