The earthy bitterness of mustard greens and the creamy texture of coconut milk combine to create a flavorful and nourishing tofu curry with mustard greens. It's a filling, vitamin- and protein-rich vegetarian choice.
Ingredients: 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed. 2 cups chopped mustard greens. 1 onion, chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 1 can coconut milk. 2 tablespoons curry powder. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Saut until fragrant. Add cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on all sides. Stir in curry powder and soy sauce, coating the tofu and vegetables evenly. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped mustard greens to the skillet, stirring until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Serve hot with rice or naan.

I’ve been too much of a mess to take advice or learn new things but like a general advice is if u are unsure of a thing (whether in art or not) and u have friends who r capable of helping u then go ask them for help!! It’s much better than just sitting there spiraling on ur own I owe my school friends a lot and although I haven’t done a lot this past year without them I wouldn’t have done anything at all

Farm Friends, we are sharing more more about how we’re eating what we grow, the concoctions we are making and enjoying straight from the field to the table. In August we had a day celebrating Dr. George Washington Carver as a beekeeper. We harvested honey followed by a Carver inspired meal , of Ground nut chicken and a farm salad with okra, cucumber, onions, and field pea sprouts.
Well we’re using the sprouts in more ways. We were going to make a Mess O’Greens Salad from the Dori Sanders Country Cookbook today and add a few other ingredients to include the pea sprouts I decided to incorporate the salad into a wrap still using the sprouts. This wrap has ham, havarti cheese, a mess of greens just picked, pea sprouts, toasted local pecans, dried cranberries, and tomato with a vidalia onion vinaigrette. Y’all, it’s so delicious. Of course you can use the leafy greens as the wrap and leave out the meat and or the cheese. Either combination would be so good and another way to enjoy what’s growing regularly.
By the way, we spoke with Ms. Dori Sanders and she is doing well. Please consider purchasing her country cookbook to make recipes that are true southern cuisine. The Mess O’Green Salad is just one of many recipes that you can make and enjoy throughout the year. Also, you will find the stories of her family and the Upstate history educational. Ms. Dori is recipient of the 2011 Southern Foodways Alliance Craig Claiborne lifetime achievement award winner and New York Times bestseller author of the novel Clover. @southfoodways

We bought so much #greens and finally finished them all this week. It’s crazy people don’t eat enough #leafygreens . Mustard greens grow amazingly well on a Tower Garden! 🌿🌱🍃 Add this to any salad mix to enhance the overall flavor and elevate it to another level! If you love mustard, then you have to try this leafy green.
Mustard greens are related to the Brassicaceae/Cruciferous family. Mustard greens come in different shapes and give generous harvests. Mustard greens have a surprisingly complex tangy taste while revealing true mustard flavors, Dijon-style!
Mustard greens can be harvested every 3 to 6 weeks depending on varieties. Mustard greens are cool climate crops that do not grow well above 25°C/ 80°F. Mustard greens grow perfectly well along with arugula planted on the same tower.
Mustard greens are packed with calcium, magnesium, folic acid, and vitamin K: we strongly advise you to include mustard greens of all kinds in your culinary repertoire!
For more information, please read our blog post: Growing aeroponic mustard greens on a Tower Garden

I thought I put too many #ShiitakeMushrooms in this #chicken and #garlic sauce, but they ended up being the best part of the meal! The #MustardGreens--stems too, for crunch--and #sriracha weren't too shabby additions, either! #JadziaCooks https://www.instagram.com/p/CNTSDD6n71f/?igshid=4xt86eqlmnql
