mkmk so y’all probably know me as @probably-not-a-rutabaga and are likely familiar with all my aus if you found this

basically i just wanna make a silly little blog where you guys can ask questions specifically directed at my au characters and i’d answer as them 👍

a few little notes

- all my tmnt sillies are open to questions. i’ll make a separate post with like,, guidelines eventually, but until then just use logic to decide what questions are unacceptable

- i am not planning to make art for most asks, but there may be the occasional drawing to accompany and answer

Slime Attack! Raph Ver.

Gonna slime info dump a little below

Gave big ol' Rise Raph a tabby slime because they are very friendly and love to boop – they are literal slime cats – and idk about you, but I think rise raph deserves the cuddles. And they come with the added bonus of their plorts being a high commodity for athletes, with only a little drawback. If you know, you know.

Since 2012 Raphael has Chompy, whose a fire turtle basically, the fire slime seemed a good fit. They are rather affectionate but also require a hot place to stay, i.e an ash trough and they BURN. Just burn some trash and boom, food for the firecracker. Their plorts would be a nice snack for chompy, plus a cuddle buddy.

The affectionate part is only because these little shits keep jumping on and following me on the range, and while I do love them, they do tend to get themselves killed.

2003 Raph got the Saber slime, as someone– yknow who you are– suggested! They are similar to the tabby slime as they are cat-like, but unlike them, these guys are food possessive. And thought to be extinct, but that's not important. They will roar, scaring any other slimes, just to get food. Or to just announce their arrival. These guys parkour, too, so now Mikey's got a roadblock.

2003 Donnie might be kind of sad he didn't get one but there's always another chance.

And finally, 1987 Raph with the mischievous ringtail slime!

These fellas bring my carrot farm every ounce of shame as they stare with those shifty eyes back at me, and all I can do is continue feeding them over... and over... and over again...

Oh, and they turn to stone too, but nothing little money can't fix.

I think it'd be cute for Raph to have a little kitten and also reference 2012 in the same breath!!!! So this is Chompy, a little kitten Raph found and fell in love with. Chompy can't really be left around Raph or his brothers for safety reason (getting crushed/eaten) so they stay with Chizu (much to Chompy's dislike)

Yes definitely.

In the TMKT AU, Gia and David find Chompy Kahlo (changed last name from Piscasso to Kahlo, get the reference? lol), cause David and Sal Commamder join the Turtles on their adventure after the betrayal.

Gia falls into the pit and David jumps in after her and when trying to find a way out, Gia finds the egg and Chompy hatches from it. From that point forward, Gia and David are her adopted parents.

The 87 turtles would first end up in Bayverse through the power of plot convenience. Bayverse turtles need their crossover with 87 to introduce other dimensions as well as let them know something is stealing brothers so they know what happened to their Donnie.

Just realized this means Bayverse Leo is in charge of two groups. Oh dear.

Since most turtles look a lot alike, each rise turtle can easily tell their original dimension brothers apart.

Just realized how much more stressed Bayverse Raph is going to be when he realizes the plane-jumping brother is now pint-sized. Look how small he is!

When they're back to normal Bayverse Donnie is going to little man 87 Leo so hard.

03 Mikey trying to help with 03 Donnie's legs during Good Genes to feed my medic Leo headcanon. This made me think about Rise Donnie and Leo having a recurring argument about whether or not Donnie tried to eat Leo's leg. Donnie has bit Leo multiple times but never tried to bite his leg, but Leo clearly remembers it. Wait. Now that he thinks about it, maybe it was Raph. He does remember Donnie looking a lot bigger for some reason. Rise Raph refuses to be dragged into their middle-child nonsense!

03 turtles hear the argument and look uncomfortable. 03 Donnie confesses that was him. Dude. Rise Leo gets he's a snack, but what even?

The 12 turtles find out Rise Donnie has committed so many crimes.

Rise Donnie: I'm banned from Witch Town altogether.

12 Mikey: Which town?

Rise Donnie: Yes.

The 12 turtles take Chompy with them. Chompy at one point got loose and rushed right for Rise Donnie. Moving too fast to stop slides right into his leg. Donnie looking down and seeing a turtle whose cuteness somehow rivals even his Mikey's immediately picks him up. Chompy nuzzled into his hand. Oh, this is Donnie's now.

Bonus points if the 12 turtles saw none of this and are now frantically searching for Chompy. They go to ask Rise Donnie about checking security cameras and Donnie is currently taking pictures of Chompy in little outfits.

"Alright, kid," Raph mutters conspirationally, pulling his younger counterpart close, "ya remember what I said?"

The snapper nods, grinning that sharp, babyish grin of his. "'M the best Raph."

"That's right. Don't let 'em forget that, buddy."

And they sure need a reminder, the older turtle thinks morosely as he sneaks a glance at the children's opponent, being tended to by his own red-banded ninja a little further away. Nothing against the kid - he looks as spunky and bitey as baby Red here, which normally are qualities Raph would endorse in a little one - but he's being raised by the wrong guy, honestly. Raph's nothing if not competitive; besides, there's only one alternate version of himself he can tolerate, and it's the one currently smearing cookie crumbles all over his lap.

Never mind that, though. They need to get their head back in the game. "And what else?"

"Don't lose Mikey. An'- An' don't bite first."

"Yeah. Don't go around biting people, 'cause Master Splinter's gonna have my head if he finds out, but if they bite you first, let 'em have it. Got it?"

The boy nods again, this time even more vigorously, so Raph grins back at him and pats him on the head, earning himself some pleased baby churrs. "That's what I wanna hear. Now go and give em' hell, Red."

He expects little Raphael to toddle away enthusiastically, as he often does when he's distracted by something new; instead, the tot wraps his own arms around Raph's outstretched one, giving him a clumsy, one-limb hug. "Bye Raph," he says, giggling at his own antics. "Say bye Apree. An' Daddy. An' Casey."

Raph snorts derisively, but there's a certain degree of fondness in it that he can't ignore completely, and the nudge he gives the boy to send him on his way is as friendly as it gets. "Yeah, sure, whatever," he scoffs under his breath, watching Raphael stumble back towards his brothers.

"Don't worry, kid. Everyone's cheering for you just fine."

Chompy Picasso

Chompy was mutated at the beginning of the apocalypse, and has been traveling with Venus since they found eachother. He's been learning to weild an axe and is quick learner too!

Despite the dire and bleak circumstances, Chompy's much more of an optimist than Venus. The 2 usually have differing viewpoints on how to go about their live in the new world, but it has yet to cause any big rift.
