Design for my Figure skater Casey jones!! This idea has been brewing in my head for a while and I’m so happy to finally get a version of it out

I am a figure skater, so it was really fun to put little inside jokes and stuff into his design (including his skate flail, inlines, outfits, semi-hatred for hockey players etc. )

I don’t think this will be his exact final design, but I’m really excited to experiment with all the directions this concept can go in!

This drawing was a TON of trial and error but I think it turned out pretty well

Tried a bunch of different things in this including channeling my inner @nickkkdoesstuff for some of the details (their art is absolutely AMAZING please check them out (they’re on my “to commission” list))

Usagi doesn't have access to the hidden city right now, he's technically not supposed to be there. He wanted to show Leo how teams behaved, the yokai have to get along and such, otherwise they could be compromised. It's happened before and didn't end well. There will be a part two eventually.

Also yes, Leo did just now realize he likes Usagi, everything happened all at once. Usagi has liked him for a while now, he's just better at managing those emotions (bottling them up)

sorry I haven’t been posting lately on any platforms, I’ve been busy with school and also working on improving my art to a place that makes me happier so I have been doing mostly self indulgent stuff and drawing old oc’s and I didn’t think anyone would pay much attention to it if I posted them but I love these guys and wanted to share them.
