OK SORRY I WAS THINKING ABOUT THINGS TOO HARD AGAIN here’s an expanded character relationship chart ( there’s placeholders and it’s still not done but here’s a general idea 😭😭) expanded ideas under the cut in case it’s hard to read 😭

- candy, dk , funky and freddie (all childhood friends, grew up together.)

candy + freddie: best friends through and through!! ( Freddie admires her confidence and skills and Candy appreciates his willingness to help his friends and soft heart , but “you gotta stand up for yourself more sweetie.” 😭.) roommates before things started getting serious between freddie and funky.

candy + dk: dated for a point in time but had a mutual breakup, still great friends regardless! ( dk is kinda into people who can kick his ass )

candy + funky: she had the hots for him for a while but he never showed any feelings back. ( she found out he was gay) “OH! Oh, yeah that check out.” she got over him after that. funky appreciates her, one of his closest friends!

freddie + dk: great friends! Freddie had feelings for him but never said anything abt it, thought it wasn’t going to work out so moved on. Dk didn’t realize he had feelings for him until he got with funky ( “why do i feel so jealous?” 🙁 ) figured out that Freddie use to like him at some point and started crying sobbing and throwing up when he realized he fumbled the bag.

funky + freddie: best friends! funky had a crush on freddie for YEARS. he was so down bad abt him and wanted to always make him feel loved and appreciated even if there was the possibility they would never get together. freddie was oblivious to his affections for a bit but started gaining feelings for funky as he noticed the way he treated him as they got older, they want eachother so bad it makes them look stupid. 🫶🏽

Dk + funky: best bros for life!!! funky never noticed any animosity between them and considers dk one of his best friends. dk thinks very highly of funky of course! but he couldn’t help but start getting extremely jealous of funky for getting with freddie after he realized his feelings for him too late. ( biting his fist till it bleeds) “CONGRATULATIONS. IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU…… 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁” ( he then proceeds to drive into traffic)

- freddie + diddy: cousins!! diddy was raised with Freddie when he was born and he has a cool older cousin watching after him always!!! Freddie would kill and die for diddy. that’s his baby cousin 😢😢 when diddy found out funky liked Freddie he was like 🤨. (standing on 5 boxes ) break his heart I will get you. ( He won’t diddy don’t worry.)

dixie + diddy: best friends and first crushes! they’re like 14. watched her punch a guy in the face or something and he started having feelings for her. idk they’re cute 😭😭😭

Blondie (guard kong) + freddie - Freddie befriended him at some point and got to know him!! he’s very kind and he honestly thought he was kinda cute but he probably doesn’t feel that way back so I’m happy being his friend. ^-^ (Blondie in his head) I have loved you for a million lifetimes. He has the biggest crush on freddie but he is not much of a talker and way too shy to ever admit how he feels to him so he will take it to the grave.

so a few weeks ago i went thru and unfollowed every inactive tumblr i'd been following for years. like some blogs were literally labeled as "last updated 8 years ago" it was time... but then I realized that all this time i'd only been following like 400 active blogs, which is a lot but not on linear timeline tumblr where not everyone is online at once, and so i have been randomly following people back who reply to my posts (this isn't a post to entice you to talk to me, tho as I always say, conversations are happening in the replies of my posts because i love talking to people) and my modern tumblr experience is changing so much. i LOVE my long time mutuals but up until a few weeks ago i didn't follow people very often and i regret that now. if you're like me and haven't explored following new people in AWHILE then i seriously recommend it 😳

Dimentio is like a skittish cat, when he's not trying to be friendly, he will avoid you or teleport if he's not vibing with your intentions. If you're in that "there's only one bed" situation, he tries to not touch or get close to you, he is a fan of personal space, even in a "romantic" context or just mutual interest. You'll need to convince him that it won't be that bad, but this usually happens if he's not "in character".

King Boo accepts it more often, he won't let you ever be in control tho, so he grabs you like you're those long pillows or a teddy bear. There's also a situation that he may feel generous and will let you lie on top of him, but if he gets tired of it he just turns intangible and sinks through the bed until he's in another floor of wherever he's at. It's funny, especially if he's in his true form. :3

August 31, 2022: Three Spanish players face the press after the incident of a private conversation with the president, Luis Rubiales, was leaked. Jorge Vilda's resignation has been requested there - information which is then rejected by the players at the press conference.   

September 22, 2022: The association releases a statement that 15 players are on strike and that they will not allow pressure from the players, and that all must apologize if they want to return to the national team.   

September 23, 2022: The open letter from the players is leaked and later in the evening the players release a response to the union through their social media.   

30 September 2022: Jorge Vilda withdraws his national team squad - all 15 players are out of the squad against Sweden. The union captain also states that 15 new players are the only solution to the conflict as he will not resign.   

30 June 2023: The Spanish World Cup squad is withdrawn and several of the striking players are included - among them: Ona Batlle, Aitana Bonmati and Mariona Caldentey. 

August 20, 2023: Spain win a historic World Cup gold after Olga Carmano scores the game's only goal against England. The national team's achievements are overshadowed when confederation chairman Luis Rubiales took the liberty of kissing Jennifer Hermoso on the mouth without her permission.  

At the same time, a video comes out from the locker room where Hermoso is heard saying she didn't like it.  

August 21, 2023: Rubiales hit back at the harsh criticism after the kiss to later that day apologize for the behavior in a video released by the Spanish Football Federation. According to Spanish media, the federation allegedly tried to force Hermoso to be in the video and tried to get her family members to persuade her. In addition, there were reports that the union had written a statement in Hermoso's name, which later turned out to be false.  

August 23, 2023: Jenni Hermoso issues a statement through the Spanish players' union and her agency announcing that she will initiate legal proceedings against Rubiales.  

August 24, 2023: There are reports that Luis Rubiales will announce his resignation at a press conference on August 25th.  

August 25, 2023: The press conference where Rubiales is expected to announce his resignation takes a turn. The union chairman is said to have said that "these people are murdering me in public" and then he repeated time and time again that he is not resigning. This to applause from, among others, Jorge Vilda and the management staff.  

Later in the same day, the Spanish World Cup heroes announced that they refuse to play in the national team unless Rubiales resigns.  

Hermoso went out on his channels and put down that the kiss was in some way mutual - "I don't tolerate my words being questioned, let alone inventing things I didn't say".  

In addition to the 23 World Cup heroes, another 35 players signed a letter demanding serious action.  

August 26, 2023 : The Spanish federation hits back at Jenni Hermoso in a statement trying to prove that Jenni Hermoso allegedly picked up the federation flag and hugged him.  

"Mr Rubiales has not lied - the RFEF and Rubiales will refute each and every one of the lies spread".  

Hermoso fights back and believes that she and her entourage were blackmailed into making a statement that favors Rubiales.  

In the afternoon of the same day, the announcement comes from Fifa - Rubiales is suspended for 90 days.  

Later in the day, information comes that several coaches and leaders are leaving the association in a coordinated mass exodus as a protest. Including Montse Tomé, who later becomes the new national team captain.  

August 28, 2013: Rubiale's mother goes on hunger strike in protest against all the negative publicity about her son. Ángeles Béjar locked herself in a church indefinitely - in the hope that there will be a resolution that her son deserves. 

During the afternoon, Spanish public prosecutors announced that they had opened an investigation into sexual abuse against Rubiales.  

The Spanish Football Federation is also said to have convened an internal crisis meeting to discuss Rubiale's future. During the evening, a statement came from the association demanding Rubiale's resignation and saying that he has seriously damaged Spanish football.  

September 1, 2023: Spain's government calls for Luis Rubiales to be suspended pending an investigation by the Court of Sports.  

September 5, 2023: Confederation captain Jorge Vilda, who led Spain to a historic World Cup gold, is fired and Montse Tomé takes over.  

September 6, 2023: Hermoso reports Luis Rubiales to the police for kissing her on the mouth without consent. The Spanish prosecutor's office has, according to AP, assumed that Rubiales risks a fine or imprisonment in one to four years - if he is judged guilty. 

September 7, 2023: In an interview with Piers Morgan, Rubiales resigns as confederation chairman of the RFEF.  

15 September 2023: Spain postpones its squad selection ahead of the Nations League. The Spanish players go out in an open letter stating that they will not take part and that they believe that the changes that have been made are not enough.  

Rubiales appears in court where the prosecution is taking precautionary measures. Rubiales cannot contact Hermoso and must be at least 500 meters away from her.  

September 16, 2023: Athenea del Castillo was the only one not to sign the open letter that went out on Friday - the striker believes that you have a duty to your profession and wants to play in the Olympics.  

September 17, 2023: The Spanish players receive an email from the federation stating that they must respond to the email within six hours to be eligible for selection on Monday. None of the boycotting players respond.   

September 18, 2023: The Spanish federation poodles before the selection of the squad for the Nations League and believes that it will carry out the requested changes.  

Tomé then takes out his first squad where 15 WC players are on the list. Also boycotting Mapi Leon and Patri Guijarro are withdrawn. The Spanish national team players come out with a statement that they were unaware of the selection and that they saw it on TV - Jenni Hermoso is out of the squad.  

The players are threatened with fines and suspended player licenses if they do not show up on Tuesday - but the stars mark that they did not want to be singled out via their social media.  

Hermoso hits back at Tomé who "wanted to protect her" by leaving her out of the squad. “Protect me from what? And from whom?", she writes in a statement.  

September 19, 2023: The Spanish national team players join the player hotel in Madrid and Valencia. The players clearly indicate that they are not satisfied and do not want to be there.  

Later in the evening, a seven-hour meeting begins between the players and the federation, where CSD (equivalent to the National Sports Confederation in Sweden) is the mediator. The parties agreed and the union promises structural changes.  

21 out of 23 players will therefore travel to Sweden for the match. Patri Guijarro and Mapi León are two players who are not completely satisfied with the situation.  

September 20, 2023: Mapi León and Patri Guijarro leave the collection.

Like I bet his ex made him give him bjs regularly but like I doubt his ex ever gave Sky one because it wasn’t something that would give his ex sexual pleasure, only Sky (because he doesn’t give a shit about Sky so it does nothing for him, whereas it does everything for Prapai because of how much Prapai cares about Sky and how much Prapai’s pleasure is rooted in Sky’s). In the vid Sky kinda looked unsure or like even nervous (I’m not quite sure how to describe his expression) which would match up with my theory. Sky is very experienced in a lot of areas but not with receiving bjs. I bet if he ever had other one night stands with people he was okay with giving them bjs (like he did to Prapai shortly after they got to the condo the first time they met), but not receiving them because that puts him in a way more vulnerable position (his dick would literally be in the other guy’s mouth idk how much more (physically) vulnerable you could get lol). But like after Prapai sees his apprehension and reassures him, he pretty much just lets himself go and lets himself be vulnerable and trusts Prapai. Honestly huuuuuuge step for him and gives us the insight into how he truly feels about Prapai and the personal progress he’s made even before he’s forced to acknowledge his feelings two weeks later during that confession scene.

Ugh I have so many more thoughts (even tho I’ve only seen that short clip, where are the others omggggg) but I’ll restrain myself. I really can’t quit these two can I!?

honestly one of the top reasons why i love lamen so much is their mutual obsession! both of them are obsessed and infatuated with each other to a concerning degree and what makes it so special is the fact the odds were completely against them 🥺 i mean think about it: who falls in love and (enthusiastically) sleeps with their brother's killer? who thinks about abandoning their throne to be near a guy who had them whipped and beaten? only an otherworldly love could be the cause of both of their actions when the circumstances were so dire, so i really love exploring this dynamic 🥰 i really think no matter which universe damen and laurent would always be drawn to each other in the most intense way . i also don't particularly understand why some feel the need to portray laurent as the uninterested party between them when to me, their love has always been equal. lamen's magic comes from both of them loving the other more than anything and anyone in the world 🥹(tho at the end of the day, to each to their own! i don't mean to censor anyone)

meanswhile hunter’s a mermaid prince and is often out on scouts (both of his own insistence and the convenience of keeping him out of his uncle’s way) because he’s too curious for his own good…! very much ariel-esque in wanting to explore the surface/see what’s out in the world but is confined by like . the expectation that he’ll take over the throne someday. he doesn’t want that tho he wants to live his own life…

uhhh they meet by accident the first time cuz hunter got too bold seeing a human and it was like. pointing spider-man meme. the comic i drew is their technical second meeting, where they finally speak to each other hehe…

other things: willow’s staying at a lighthouse with longtime penpal luz, who’s been trying to find proof of mermaids for ages (they met on an online forum after willow was rescued and have shot theories back n forth ever since)

amity & gus are mermaids in the high court—gus is hunter’s advisor and closest friend, amity is hunter’s academic rival but in a fun friendly way and writes humanfic based on books that have made their way to the mer realm

azug would be hopeless with a plant, she’s not home/in one place nearly enough to maintain one. she could probably take care of a dog or cat but anything other than that would require too much specialized care for her. for a child… she could be a good parent, but again she’s not at a point in her life where she spends much time at home. if she did have a child, it would probably be an orphan she adopted, and sadly they may suffer from her not being home much — she would make sure people checked on the child and, with how shitty being an orphan in skyrim is, they would at least have a fairly nice home to live in, but she wouldn’t be very present for at least a few years

megana is the most responsible irresponsible person you’ve ever met. she can and does take care of plants (mostly alchemical ingredients she grows herself) and a pet (her rabbit, thistle). as for a child… hypothetically, she could take care of one, if she had to babysit or was otherwise saddled with one for a while, but she doesn’t have much interest in having her own. she’s more like the fun gay wizard aunt. except she’s an only child and has no close friends with children. yknow?

never trust antony with anything alive. he likes dogs and has had a couple in his life, but uh…… i just wouldn’t trust him with it

azug doesn’t consider anything a waste of time. if you told her that bird in that tree was stuck she’d be up there in a heartbeat to save it. not because shes super empathetic for the bird or because she’s naive enough to believe it’s stuck, she just loves procrastinating and avoiding her responsibilities. something to distract her for a minute? great! sign her up!

megana considers many things a waste of time but *what* specifically depends on when you ask her, what she’s doing that day, and what her current biggest interest is. shes spent the last week and a half trying to create a new spell? get out of her face with your “vampire problem in the cave outside town,” wdym, she’s Busy

Why don’t you ship it?

I mean I have written maxiel 😅 but it's a very specific, rancid dynamic that only eye enjoy. I always avoid royal pairings whenever I get into a fandom, which means the biggest/most popular ship cause it's more interesting to me to have to figure a dynamic out than already have it be pre-established and fandom having made their mind on how they want it to be. Nothing wrong with that ofc, if it hits it hits, and maxiel is popular for a reason. I can't be too mean, at least half my mutuals are maxiellers of the world. It's just how fandom sees max in maxiel is very different from how I see him and it's not my cup of ☕️🫖

What would have made you like it?

Uhh if it was less popular 😅 if I got into f1 during 2018 I'm sure I would be a diehard maxieller. Unfort as I got in, my first impression had been Daniel as just Max's flop ex-teammate while Max had moved on to better and bigger things of the world.

Honestly, I would've been super into a reconciliation maxiel angle --they lose touch, max has to get over being betrayed by daniel leaving leaving him, daniel has to deal with Coming Home (rb 3rd driver) and swallow the resentment of everything max has is something that was promised to him etc, and they both have grown up and changed but at the same time are so fond of each other.

in some ways I feel like their characterization is stuck in 2018 and that just doesn't really appeal to me. let them grow up, move on, and come back together!!! i think that's far more compelling.

there's really only so many times I can read established relationship fluff mpreg. or max sobbing cause his dad is mean and being stuffed of the Ric Dick Turbo 3000 will fix him.

yeah! I think understanding maxiel is fundamental to understanding/writing max. daniel's impact, friendship, support was foundational for max. i think a sense of humour is v important when writing max, and he def took that from Daniel/wanting to impress him. I adore baby maxiel gifs from when they're teammates. also they have a 😳 age gap and it's never properly utilised!!!! Ahhhhh.

Is the protag of gen7/Ultra Moon but different backstory prior to the games!

Instead of being from Kanto like og gen7 protag, she's originally from Alola, but moved away when she was like 6 cause of her dads job. Note that she never rlly had a close relationship w her dad cause its important later 👍 No negative thoughts, he was just very busy w his job and all. First moves to Kanto, lives there for two years, then moves to Hammerlocke in Galar when she's 8 and lives here till she moves back to Alola w her mom at 11.

While in Galar, her mom befriends Raihan's mom, so the two become friends despite a four year age gap(I hc Raihan as 25 by SwSh games so 👍). They hang out somewhat often, Lilith doesn't really have social media until she's like 10 but they stay in contact when she moves back to Alola.

Cue entirety of Ultra Moon that I am not recapping, becomes Alola's first champion, deals with some Ultra Beasts, fucks around and finds out in Ultra Space for fun. Reverse adopts Guzma as her dad because 1) Man that ran away from home is funny 2) just went through some traumatizing shit together 3) Not very close with her actual dad, has no father figure 4) funny dynamic

As a champion she remains pretty lowkey ig? Continues to pick up every odd job she can find, very close with the people in person but remains stone-faced and professional in any official stuff(battles, interviews, etc..). She wants to promote Alola as not just a vacation spot, but also a place that's a serious menace when it comes to battling, despite the league being so new, so she's very active in battling, visiting other regions for exhibition matches and what not.

But! The gremlin is real. Though she's got a lotta work cause league is so new and shes basically the chairwoman,,, she also investigates Ultra Space on the side because she thinks it's fun and a chance to relax!! She may be professional or kind on the outside but by god will she fistfight a UB if she has to.

Here's the spice tho,,, is invited to Galar along w Alola's elite four for some exhibition matches and a small vacation to meet old friends, about when she's 19 so two years before "current" time yk.

First time she sees her friends in Galar since she lived there so she spends a lot of time w them ofc, gets introduced to people within thr Galar league like different gym leaders and, ofc, Piers, who she has a few mutual friends with. Heeheehe they mainly become friends cause Raihan and Leon r like "You're both my pals so you're pals now" n all is almost good

Finally,,, the crushing part(Sorry not sorry this is so long I have soo many thoughts). So Champ originally only sees Piers as a close friend cause they get along well and have shared interests, while Piers starts like,, a small interest at first and then as they get to know each other more has a realisation one day that he's got a big fat fkn crush 😳

Champ only realises like. Almost a year later that she might have a thing for him when she watches one of his concerts for the first time

Ougoiuoho I havent thought out how they start dating yet okay but I'm thinking like. Slowly start doing more n more stuff like holding hands and then one day "so what are we?" "Dating?" Dbjwbehxisn but I also think it would be super cute if Piers was all flustered confessing n shit,,, choices choices. Anyways 1 year later, Champ 21, Piers 23, they r power couple that terrify interviewers 👍
