The disappointment i have when there isn't enough fics/posts of the jl fighting someone who can remove/take away their superpower

and when Shazam gets hit with it he just.... splits into like 6 kids (all below 17) (one is literally 7-9 yrs old) ( thats obv Darla)

yeah the JL def has questions

and most of the Shazam kids reaction is like "oh shit oh shit sHiTh SHIT SHIT SHIITTTT" for many reasons like 'oh shit we don't have our powers how are we gonna defeat this guy' and 'oh sHiT now they (the jl) know we're a kid/im a kid' wtf will happen now?!?!'' and also 'nope. nope I don't like this. it feels weird being separate/d (entities)' is also their reaction

and it take awhile (days actually) (don't ask why) to catch the superpower–removing villain and revert the effects so they're on this mission (roadtrip) with definitely mature and responsible children (read: menaces to society) that happens to be captain marvel

Horror's nightmare

Horror doesn't think much on his past anymore, but his nightmares often resurface the guilt he's buried about the idea that he could have prevented it all somehow, even if it came at the cost of his own life.

Thankfully, Nightmare is here to make him a hot drink to calm his nerves and promise him a visit to his brother when the sun is up, because Papyrus will always be very glad to see his brother alive and visiting (and as sleepy as ever).

I do think a lot about how, even from an individual perspective, Light's vision of utopia is completely unreachable to him from the very beginning. Because in order for him to justify his actions, he needs to feel like he's in the process of fulfilling his purpose. At no point can the purpose actually be fulfilled and his vision complete. He needs to be actively killing, or have some plan in play that's in service of him being able to kill. The only path available to him had he lived was to grow more and more particular and indiscriminate about who he decides is bad for society and must die. There could never have been an end to it.

She can’t figure out if that’s good or bad, as her eyes adjust to the dark. But- something about that does frighten her.

“Why am I not really upset? I had friends- In person, online…”

She ignores her resentment.

“And I was doing well in school, in sports, at home...”

She ignores her exhaustion.

“My future that was planned is basically gone to the wind.”

She… tries to ignore her hope.

Do you think Heart is willing to throw away his entire life just so Mind can feel a semblance of shame?

All Heart wants to do is live, despite it all he wants to be seen and to be loved. But when he’s angry…. What if he just wants to make the others suffer? He’ll stare at his gun and contemplate suicide not only because he wants out, but because maybe it would make Mind feel a sliver of guilt. Heart would tear himself apart with gnashing teeth and violent tears just for the possibility that Mind would feel any semblance of regret for how he treated him.

Heart wants to ruin himself just so Mind can realize he was wrong. He’ll tear down everything if it means Mind feels regret for even a single day. Sometimes he wants to suffer out of spite, even if it only hurts him in the end.

I hate you so much for what you did to me I want you to feel sorry, I want you to realize that it’s all your fault I turned out this way.

I want to know you still love me.
