Hallo ihr Lieben!

Leider ging es bei mir diesen Monat so drunter und drüber, dass ich es einfach nicht mehr geschafft habe, einen neuen Monatsimpuls zu schreiben. U.a. auch weil ich nach meiner Erstimpfung gegen Corona, die ich endlich glücklicherweise diesen Monat bekommen durfte, mir ganz bewusst Zeit nur für mich genommen habe - um die Impfwirkungen der ersten Tage bestmöglich zu überstehen und die Immunität durch die Impfung nicht zu schwächen. Daher hier ein etwas kürzerer Impuls. Was gefällt eigentlich euch besser? Lieber öfters kleine Impulse oder einmal im Monat einen so großen Impuls wie bisher? Schreib mir das gerne in die Kommentare/per Privatnachricht/per Mail!

So jetzt aber zum Impuls 😉 Die Literaturnobelpreisträgerin des letzten Jahres Louise Glück, hat einen Satz geprägt, der mir immer wieder im Kopf umherschwirrt. So lange hat die Frage nach einem glücklichen Leben die Menschen die Menschen beschäftigt!

So lange haben Theologie und Philosophie der verschiedensten Kulturen auf der ganzen Welt danach gefragt. Und nie ist jemand endgültig auf eine Antwort gekommen. Nur eines war bei fast allen Antwortversuchen gleich: Ein glückliches Leben kann nur im Hier & Jetzt stattfinden. Louise Glück fasst das noch viel extremer zusammen und nennt das im Moment gewahr sein als Bedeutung des Begriffs eines glücklichen Lebens zusammen. Und irgendwie hat sie damit doch sogar recht - wie schnell kann uns das Glück durch die Lappen gehen, wenn wir mal wieder mehr in der Vergangenheit oder in der Zukunft hängen, als im derzeitigen Moment?

Im Moment zu sein, das geht bei mir am leichtesten in der Natur. Wenn mir mal zu Hause alles zu viel wird, ich einfach meine Ruhe brauche, suche ich mir einen Ort in der Natur und bin einfach nur ganz da.

Daher dazu eine kleine Übung: Die Übung kannst du überall machen, aber ein ruhiger Platz eignet sich hierzu besonders gut - am besten irgendwo draußen. Profis können sie auch inmitten im Trubel durchführen, aber dazu musst du schon ganz schön in dir ruhen!

Setze oder stelle dich so hin, dass du einen guten und festen Bodenkontakt hast. Schließe deine Augen. Spüre die Welt um dich herum. Was fühlst du? Weht dir ein laues Lüftchen um die Nase? Riecht etwas besonders gut oder auch schlecht? Ärgert dich etwas oder ist dir etwas unangenehm? Schau dir genau das zunächst an - warum ärgert dich das? Was genau daran findest du ärgerlich oder was regt dich daran auf? Nimm genau diese Aspekte genau war. Am besten ohne Wertung. Beobachte sie einfach nur. Jetzt kannst du dich um die Dinge kümmern, die sich besonders gut für dich anfühlen. Genieße sie. Als letzten Schritt, nimm die Fülle aller Dinge wahr. Werte nicht, sondern beobachte einfach - vielleicht sogar mit einem kleinen Lächeln auf dem Lippen 😉

Komm danach wieder langsam und vorsichtig zu dir und öffne wieder deine Augen.

Man muss nicht immer sehen um eine Fülle von Eindrücken genießen zu können! Am besten du wiederholst diese Übung immer wieder - am besten auch an verschiedenen Orten. Solche Übungen können das Gewahrsein trainieren und deine Augen öffnen auch für weniger offensichtliche Dinge deines Alltags.

Hi there! So... Previously I used this account only to read and like posts of other people, but for some time I had the idea to write something myself, something about what I am connected with, that is northeast, Siberian, shamanism tradition. I am very shy and not good with social networks, not used to post anything, as well as write in English, and not sure if somebody would be interested in this, but I decided to give it a try, because withblr community seems interesting to me, even so I can't say I understand much x). Most of things here seems foreign to me, but I guess my post wouldn't be out of place? Feel free to correct any mistakes I made.

Trees with the master.

Every part of nature have a soul, but trees has their special place, and especially, at least as I can say from my modest experience, in Taiga, where spirits are particularly vengeful.

There is a lot of stories in Siberia, both old and modern ones. The ones that are more known to me are usually about USSR government workers that decided to cut down sacred trees that was respected and feared by locals, and with this act they awakened and enraged the spirit of the master of the tree, and suffered a cruel fate as a result. One of the most infamous cases happened in 70 near Arshan village with a complex of ancient sacred trees was located. Two officials decided to cut it down – probably for some kind of construction work, but maybe as an act of fighting with what they saw as a superstition and a treat to official ideology. When they tried to gather locals for work, however, no one agreed, so they decided to do all the work themselves. On the next day after destruction of grove, one of them committed suicide. The other one died couple of days after from heart attack, and the secretary that was with them during that day fell with a severe illness and barely survived.

Overall, all trees a sacred and should be treated with respect, but there are ones that are particularly important. Old trees, trees that stands alone, have an unusual shape and just overall have a "strange powerful aura" around them is probably the trees with the master, which means that particularly powerfull spirit inhabited this tree. Such tree should not be harmed or even disturbed under any circumstances, and people who would not obey this rule will suffer, and in some cases even die horribly for that.

In Sakha (Yakutiya) and other northeastern russian areas you could find this kind of trees that are somewhat well-known (most of them probably hidden from public eye though), and if you happen to pass by it, you will see that people always stops near it to show respect, usually by leaving a small gift, the most popular ones is coins or blini. Scientists, researchers, tourists, workers, locals, all leave something, at least from what I saw and heard. I am pretty sure that something like that exists in lots of cultures (I mean, cult of sacred tree is universal) and I am just talking about stuff that is somewhat close to me.

Now, it is, to my knowledge, not particularly universal for all shamanic traditions, but there is also such thing as a shaman-tree, witch is a tree that is connected with a particular shaman. They share emotional and spiritual connection, and shaman's powers and well-being also tied to them, to the point that if tree will die shaman will follow after.
