The off-white hails from the achillean flag as well, representing the neutral aligned non-binary individuals. The pink pulled from the sapphic flag is shifted down to be a softer pink, to represent the feminine-aligned and transfeminine individuals. The whole flag was hue shifted to be a slightly darker blue shade, a shade personally I associate with the moonrise, to feel more distinct from achillean as its own attraction.

This orientation is named after the moonrise because of the fact the attraction to non-binary and transgender femininity is somewhat 'out-of-nowhere' and unusual for an achillean, just as the moon can rise during the midday.
