ORAN Architecture: * Overview: Modular and open architecture promoting interoperability and flexibility. * Benefits: Encourages innovation by allowing different vendors' components to work together.
Virtualized Network Functions (VNF): * Software implementations of network functions that run on virtualized infrastructure. * Advantages: Offers flexibility, scalability, and cost-efficiency in managing network services.
Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) Management (NFVM): * Role: Manages the lifecycle of VNFs, including deployment, scaling, and orchestration. * Importance: Ensures efficient and dynamic network operations.
5G Nodes: * Types: gNodeB (gNB) for 5G NR and ng-eNodeB (ng-eNB) for 4G evolved to support 5G. * Functionality: Provide radio access and connect users to the 5G core network.
ORAN Deployment: * Approaches: Includes centralized, distributed, and hybrid deployment models. * Impact: Enhances network performance, reduces costs, and accelerates deployment times.

Tech Marathon! Sounds Interesting, Isn’t it?
What does that mean? Is that what I heard you ask?
You don’t have to muscle work, run, jog, or strain yourself. All it needs is a little brain racking :) Link to participate: https://www.yitsol.com/tech-marathon/

lan and wan

A LAN, abbreviated from Local Area Network, is a network that covers a small geographical area such as homes, offices, and groups of buildings.
Whereas a WAN, abbreviated from Wide Area Network, is a network that covers larger geographical areas that can span the globe. An example of a widely used WAN is the Internet, which is a collection of tens of thousands of networks that connects tens of billions of devices.
Local Area Networks predominantly use Ethernet technology, which is a group of networking technologies that dictates how data is transmitted over the physical media, with the most common media being CAT# cabling. Local Area Networks can use both Layer 1 and Layer 2 devices; Layer 1 devices include HUB’s and repeaters and the Layer 2 devices that can be used are switches and bridge devices. While LAN’s use Layer 1 and Layer 2 devices,WAN’s operate using Layer 3 devices such as multi-layer switches and routers. Read more..

Network Protocols

Network Protocol
Observe The Name " Network Protocol "
What Is Network?
If You Connect Computer With Another Computer, That Becomes A Network Right?
Then What Is Protocol?
A Protocol Is A Official Procedure, It Is A Set Of Rules. Network Protocol - NetWork Should Follow Protocol(Set Or Rules) In Order To Send And Receive Information Without Interruption. If You Want To Send Information From Your Computer To Another Computer, Your Computer And Another Computer Should Follow A Set Of Rules Called Protocols. So that The Information You Are Sending From Your Computer To Another Computer Will Be Successful. Network Procol The Type Of Error Checking To Be Used If Information Is Not Sent Or Received Correctly. Data Compression Method. How The Sending Device(Computer) Will Indicate That It Has Finished The Sending Information(file, doc, image, video) How The Receiving Device(Computer) Will Indicate That It Has Received Information(File, Doc, Image, Video)

If You Observe The Above Picture Two Computers(Devices) Are Sending Information And Receiving Information With Each Other, In Order To Send To Send And Receive Information Perfectly Two Computer Should Follow A Set Of Rules, Those Rules Are Called As Network Protocol. Network Is Connecting Two With Each Other. Protocol Is Set Of Rules. Network Protocol Is The Set Of Rules Followed In A Network. A Network Is Not Only Two Devices Connecting With Each Other, A Network Can Contain More Than Two Devices Connecting With Eachother. It Can Be Any Number Of Devices Connecting With Each Other, Every Device In The Network Should Follow The Network Protocols. So That The Information Like Photos, Videos, Documents Or Any Files Can Be Sent And Received Perfectly. I Hope You Have Understood The Network Protocols, Share With Your Friends And Subscribe To Youtube Channel To Learn All The Subjects Of Computer Science.
