I am already calm right now. Having a mental breakdown is something that is difficult to handle. I don’t know what triggers it. Could it still be about the same reason? I’m already in that moment earlier where I suddenly wrote a suicide note while I am crying because I’m really having this feeling that I don’t want to live anymore. That life is so fucking worthless. I am fucking worthless. After that, I saw a blade and you already know guys, what will happen next. 

During that moment. My mind is really baffling if I should finally end it or not. I already want to slit my wrist. I’m really shaking earlier. Until that moment where I just cut which turns out that I self-harmed again. 

It’s just really weird that I didn’t feel the pain at all. I didn’t feel that I’ve cut. The only thing I can feel that is more painful is this fucking emotional wound. The emotional wound that got worst by a bullshit person.
