Green Curry Tofu & Veggies @mingleseasoning The lovely people at Mingle Seasonings sent me an amazing assortment of their Curry in a Hurry mixes 💚 Made with all natural ingredients, no fillers, all vegan, no added sugar, feeds 4 people & A woman owned Australian local business ✅ This is probably the few times I’ve used a mix as I tend to blend my own curry pastes. The pack has clear instructions (see reel 😋) that we followed and left the oil out, using stock to sauté the veggies 🥦 🥕 The tofu was airfried with veggie stock brushed on top for 15 minutes at 185 degrees C for crisp bites 🤤 Very quick & convenient to make, will definitely be getting more for quick dinners through the week 💚🌱 Garnished with roasted Peanuts, freshly sliced Green Chilli, fresh Coriander, a Lemon wedge & @mingle Everything Bagel Seasoning topping! Only a pair of jeans cost 3,781 litres of water to produce, and the industry is responsible for four to ten per cent of global greenhouse gas emissions, and it is only expected to grow with the rise in demand in the world of fast fashion, where people are purchasing goods that are designed to be consumed quickly at cheap prices.

The fast fashion world depletes earth’s natural resources at an alarming rate, and also exploits workers around the world. So in short, your wardrobe is not only killing mother nature but at the same time is creating inhumane conditions in third-world countries.

While we don’t blame anyone for wanting to own fine garbs, at the same time it is important to be mindful of our own purchasing habits. So how can you ensure that your wallet doesn’t destroy the planet?

So, here is how you can be a witch and contribute to the global environmental crisis with your wallet or purses.
