I just realized none of my old posts even have dates… Did I join before the advent of time?

It’s been 12+ years, and in that time my life has gone through a few different eras. And for many reasons, my life has come full-circle and I've found my way back here.

I don’t know who’s still here - but if you see this, hi! I hope it's not too late for a restart.

I read a posting recently that reminded people that fandoms die when you stop participating with them. I've noticed my favorite fandom dying, and I want to do my part to keep it alive however I can. So, I'm back! But I've never truly left. You'll find me on AO3.

Tolkien Reading Day

genuinely surprised to learn that a. Harrow's is still around, and b. they actually do sell pools??? the one off Sunrise we used to go to when i was a kid started selling just patio furniture and whatnot a looooong time ago, and it's apparently closed now... god, i miss that place. my dad would go there to get chlorine and whatnot and my brother and i would have a grand time wandering around the big showroom of aboveground pools, putting our hands in the water and checking them all out.
