Mikey is another character of mine that I finally got around to redesigning! I honestly can't remember when I first created him, might've been 2011 or 2012. I kept his color palette the same and the fact that he's allergic to wearing shirts. :p

day 4: under-appreciated oc

dexter (she/he, left) and mikey (they/he, right)! they hardly have any other pictures because again.. underappreciated...

dex is an influencer/streamer turned celeb and does not like it one bit but as long as the cash keeps flowing she will stay doing it. he is also dating a vocaloid. mikey is the thematic opposite, a nobody librarian who feels like they've settled down too soon and would give anything to live a life that spells adventure and romance and action. very fun contrast between these two!

Which one of your slugcat ocs would be the MOST evil... the creature feature

Oooh okay this is a really good question. I had to think because there's a lot of potential nominees and none of them are entirely qualified to be "evil."

My first thought was my slug Mikey but I guess it doesn't count because A. He's not really a slugcat, he's a different species that bears resemblance to slugcats during infancy because they are essentially brood parasites and B. He's not evil, just heavily misunderstood and not fit for the social expectations of a slugcat colony. And also a douche. But douche ≠ evil.

I think I'll have to nominate my slugcat Brother-Killer for potentially obvious reasons. But Varkey's aunt is a close second, given that she murdered a slugpup (for some complex reasons that involved the safety of the colony, but it was still a slugpup-- her kin no less-- and she went behind backs to do it.)

I got my hands on the marker brush on procreate (I remembered it existed) and finally actually drawing my MAIN Spider-Man OC???? He’s here?? He’s still alive?? Somehow. No one knows why

trying to get a better understanding of how his face works and now I think I know how I’m going to sketch him from now on woo (yes I’m somehow not good at drawing my own character yes it’s weird)
