I’ve been having a great time joining Odd Orange’s online drawing sessions! Here’s a bear session from this week (plus a heart-shaped piece of confetti I found on the street that same day)

my mom was defeatist when she found out biden dropped out of the race, but i told her i was having hope. seeing the posts about the donations rolling in, i think my hope is well placed
Hold your ground! HOLD YOUR GROUND!
Sons of Gondor! Of Rohan! My brothers. I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of Men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day!
An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the Age of Men comes crashing down -- but it is not this day! This day we fight!
By all that you hold dear on this good earth, I bid you stand, Men of the West!

... I'm smoking, and I'm moving around a baseball around in my hand. And I'm counting the stitches. 'Cause it's a Möbius loop, it's just one line of stitches, I'm counting - kind of like a rosary.
"Take me out to the ball game..."
I'm watching Candela Obscura for the first time and my brain just went "hey what if we drew Sean with huge Ghibli tears wouldn't that be fun???

Jade was always odd
Middleman's Love decided to go full-clown on us, but . . . Jade was always living in another BL in Bed Friend.
And the man was always a mess.
That was the first episode of Bed Friend! The man has always been quirky. Hell, he snort-nose-bubble cried when King picked out the ring for Uea!
This fool is a believer in everyone being in a relationship because he is an innocent angel who still believes in fake shit like Santa and soulmates.
He is eccentric and is going to drive everyone crazy next week with his love for karaoke because he has never been capable of reading the room.
He likes doing random corny stunts like posing as a mannequin while waiting for his pharmacist because like a 54-year old dad, he thinks it's super funny.
Hijinks and shenanigans are this man's specialties.
Which is why his best friends are Uea, who needs some light in his life, and King, who finds his kooky behavior endearing.
Jade's watch was snitching on him, yet he was thinking, "I'm gonna match-make the hell out of the interns!" He is operating off of one brain cell, and it's being stretched thin between his friends, his job, and his family.
Y'all let my man live!
I don't call them Yellow/Orange Oddities for nothing!
THEY'RE ODD!

Y'know I just realized the people coming from Mando watching Ahsoka are going to be so confused by Jacen without the green makeup/visible pointy ears or any context regarding Kanan.
Yes, this boy looks human. Yes, his mother's a Twi'lek. No he's not adopted, that's her biological son. We don't know why he looks so human when other Twi'lek/human hybrids don't either but we love him dearly and we miss his dad. And also because we like making jokes about the animated model of him having the color scheme of a carrot. Yeah, this is, uh... this is one time the switch to live-action might've benefited the character design a smidge. 🤣

So do you think it’s interesting how Virgil is absent from the scenes that c!Thomas is at his angriest? Every single side has been present to witness angy Thomas (Patton and Roman for all of POF, Janus disguised as Logan in POF, Logan and Remus when “stop ignoring me”) but Virgil (notably a side who encompasses a completely different negative feeling) has been gone from all of it. I know it’s probably a coincidence, it gets my theorist brain going about the possibilities for the Virgil/Orange relationship. In my own experience with anxiety, it tends to take a backseat when I’m angry, and for Virgil to be coincidentally gone from what may be the angriest c!Thomas moments of the whole series, it makes me wonder if it’s the same kinda thing for c!Thomas, and what that would mean for Virgil and Orange as characters.
