Brewed Connections ♡‧₊˚
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Barista Abby head-canons cus it's making me feral..
Abby's kind of a loser,quiet,alone type of person in this..
♡ Not proof read! Please do not Repost any of my work without credit pls! ♡
-Barista Abby expects you everyday as you are her regular, preparing your drink right before you come in every morning at 7:30am,total prepared and something sweet to say.
"Morning Abby.." You'd sleepily mumble in your work uniform. "Morning!" Abby replied with a soft smile, her eyes brightening at the familiar voice. "Got the usual for you.." Abby went to the side, already handing you the drink.
-Barista Abby who's heart flutters at seeing you everyday and getting to serve you. The most attractive person she's ever seen.. She couldn't help but feel her heart quicken. Your presence brought a subtle excitement to her routine, and serving you became the highlight of her day. To her, you were the most attractive person she had ever seen—your smile, the way you dressed and always looked perfect, and the small details that made you uniquely captivating.
-Barista Abby's subtle way of showing affection involves a discount on your drink—a little something just for you. Whenever you approach the counter, she flashes a knowing smile and casually rings up your order, quietly deducting a dollar from the total..
-Barista Abby’s breaks seem to sync perfectly with your visits to the café. Like clockwork, she slips away from the bustling counter, joining you at a table and talking with you.
-Barista Abby is very artistic, she likes to doodle on the chalkboard menu and the small signs outside. She doodles and adds drawings on your cup with sharpie every chance she gets.
-Barista Abby makes you Latte art with hearts or cats... I don't make the rules man..😫🙌 Some days it's a heart delicately drawn on the surface, radiating warmth and care. Other times, she surprises you with a playful cat, its whiskers expertly etched in the milky canvas.(this goes into her being creative).
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
-Barista Abby who's liked you for forever finally gets the courage to write her phone number on the cup.. Handing you the cup, there was a flicker of uncertainty in her eyes, quickly masked by a warm smile. "Enjoy your drink," she said softly, hoping silently you'd notice the number and maybe, just maybe, reach out...
-Barista Abby finds herself stealing glances at her phone whenever there was a lull in customers or during her short breaks. She couldn't help but check for any notifications, hoping for a message from you, anything.
-Barista Abby finally gets a text, fingers eagerly typing out responses as she engaged in a conversation that flowed effortlessly.
-Barista Abby who talks to you for hours.. the texts turned into intermittent sleepy responses until both of you drifted off, phones in hand until you both fall asleep texting each other.

ello ello! i'd like to request a rafe fic, he takes y/n on a date on valentines? 💌 can’t help falling in love w you: sfw oneshot w/ rafe
- 🖤
Chaos & Calm
pairing(s): rafe cameron x f!reader
count: 1.2k
warning(s): none just fluff
author’s note: hi hunny, thank you so much for the request! i hope you enjoy it 🤍
Rafe had always been the reckless Cameron, known for his wild antics and questionable choices. Yet, when it came to Y/N, his usually fearless demeanor melted into a mix of nerves and uncertainty. Days before Valentine's Day, he found himself haunted by the idea of asking her out.
One afternoon, in the sun-drenched chaos of the Outer Banks, Rafe approached Y/N. Surprisingly absent was his usual cocky grin; instead, he fumbled over words. "So, you know, V-Day's coming up, and uh, thought maybe we could, like, grab some grub or whatever."
Y/N, amused by the unexpected vulnerability, smirked, "Grub, huh? Sure, why the hell not? Just don't make it fancy, Cameron."
And just like that, in the mess of Rafe's less-than-smooth words and Y/N's easygoing response, a date was set in motion. In the days leading up to their not-so-typical valentine’s day date, Rafe found himself navigating unfamiliar waters. Gone were the days of carefree recklessness instead he was entangled in a web of genuine emotions. Y/N, with her easygoing nature had become the unexpected muse for this transformation.
Their interactions, once centered around banter and playful teasing, now bore the weight of unspoken words. Rafe who was usually the master of evasion, felt an unexplainable pull toward Y/N that left him grappling with this new and uncomfortable vulnerability. Y/N, perceptive and patient, seemed to understand what he was going through. She didn’t push or prod but instead, she let him unravel at his own pace. Late-night talks on the beach and shared glances during the chaos of the islands’ parties became the canvas upon which their connection painted itself.
Whilst Rafe stumbled through the intricacies of emotions, Y/N provided an anchor in the storm. Her laughter would echo through his mind like a calming melody, a stark contrast to the chaos that usually defined his world. In those moments, the layers of bravado peeled away, revealing a side of Rafe that even he hadn’t fully explored. This uncharted territory would become a shared exploration, and Rafe for the first time, found himself wanting to willingly navigate the emotional depths of those waters of vulnerability with her.
Valentine’s Day dawned with an air of anticipation and curiosity as Rafe prepared for their unconventional date. The chosen venue wasn’t a high-end restaurant or a lavish setting but it was a local diner that had witnessed the ebb and flow of countless stories in the heart of the island. As Rafe and Y/N entered inside, the atmosphere was a blend of classic rock tunes and the clinking of cutlery. Booths with worn-out cushions and flickering neon signs set the stage for a date that defied expectations. The not-so-fancy date was a testament to the authenticity of their blooming relationship.
Rafe smirked as his eyes drank in Y/N’s attire and her figure. “Well, you clean up nice.”
Y/N raised an eyebrow, “Takes one to know one, Cameron. I see you put in some effort tonight.”
“Only for special occasions, and you're looking at one right now.”
“Oh, am I?” She asked playfully. “What exactly makes tonight so special?”
With a smug grin, he replied. “Because I'm here…” Y/N scoffed and rolled her eyes but he continued, “...with the most beautiful person in the room.”
“Nice save, Cameron. But I'll take the compliment.”
Rafe led Y/N to their table, holding her chair out with a confident yet playful demeanor. As they settled in, the banter continued. He leaned back in his seat as he looked across at her in the booth. “So, what do you think of this place? Impressed?”
A waiter quickly placed complementary glasses of water on their table, dropping the menus off and scampered off elsewhere. Y/N took a long drawn out sip then smirked, “It's alright. I've seen better.”
Rafe feigned his offense. “Ouch. Tough crowd. I thought you'd appreciate my refined taste.”
She giggled and placed her glass back on the worn out mahogany table. “Don't worry, Rafe. I'm sure it'll be unforgettable.”
As the night progressed, the flirtatious banter continued, each comment escalating the playful tension between them. The older Cameron leaned in closer to Y/N, elbows perched on the table as he held her gaze. “You know, after dinner, I was thinking we could take a stroll on the beach. I hear the stars are out tonight.”
“A beach date, Cameron? Trying to impress me with clichés?” She teased, a small smile playing on her lips.
He admired that beautiful look on her face and released a chuckle he wasn’t aware he held, “Just setting the mood, sweetheart. But if you're not into it, I'm sure I can come up with something more original.”
Y/N drummed her manicured nails on the four-legged furniture, her left hand resting on it whilst her chin was cradled in her palm. “Alright, Mr. Smooth Talker, beach it is.”
“You know, I wasn't sure how you'd feel about going out with me. I've been wanting to ask you for a while.”
“What, the great Rafe Cameron nervous about asking someone out?” Y/N playfully teased him.
Rafe scratched the back of his neck as he nervously glanced at her with his boyish smile. “Hey, it's different when it's someone you really like.” He was stunned at his own admission. He quickly tried to busy himself with the menu but after a moment, he peeked over it just to find her smirking at him.
In that corner booth, amidst the diner’s timeless chaos, Rafe and Y/N engaged in a dance of laughter and shared stories. The menu, worn and stained, served as a backdrop to their unfiltered conversation. Rafe found comfort in the simplicity of the moment or perhaps it was her presence that brought out that peace within him. The food, far from gourmet, was a medley of local specialties; it wasn’t about the extravagance, it was about the shared experience. Y/N made him forget the weight of his usual reputation.
The waiters and waitresses ran amok from one end of the tiny wooden restaurant to the other. Dishes and glasses and cutlery clattered as they crashed either on the tiled kitchen floors or the countertops. It was a bit chaotic but somehow still comforting. Amidst spilled drinks and mismatched silverware, Rafe’s nerves gave way to a surprising sense of ease. This date was not about impressing or performing; it was about two people, curious to explore their unexpected connection in a place that made them feel seen and heard. Here in this diner, it was easy. It was simple. It was calm…with a bit of chaos.
As they left the diner, the neon lights casting a warm glow on their silhouettes, Rafe and Y/N realized that sometimes, it’s the unconventional moments that leave the deepest impressions. The aftermath of their not-so-fancy Valentine’s Day date would usher in a new chapter for Rafe and Y/N. In the weeks that followed, they found themselves caught in a dance of shared glances and stolen moments.
Rafe, the untamed Cameron, discovered solace in Y/N’s presence. She, with her serene nature, held him steady amid the storms of his own making. Late-night beach walks turned into shared confessions, and within the whispers of the ocean, they forged a bond that surpassed the superficial layers of their social existence. As the days rolled by, the tension between them slowly dissipated, leaving them standing on the precipice of something significant. Neither knew where this newfound friendship, each hopeful for a relationship, would lead them. He desperately needed calm in his otherwise turbulent life but she could do with some chaos to ruffle those feathers of hers but one date certainly wasn’t going to fix that.

[ i love thee with a love that shall not die, till the sun grows cold and the stars grow old. ] - William Shakespeare

a/n: still just making anakin x reader fluff cuz tumblr needs it. :) Hope you enjoy it! <3 Disclaimer!!! i didn’t read it after finishing, so i apologize for any typos :p In other news, im looking for beta readerssss here's the post!
The moon hung low on the horizon, casting a silvery glow across the quiet hilltop. Anakin Skywalker and you had returned from your respective missions, weary from the battles and conflicts that seemed to define the Clone Wars. Tonight, you both sought solace in the serenity of the night sky.
Laying on a blanket beneath a tapestry of stars, you gazed up at the twinkling constellations, captivated by the beauty of the cosmos. The galaxy seemed vast and endless, a stark contrast to the turmoil you faced on a daily basis.
Anakin's eyes, however, weren't on the stars above; they were fixed on you. He watched you in awe, his heart swelling with a deep, unspoken love. Your profile was illuminated by the soft moonlight, casting a gentle glow on your features, and in that moment, you were the most beautiful thing in the universe to him.
Lost in his thoughts, he finally broke the silence, his voice soft and filled with admiration. "You know, Y/N, I've seen countless stars in my lifetime, but none shine as brightly as you do."
You turned your head to meet his gaze, your eyes locking with his intense blue ones. His words caught you off guard, and a gentle blush colored your cheeks. "Anakin," you replied, your voice tender, "you have a way of making every moment feel extraordinary."
He reached out and gently traced a finger along your cheek, his touch sending shivers down your spine. "I can't help it," he whispered, his eyes never leaving yours. "You're the most incredible thing I've ever known."
Your heart swelled with emotion at his words, and you couldn't help but smile. Anakin's charm and intensity had always drawn you in, and tonight, beneath the starlit canvas of the galaxy, you felt a deep connection that transcended words.
As the night wore on, the two of you shared stories of your missions and the challenges you faced, finding solace in each other's understanding and support. Anakin's laughter echoed through the quiet hillside as he recounted a particularly amusing encounter with a droid army, and you couldn't help but join in.
The moments of levity were precious, a reminder that despite the weight of their responsibilities as Jedi and soldiers, you were still able to find joy in each other's company. Under the vast expanse of the night sky, it felt like the galaxy had granted you a brief respite from its turmoil.
As the hours passed, Anakin's gaze never wavered from you. He admired the way your eyes lit up with enthusiasm when you spoke about your passion for diplomacy and negotiation, and how your determination shone through when discussing your duties as a Jedi. To him, you were a beacon of hope and inspiration, a force of nature he couldn't resist and wasn’t going to.
At some point, you both lay down, side by side, your fingers intertwined as you continued to stargaze. The conversation gave way to comfortable silence, a shared appreciation for the quietude of the night.
Anakin broke the silence once more, his voice a soft whisper. "Y/N, I know we face so much uncertainty and danger every day, but the terrible agony im in when you are not near goes away as soon as my eyes see you. In the horrors of what we may or may not do in batter… when i’m with you anything is possible. I love you."
You turned to him, your eyes locking onto his, and the world seemed to fade away. You were mesmerized for his way with words, and how he would always know how to make you feel loved and appreciated. "Anakin," you replied as you look at him with all the love in the world, your voice filled with sincerity, "I love you too, more than words can express." You smiled as your thoughts gathered around one very specific… You can’t believe you are so lucky as to have him as a partner.
In that moment, beneath the starry tapestry of the universe, your love felt like a force of its own, unyielding and eternal. Together, you found strength, love, and hope under the stars, and for as long as you gazed upon them, you knew that no matter the challenges ahead, you would face them together.

I woke up this morning to 178 notes, which is the most responses I've ever had not just on Tumblr but in response to my art across like 4 or 5 platforms, so I feel like I will actually go back to this being my main social. So, let's talk about prints, commissions and the like:
Commissions 🌳
Commissions are open ✅
I have a build-your-own music commission open from £25, and three art commission types. These are full body (£150+), waist up (£75+) and shoulders up (£50+), with add-on options such as extra people, background details, and faster delivery. The full details are on my Ko-fi ☕

My Ko-fi shop has all my music available as .wav files to download. The prices vary according to the length of the piece (and how much you want to pay), so be sure to double check. You can also get each of my albums as a bundle at a discounted price! And, my shop is how I release free wallpapers for my Ko-fi members ❤️
Membership 🌾
Speaking of Ko-fi members, I have three different membership tiers ranging from £2 to £10 per month. Through this, you can get early access to drawings and compositions, discounts, free wallpapers, WIP and BTS content and more — soon to include (hopefully) stickers ✨

For the MCYT summer of yuri event.
Tags: Bagi/Tina (QSMP), AU - normal life, mechanic Tinakitten, teacher OiBagi, mentioned/brief appearance of side character Cellbit, Bagi and Cellbit are siblings, mechanic cellbit, first date, meetcutes
Bagi gets ready to have lunch with Tina...
She’s not sure if it’s a date officially, but she really likes this woman.
She first met the mechanic at the auto shop her brother worked at by chance only. It just so happened she kept meeting her over the course of a few weeks of repeated random car trouble. Could Bagi have asked her brother to fix it at home, instead of going out of her way to the shop so much?
... well, yes, but somehow it always seemed more convenient to bring it directly to Tina, it just so happening to be while the auto shop was busy enough that Cellbit would be in the back. When he found out where Tina's stellar reviews had come from recently, Bagi's brother chewed her out about being so irresponsible over a crush.
“You think I raised you to hurt your poor car? It’s your responsibility to look after it, just tell me when something is broken and I've always always fixed it - for free! Everyone is fine, your wallet is fine, your car is healthy. And now what do I do? I go to work and everyone says, oh, there goes Cellbit, with the car-murdering sister, hope he doesn’t treat my cars so roughly. Bagi, you’re setting a bad example!” Bagi “yeah, yeah”ed and agreed that she should probably stop racking up so much in mechanic bills. She needs to face her subconscious motivations and ask Tina if she might like to meet outside of work.
Well, the day came, and Bagi was glad of it. She would have been happy anyway because it was the weekend, after a long week of corralling children who should really be old enough to know better but are instead only old enough to know they can cause chaos. But she spent the morning hours of light wondering what she was going to say to Tina. She didn’t often go on dates, and she really liked Tina. The mechanic was always so fun to talk to, and seemed totally engaged with her even when sticking her head shoulders-deep into the guts of her poor mistreated car. She was drawn to Tina’s personality, and felt all kinds of romantic stuff for her that she hoped could one day bloom into a relationship.
First, though, she needs to make a good impression.
Bagi wears her favorite baseball hat, because she’s going out, not going to school, so she doesn’t have to follow dress code and lead her kids by example (not that it works - the students are always wearing hats and goofing off. It's one of their endearing quirks that no matter how many hats are confiscated in class, they will always show up with another.). She picks out a “casual weekend get-together” outfit that looks nice and waits for Tina to pick her up at the scheduled time.
Tina, being holed up at the auto shop all day and tired of her greasy canvas uniform, had dressed up with style that belied the way she usually appeared to Bagi - when she has car trouble and needs it fixed in the middle of the day, Bagi comes to Tina’s work where she’s synonymous with sturdy and khaki work gloves, taupe coveralls and boots that wouldnt be harmed stepping on a lost screw. By contrast now, when she hears a beep outside her house she sees that Tina is sporting a cute, elegant dress and a makeup look that she learns during the car ride is called “mob wife makeup”, which Tina saw online as it had risen as a current trend to try. Somehow, she doesn’t feel underdressed in comparison to the high glamour influences, though she regrets her shorts a little when the summer heat leaves her peeling her legs slowly off the passenger seat upon arrival. Tina helps her out of the car and they turn to the restaurant’s menu to decide if what they discussed being hungry for in the car was really what they wanted to order.
As they take their seats, Bagi adjusts her collared shirt and finds herself looking at Tina instead of the names of the food items.
She was honestly stunning, slaying the house down, and Bagi hardly tasted the first few bites of her pasta when their food arrived until…
“Here,” says Tina, “try mine.” She put a few different pieces on her fork and held it out to Bagi.
Bagi felt like she was in a painting as she leaned forward and accepted the bite of food from Tina’s fork. Either that or on a prank channel. Something was playing in slow motion, and all she could do was hope she didn't look stupid.
The food was delicious. Bagi chewed and watched Tina take some from her plate to try.
“It’s good shrimp, right?” Tina says before taking a bite of pasta. “Hey, that’s pretty good too!”
Bagi smiles. “Yeah, tastes great.” She privately debates whether she’s brave enough to say “You look great, too," without it sounding stupid and cliche.
The decision is left unmade as Tina responds in the pause. Bagi likes hearing Tina talk. Her voice is nice, even when it’s not explaining her car to her for the third time in a week. She might be a little nervous about this possibly-date still, but at least they’re in it together. Their sides arrive, and they clear a bit of space on the table.
“I want you.”
“Huh?” she says stupidly.
Tina clears her throat and looks up at the menu on the wall again. “I said do you want anything for dessert?”
Bagi might be losing her hearing, then. “I usually go for a chocolate cheesecake for a dessert, but that’s usually for a dinner, so it’s a little early in the day.” She looks to the menu too. “Maybe a fruit soda float?”
“Yeah? Awesome. I wasn’t trying to have a date hinging on dinner right now either,” Tina says, and Bagi’s heart skips. So it is a date! Has been, even. “- because I heard from my cousin that he got food poisoning at the last dinner he ate out for. Man, that sucks cuz he’s a yapper too so he was real in-depth about it. This lunch is great though. I guess there wasn’t really a risk of it relating, cuz he was at a Chili’s in a different state, which really doesn’t say anything about the possible, like, quality of the food here. I dunno, it was on my mind though. Whatever.” Tina’s face is so pretty, but the makeup doesn’t hide her ears going pink.
“I think food should never poison you.” Bagi facepalmed mentally, and kept going to make it make sense. “I mean, it’s - food. We’ve had it for all of history, or we wouldn’t be alive, no? We should have figured out a way to make it not poison you. Food poisoning should never exist. Just take out the poison!”
Tina cackles, agreeing. “You’re so smart, Bagi. They need to make you President!”
The date goes well. Lunch at the restaurant turned out to be less expensive than two mechanic jobs, but not by that much, so they resolve to try a different restaurant next time to try to save their wallets from this becoming just as regular an expense. Tina drives with a steady hand, humming along to the song on the radio, and Bagi notices that the tiny stuffed animal hanging from the windshield is not just decoration, but also scented. It smells like sweet tea and candy fruits. Tina tells her she started buying scented plushies for the car after the time she rescued a stray kitten on the street and it immediately peed inside, laughing. Bagi might be in love.
Tina stops in front of her door and walks her up to the house, chivalrous. Bagi unlocks the door with the key around her neck and then pauses in the doorway, unsure but not wanting to see Tina leave yet.
“Do you wanna come in?” Bagi asks, scuffing her sneakers on the welcome mat. The afternoon sun brings out the teal highlight contrasts in Tina’s shining dress. She looks good standing in front of Bagi's house. She thinks she'd like to see her in this place every day, wherever her home is.
Tina takes the invitation and Bagi brings her in to sit on the couch and keep talking. She tells her about the board games in the living room closet and Tina tells her which ones she knows how to play and which ones she never got the hang of, or just haven't tried yet. “Maybe we could have a game night one of these days.”
That makes Bagi smile. “I always hear about themed times, like some kid’s family will have a dedicated Thursday night is Spaghetti Night or something. It seems cute, and I don't do enough activities. We should do that someday.”
She doesn’t feel brave enough for a first-date cuddle or kiss, but when the hour gets late she microwaves a bowl of Cellbit’s boyfriend’s soup that he brought over in a big container the other day, and they clink spoons and make airplane noises and look at the neighbor’s dog playing in their yard with fallen leaves and golden hour daylight.
“I hope that just because we have another date to plan doesn't stop you from coming to my shop after school in the meantime,” Tina tells Bagi at the door. “You’re allowed to come and talk to me, keep me company. You don't need to break your car every time, or it’ll be too long in between. I’ll miss youuuu.”
“No, don’t come,” Cellbit says, having come home from work while they were having dinner. "Let my mechanics focus on their work!”
“-youuuuur food, I’ll miss her coffee and bringing snacks, Cellbit, jeez.” Tina spins the words. “Aren't we allowed food breaks?”
“No, starve!” Cellbit says, laughing from the kitchen. “Fine, keep distracting Tina.”
Bagi laughs and laughs. In a flurry of bravery, she holds Tina's arm and kisses her face under the early moonlight. All blush now, she stands back and waves as Tina winks at her before driving off. She stands by the door for a few minutes, daydreaming about their next date, before Cell yells at her to come inside and stop staring at the road like a crazy person.
And maybe she is crazy. A little bit crazy in love.

The Process of Making a functional Button
I'm going to be demonstrating how to make a functional button with this button level three. Before anything, it will be benificial to create three child game objects to the button. To create the particle system game object as a child, right click on the button level three in the hierarchy, go effects > particle system. The other two (graphic and background (which I misspelled) are both empty game objects for the moment.
Make the graphics, here I have made some place holder art.
Now go to the graphic object, add an image component and a raycaster component. Add the idle image as the source image. Make sure you delete the image component from the parent game object.
Now go to the parent object, go to the button component, and make the transition from colour tint to animation. Then click Auto Generate Animation and save it to the appropriate folder. This will create the animation controller.
Select the graphic object, then go to the animator and change normal -> pressed (this means we're adding an animation when the button is pressed). Since we're adding the animation to the grahpic object, when you click add property make sure to get the size delta transform from the GRAPHIC object, not the parent object.
Now, before you shorten the animation to 0:15 seconds, make sure to place the size change first. Generally, I like to place the size change at 0:15 seconds, then shorten the whole animation down to 0:15 seconds. I feel like the instant and quick response of the size changing peaking early then slowly moving back is quite satisfying. It's responsive, but not instant which is what you want (allows people to see the change in size while also not feeling delayed on click). I think just doubling the size is good enough (changing both x and y to 200), any bigger and you won't be able to see the image on screen.
Next we're adding the sprite change. Add property > Graphic > Image > Sprite.
Just open up the sprite property. Drag the desired image into the sequence.
Ok, the animation is finished, but you might notice that it won't actually respond to being clicked yet. That's because the background layer is interfering.
Go to the background object and add an image and canvas component.
Tick override sorting and make order in layer 1. I made the mistake of making it 0 here, make it 1 otherwise it might not show up.
Next go to the grahpic object and it's canvas component and do the same thing except instead of 1 make it 3.
Also make sure to turn off looping in the animation controller.
Go back into the graphic and make sure the blocking mask is set to nothing.
and I almost forgot, make sure you edit the pressed animation by clicking on the controller, opening the animator menu, and then clicking on the link for pressed. Make sure any state -> pressed has solo ticked, then untick fixed duration, and make transition duration 0.
The animation should be working smoothly now, but we don't have any particles. Time to add some.
Here's my stand in merman blood particle.
in your material folder make a material and name it appropriately.
in the material change the rendering mode to cutout, then drag the particle image over to the albedo square and drop it.
after that, change the shader to UI > Default.
Now apply the material to the renderer in the particle system object render component.
Next go back to the pressed animation and add property. Go Particle system > Emission Module.rate Over Time.scalar.
I like to set it to about 10, though remember this should scale upwards each level to add more impact (make sure the animation starts and ends with the emission at 0, otherwise it will infinitely loop). Also back to the renderer component in the particle system object, make sure it's no.2 in layer.
next it's time for some sound effects.
what I like to do is find free sound effects online and combine them together in the audio editing software audacity to create the most thematic and satisfying hit sound. Since this is a boat attack I've combined a water splash sound with a stabbing sound and a gore splat sound.
next just go to the parent object and drop the appropriately named sound (saved as a .wav file for least compression) into the audio source audio clip component. Make sure your audio is quite short and immediate because the player will be constantly clicking on the button so they'll want actually hear the clip when they click (since the clip resets on every click, if it's too long there won't be enough time before the player clicks again for the sound to actually play in a satisfying way).
Here's how to set up multiple particles:
Make a image of all your particles next to another horizontally.
Drop it into the materials folder, then click on it. Set the sprite mode to multiple, then go to the sprite editor.
In the sprite editor, go slice, gird by cell count, and C = however many particles you have, here I've got 4 so I put in 4.
adjust the cell sizes using this window here. Then apply once satisfied.
In the particle system object, turn on texture sheet animation.
Make mode = sprites, time mode = life time, and frame over time = random between two constants.

How to Make Car Decals With Cricut: A Comprehensive Guide
Hello readers, I have good news for you all. Since you’ve become my family, I can’t wait to tell you that my sister recently bought a car, and I am proud of her. When she told me about this news, I had tears of joy in my eyes because I was proud of her and the chance to be creative again. Being an experienced crafter, she entrusted me with the responsibility of decorating her car by creating decals and making the car look more attractive.
If you are a fresher and want to learn how to make car decals with Cricut, then you are in the right spot. Moreover, you need to ensure that you have a proper collection of all the supplies and tools. With this tutorial, you will get to learn how to make customized decals out of a Cricut machine.
Step 1: Open the Cricut App and Create a Design
Start this fantastic activity by opening the Design Space app and selecting the Upload option. Next, choose your image from the images appearing on the new web page. After selecting the image, tick the Add to Canvas and your design will automatically move to the canvas.
On the canvas page, you can change the size of your decal by unlocking the Lock icon given at the top of the Menu section. Other than that, you can also change its color from the color drop box. After doing all of these changes, choose your Cricut cutting machine and hit the Make It option.
Step 2: Select Tools and Materials
While performing the second step of how to make car decals with Cricut, start adjusting your design and move it to the center of the mat. Ensure that the design doesn’t go outside the mat, and choose material from the Set Base Material list. After choosing the material, select the Pressure to More and load the tool into the empty blank. Following this, tick the Go button visible on your screen.
Step 3: Insert the Mat Into Your Cricut Cutting Machine
In addition to creating a DIY car decal process, remove the plastic sheet from your cutting mat and stick material on it. You can use the Cricut Brayer tool to stick both supplies close to each other. After sticking the material, take your cutting mat and load it onto your craft machine. Now, hold on till your smart cutting machine is going on, and when the process is finished, unload your cutting mat and put it on the table.
Step 4: Weed Out the Decal Design
After placing the cutting mat on the table in this how to make car decals with Cricut blog, take your Scraper tool and start burnishing the material in a circular motion with corners as well. Now, take your weeding tool and start removing the extra material from the mat. Be very gentle while removing the material, ensuring that you don’t damage the design and material as well.
Step 5: Apply Transfer Tape
Once you are done removing the material from the design, cut a portion of the Cricut transfer tape and place it on the top of the design. Take the help of the Scraper tool to properly place the tape across the design without leaving any space and avoiding any bubbles. After covering the whole design with transfer tape, use a true control knife and peel extra material from the cutting mat.
Step 6: Clean Your Car Area
Equally important, take a piece of paper and drop a few drops of alcohol on it. Now, move the paper in a clockwise manner, covering the entire area of the window. In case the area couldn’t be with one try, then clean the area at least two or three times more. Finally, you will notice that the area is entirely clean without any kind of dust, debris, or scratches.
Step 7: Place Your Decal Design and Show It Off!
In this last step of how to make car decals with Cricut, place your cutting mat on the area with your Cricut scraper tool. Following this, take the area measurement and remove the extra mat with your hands. At last, remove the transfer tape from the decal and show off your personalized car decals to your friends and loved ones.
Wasn’t it a child’s play to make this mesmerizing DIY craft all by yourself within a few minutes? You need to be focused and dedicated while forming the design on Design Space or physically forming it using the cutting mat & material.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How Can I Take Care of My DIY Car Decals?
Answer: All the experienced experts suggest keeping the permanent vinyl sit for at least 24 hours before handling or using it. However, it’s better to keep it at rest for 72 hours so that the adhesive gets strong enough and the decal won’t easily remove from the surface. On the other hand, if you are using removable vinyl, then you can use it right away without giving it any rest.
Question: What Kind of Vinyl Should I Use While Making a Car Decal?
Answer: If you are planning to make a personalized decal for your car, then you are advised to use permanent adhesive vinyl. These vinyls are water-resistant and heat-resistant and remain on the surface for longer periods of time. These kinds of vinyl will stick to the surface in its correct position due to its strong adhesive.
Question: How Do I Remove Decals From My Car?
Answer: When it comes to removing the decals from the car, then it can be a little challenging task for the owner. But it can be done by following these methods:
Drop a small amount of liquid dishwasher on the decal and start removing it by rubbing it with a cloth dipped in lukewarm water.
You can also try to remove the decal with a razor blade, but be careful that you shouldn’t injure yourself or damage the car.

Tips And Tricks For Creating Responsive Websites
Responsive Web Design Best Practices: Provide tips and tricks for creating responsive websites that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices.
In today’s digital age, your website’s success depends on its ability to provide an optimal user experience across a multitude of devices and screen sizes. Responsive web design is the key to achieving this goal, ensuring that your site looks and functions flawlessly on everything from smartphones and tablets to large desktop monitors. In this article, we’ll explore the best practices for creating responsive websites that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices.
1. Start with a Mobile-First Approach
When designing a responsive website, it’s wise to start with a mobile-first approach. Begin by creating the mobile version of your site, focusing on the most critical content and functionality. This ensures that your site looks and works well on smaller screens, and then you can progressively enhance it for larger devices.
2. Use Fluid Grids and Flexible Layouts
A fundamental aspect of responsive design is the use of fluid grids and flexible layouts. Instead of fixed pixel-based layouts, use percentages and relative units like ems or rems. This allows your content to adapt to different screen sizes, maintaining a harmonious balance between text, images, and other elements.
3. Media Queries for Breakpoints
Media queries are CSS rules that allow you to apply specific styles based on screen width or other characteristics. Identify key breakpoints for your design (e.g., for small screens, tablets, and desktops) and use media queries to adjust the layout and styling accordingly. This ensures that your design elements rearrange and resize appropriately as the screen size changes.
css
Copy code
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
/* Styles for screens up to 768px wide */
}
4. Responsive Images
Images are often the largest contributors to page weight, affecting load times on various devices. To address this, use the srcset attribute to provide multiple image sizes and resolutions, allowing the browser to select the most suitable one. Additionally, consider using the <picture> element to control image behavior across different screens.
html
Copy code
<img src=”small.jpg” srcset=”medium.jpg 800w, large.jpg 1600w” alt=”Responsive Image”>
5. Mobile-Friendly Navigation
Navigation menus can be challenging on small screens. Use mobile-friendly navigation patterns like off-canvas menus, hamburger menus, or select dropdowns to ensure that your menu is accessible and easy to use on mobile devices without taking up too much screen space.
6. Optimize Typography for Readability
Text is a critical part of web content, so ensure that your typography is legible on all devices. Use relative units for font size (e.g., ems or rems), maintain a readable line length, and choose web-safe fonts that look great on both desktop and mobile screens.
7. Touch-Friendly Elements
Mobile users rely on touch interactions, so ensure that buttons and interactive elements are large enough and well-spaced to prevent accidental taps. Use CSS to provide visual feedback when a user interacts with an element, such as changing the color or adding a subtle animation.
css
Copy code
.button {
padding: 10px 20px;
font-size: 16px;
cursor: pointer;
transition: background-color 0.3s;
}
.button:hover {
background-color: #007bff;
}
8. Performance Optimization
Mobile users, in particular, value fast-loading websites. Optimize your site’s performance by minimizing HTTP requests, compressing images, and leveraging browser caching. Tools like Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse can help you identify and fix performance issues.
9. Test on Real Devices
While emulators and developer tools are handy, testing your site on real devices is crucial. Test your responsive design on various smartphones, tablets, and desktop monitors to ensure that it works flawlessly across the board.
10. Continuous Monitoring and Improvement
Web development is an ongoing process. Regularly monitor your website’s performance, user feedback, and analytics data. Make improvements as needed to keep your site responsive and user-friendly.
In conclusion, responsive web design is no longer an option but a necessity in today’s digital landscape. By following these best practices, you can create websites that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and devices, providing an exceptional user experience for all your visitors. Remember that responsive design is not a one-time task but an ongoing commitment to ensuring your site remains accessible, attractive, and functional on the ever-evolving array of devices in use today.
