On the streets of Chicago, spirits walk...

All victims of gun violence shot down, in cold blood...

Sharks prowl the night waiting to strike, at human prey...

A young mother on Washington Street tucks her child into bed

They hear gunshots in the distance

She hugs her child and tells her ‘it will be okay’

But in her heart, she feels fear and uncertainty

She loves Chicago, it’s where her parents rest and stay

It’s where, as a child, she would play

It’s the only place she knows, it’s her home...

The land where strong winds blow...

...Where way too many are laid to rest

And the spirits roam.

God Bless Them All, all of their restless souls.

Next To Hadrian's Wall:::a poem

a poem written Richard Grooms (@OGWordWizard) // The warrior in this poem was a 16 yr old boy – who was running messenger for the Pict army & generals, when a Roman detail intercepted him in the middle of delivering a vital letter from the front. The Romans killed in the poem were the last living descendants of the Roman detail who killed him. He watched the last of their lines die, as he himself was his mother’s only son.

I watched a legion of Roman soldiers marching down into a valley

They did not see me, for I am a spirit

Behind me and all around me came a swarm of thousands of Saxons

Dashing with fury down into the valley to attack the Romans

On horseback and on foot

I watch as they pass me and their swords and battle axes glimmer in the morning sun

The two armies collide, I watch as thousands of Romans fall.

The ground is red with blood of fallen Roman soldiers

The Saxons vanish into the hills, screaming in victory in foreign tongue

You see, I am a soldier of this English Land, a Pict,

I died battling the Romans 100 years ago today

My journey here is done

To watch the Romans fall

Now I will go away...

Just miles away...

Back to my grave...

...starring an embattled Nancy Pelosi. Nancy is trying to tame a young bunch of radical Dems, who get in her face. Co-star Chuck Schumer comes to Nancy’s rescue and hugs her, while “Slow Joe” Biden is STILL on his way to a rally.

He’ll get there, don’t worry, folks. This upcoming blockbuster is filled with drama, romance, political intrigue, lies and a pimp named Sancho Casanova, who decides to run on the Democratic ticket.

He gets more votes than Bernie Sanders, Beto O’Rourke and Kirsten Gillibrand. Winning the Democratic ticket to run against President Trump in 2020. President Trump wins the re-election, but was so impressed with Sancho and Jesus’ tenacity that he hired them on at the White House.

Though, when Sancho runs a second time in 2024, he is looking forward to winning that Democratic ticket yet again and progressing on to the White House itself…

This duology will be a box office hit, folks, I can guarantee you that!

People need to wake up. The Cubans, the Russians and even an Iranian terror group are in Venezuela. Because Venezuela has huge oil deposits – they want it and that's a fact.

The United States, and our allies, should consider air-drops of weapons, ammunition, food and water into safe zones where 'freedom rebels' can arm up and form a powerful 'freedom resistance'. One that outnumbers all Venezuelan government forces. Run the Cubans and the rest of them out.

No concerned government should turn it's back on the Venezuelan people, who's own socialist military just runs over it's own citizens with war vehicles. AND makes them starve, some to death...even children. That kind of army is just asking to be destroyed and it will come to pass.

The huge masses in Venezuela are angry and that dictatorship will fall like Rome fell. Clearly, nothing I am saying here is fake news, it's a matter of fact.
