shower care routine ✮ * ˚
no offence but some of u guys actually stink so here we go!!
Tumblr media
ORDER:
hair
body (start from top to bottom)
intimate areas (ur asshole for ex.)
i recommend showering either everyday or once every two days MAX, and washing ur hair when it gets greasy (at least once a week in my opinion)
#1: HAIR
first we wet our hair THOROUGHLY, until it is soaked. OPTIONAL: wring out water from hair after each step. then we apply shampoo onto our scalp only!
u should always use a scalp massager (silicone PLEASE), bc it deep cleans ur hair and stimulates ur scalp (which is good for hair growth).
double shampooing is amazing for ur hair as it makes it last longer without going greasy, so make sure to do that.
afterwards, u can use a hair mask if u would like, but only use 1-3x a week, depending on ur hair type.
then use conditioner ONLY ON ENDS, then leaving it in for 2-5min before washing it out. once u have washed it out, either put ur hair in a claw clip or in a shower cap.
MY HAIR CARE SHOWER ROUTINE PRODUCTS:
ogx coconut or cherry blossom conditioner + shampoo
ogx argan oil hair mask
head and shoulders coconut shampoo
l’oréal dream lengths conditioner
#2: BODY
i think this part is very self explanatory, but i’ll go in depth anyway.
wash ur body TWICE, with 2 different soaps. start with a cleansing soap, such as a body wash or bar soap. after, using a loofah or a sponge/towel of ur choice (only use loofah/sponge 1-2x a week), use a scented body wash, and apply that.
REMEMBER TO WASH:
ur bellybutton
behind ur ears
back of ur neck
ur feet (everywhere, even in between ur toes)
MY BODY CARE SHOWER ROUTINE PRODUCTS:
thai bar soap (forgot the brand but it’s this coconut one and it smells so natural and amazing)
philosophy snow angel 3 in 1 bubble bath, shampoo and body wash (i use it for the body wash)
fantasy by britney spears body wash
whip it up coconut pie or vanilla milkshake (all kinds dupe from kmart)
#3: INTIMATE AREAS
when washing ur 🐱, just using water is the best option, or using an un scented soap (bar soap>>). while washing, only wash the outside part (the part where ur pubic hair grows).
the same goes for washing ur butthole, except NEVER USE A SOAP, OTHERWISE IT WILL BURN.
⁺˚⋆。°✩₊,⛆,⋆˙⟡♡✧˖°⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ ִֶָ 𓂃˖˳·˖ ִֶָ ⋆★⋆ ִֶָ˖·˳˖𓂃 ִ ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧ ✮ * ˚。𖦹 ⋆.꩜ *.
this is all my information, i hope it is useful to u. bye love!!
xoxo

Self-Care Tips
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Self-Care is crucial and a fundamental part of relaxation + a great stress reliever after a long day whether it be from work, school, or otherwise! I am a firm believer that our bodies are so extremely important, and we are stuck with ourselves forever so, might as well take care of yourselves right? < 3
Scents: Fill your space with comforting smells that bring you peace + serenity.
Comfort: Cozy pajamas are the way to go, ALWAYS. Target has affordable, and extremely comfortable pajamas or you could try Amazon as well!
Wash the day away: A nice, hot shower has never steered anyway wrong! Some of my favorite shower products have to be the Philosophy brand (sold at Ulta, and on Amazon) I also enjoy the OGX body washes as well! specifically the Shea Soft + Smooth body wash; it smells like a mix between vanilla cupcakes and starburst yum!
Eat a good meal: Who doesn’t love a good meal? One of my favorite has to be sushi but on a self-care night I tend to gravitate towards far more filling + soulful foods. Soups, or stews are some of my favorite but, also you cannot go from with Chipotle. Whole Foods has amazing ready to eat foods, as well as other stores!
Turn on your favorite movie: I am such a series lovers. Recently, as I’m sure everyone was doing, I finished Vol. two of Strangers Things as a part of my self-care. There are so many comforting movies, (13 going on 30, Parent Trap, Tinker-bell) that are sure to make your night even more entertaining and relaxing!
Do what is best for you: Your body is so important! Nourish it, pamper it, and become your own bodies best motivator as well as friend. Become the best version of yourself + love who that person is <3

12 and 28 for the question thing :^)
12: brand of haircare / bodycare / skincare that you trust 100%?
ehhh. depends on the product. generally i really like ogx for shampoo & conditioner and i swear by as i am's coconut cowash (i use it as leave-in conditioner and it does SO MUCH for my curls). i like the idea of cerave but it's too expensive to justify buying anything by them except the tubs of lotion. which i love. usually like bath&bodyworks or goodfellow&co for body wash. love acure's brightening facial scrub & harry's foaming shave cream because it smells nice :) i don't know if i'm super dedicated or "trust" any of those brands but I'm happy with them
28: last meal on earth?
god. there's this teppanyaki bar in the town I grew up in whose miso soup is like. my idea of Thee miso soup. and this chinese place that went out of business when I was like 12 that had insanely good orange chicken, best I've had in my whole life, miss it every day. both places were across town from where we lived so we'd only go on special occasions. and my parents make really fucking good salsa and caprese salad together in the summers, they make a whole afternoon of going to the store and getting all the right ingredients and this specific brand of corn tortilla chip and my dad roasts all the veggies on the grill for hours and hours and we all get to eat together. and my mom, one fall a few years ago, cut a butternut squash in half and roasted it with olive oil and brown sugar and i think some cayenne and salt and pepper and we ate it for dinner together in the kitchen while my dad and brother were out. so probably those things, but in order like:
chips and salsa & caprese salad -> miso -> orange chicken -> butternut squash
& also the tea my grandpa gets from our family in egypt w/ 2% milk and sugar and some plums, figs, and fresh orange juice from the trees at my grandparents' house. and maybe one of those vanilla häagen-dazs bars to finish it off just because my other grandma always gave those to me and all my cousins when we came to swim at her house after school when we were little. mostly just nostalgia foods that make me feel like it's summertime. and they would need to give me 12 hours beforehand not to eat anything and then a whole day to eat all of it because food is so much better when you're hungry and also because i'd need long breaks for crying. and then i could die happy.

i use ogx coconut milk shampoo and conditioner even though people say it makes your hair fall out. why? because i am committed to the scent i've cultivated. my scent profile might be the most important thing in my life. coconut milk shampoo + native coconut/vanilla body wash + ogx coconut/coffee lotion + vanilla/ cocoa butter dove spray deodorant + sol de janeiro #71. then when my hair isn't freshly washed? batiste coconut tropical dry shampoo, because its in the coconut theme without the heavy scent of vanilla and sugar on top of dirty hair.
despite all of this, yesterday i was attacked with gucci bloom. FLORAL on top of vanilla/sugar/coconut. the rest of the day i was in both mental and physical distress from the headache of a scent i was exuding

talking with @rootworkin & now I’m curious what kind of shampoo/conditioner/body wash your muses use.
Here’s mine: (none of them use 2 in 1 - except maybe Jude lmao)
Daniel: Homemade all of it, all natural and made by him.
Elijah: OGX and has a curl conditioner separate. Has a salt scrub and a dove body wash in lavender.
Hades: Has a little of everything for any and all needs for guests and himself. Isn’t picky on brand but on scent.
Jude: might use a 2 in 1 when times are desperate lmao likes bath and body works, probably steals head and shoulders
Kinn: Expensive, top of the line and has a morning routine and night time one.
Nathan: Has probably used tear free shampoo from his daughter a handful of times. Likes the Moroccanoil though.
Sebastian: tea tree, they likes the minty feeling on their scalp and any hydrating soap. They are silky soft (when not too depressed)
Moonjo: orange dial for antibacterial reasons and suave for men. A psychopath indeed. But he really does smell so good.
Seth: herbal essences and bar soap, unscented. It’s a step up from what he was using but has no real routine.
Silas: rose scented shampoo and conditioner of any kind, a fancy hydrating soaps
Vegas: the blood of his enemies - just kidding. Something soft scented, but probably tresemme and cinnamon scent somewhere in there.
