The theme of episode 6 really floored me. How long can a secret remain a secret before it becomes a lie? (Spoilers incoming!) Woo-hak had previously been just as confused as Mok-ha, and possibly more than her, so any theory of his being Ki-ho wasn't a lie, simply a mistake. Bogeol, on the other hand, knew the truth all along and kept it under wraps because it was a secret. He hadn't had to lie and say he wasn't Ki-ho because no one was asking. Mok-ha asking questions and Woo-hak learning the truth in episode 6 makes liars out of them all — he tells Mok-ha that Ki-ho is married (a lie) and Ms. Song tells Mok-ha to be a hairdresser instead of a singer (lying about her intentions).

And yet these lies are somewhat justified in that they're being told for the safety of Mok-ha and the family. But how long can these innocent lies remain innocent, spoken under the intention of keeping a secret, before they become unforgivable? I'd say that Mok-ha deserves to know the truth, especially now that it's not just a matter of knowing, but that her career and future could be actively shaped by Ms. Song's advice.

I love the way this scene in 221 recontextualizes the flashback from 169.

In 221, we see Yu-Hon’s A+ parenting skills at work.

“Son, I know you’re only six but if you don’t get a grip on your emotions everyone you love will burn alive and it will be your fault.” 

Obviously there’s no child services in Fantasy Korea but damn there should be. 

Anyway, back in 169, Hak flashes back to a memory of Soo-Won laying out battle tactics (that Hak is using in the present). 

Hak is amused because the plan sounds too idealistic to actually work in the real world, but Soo-Won is dead serious when he says, “They’d choose the most devious option too,” because his father has been telling him since he was old enough to walk that Kohka’s enemies want to turn the country into hell and Soo-Won is its only line of defense. Yes, he’s being idealistic, but that’s only because he wants to ensure the fewest casualties possible in the war for Kohka that is coming.

and oh my god the kiss. the water kiss. hes so greedy for her. he finally gets to be greedy for her. hes injured and burned and is so exhaustedddd. but as soon as her lips touch his, u can see how desperately her wants her. he wants her to stay close. and he wants her. he wants her. he wants her. "its not enough"

My question

Yona wants to go save Shin-ah and the rest, but Su-Won wants to proceed forward regardless of how the dragons are doing or how the Earth Tribe is doing (he seems in a rush dude, he has no timeeeee)

Not to mention, I just feel like he’s starting to lose Geun-tae as an ally........ idk....

And then... Yona is very tense because everyone is now relying on her to lead troops, and wants her to stay leading, but she doesn’t want to.

And then... Hak finds Su-Won out suffering from the crimson illness dressed in incognito clothes like he was out going somewhere.... 

Why is Su-Won sicker? That’s the question for me right now. Like, he’s not able to continue towards his goal because Hiryuu’s soul doesn’t want it (Yona wants to go save the dragons, not command the rest but her vow to support Su-Won’s campaign isn’t letting her act freely) and thus is making him sicker??? 

There was Zeno’s promise to Su-Won in the castle where Su-Won falls asleep due to how tired he is, and then Zeno’s like “nothing will go as you wish, but there will come a time where I’ll grant your wish, even if I turn my back on the gods” which is really important I feel.
