As October draws closer for Brighton City College, well-known for its wild parties and a love for all things Halloween, Hayden Cox and Riley Moore find themselves only half of a friend group as Greyson Stewart and Hazel Edwards aim to climb the ranks of the Halloween social ladder to join the legendary Hosts. But when the two of them discover they've got far more in common than just their friends, their Halloween becomes far less that of Brighton City legend, and something far more...them.

A fluffy, university slice-of-life story involving seasonal hijinks and not nearly enough candy! ~80k, working titles are:

not me posting sidlink this morning, but now doodling a mipha and link comic LMAO.

Mipha is a ditzy nervous kid who got curious about Hylians while Link is like "what the fuck is that fish thing over there"

Then Link makes friend with the weird ass fish girl... goes to her domain and totally befriends all the fish people. There's just a feral Hylian walking around teaching the children how to use a sword. Mipha and Link are besties. I swear Zora's Domain is Link's found family.

Meanwhile Muzu treats Link like the wack ass pet rat they have running around.

I ship AOC Link and Mipha. I just know she's all soft spoken and sweet, but that's after her crush started on him and he went silent with the pressure building. I can definitely imagine the earlier memories between the two was the two laughing and joking about stuff and having a ton of fun as the kids they were. Even with Link getting more pressure as a knight in training. Link took a while to realize his feelings for Mipha. Probably just had a moment where things clicked when Mipha was healing one of his wounds. Link just is like "ohmygod her handisonme I HELP-" (Then there's Mipha who totally realized she had it bad for Link the first time she saw Link with his hair tied back. She was like "wait that's so aesthetically pleasing why is my face burning- OH")

Also the feral Hylian def would crush on the fish lady with spiky shark teeth like she's SO cool. He'd be gushing to his fellow knights in training about this new friend he has and they'd be like "and we thought you eating rocks was weird"

OHMYGOD UR KIMCHAY TAGS!!! PLZ TALK ABT THE MICRO EXPRESSIONS

this post for reference I'm talking about THESE micro expressions

so already we've seen Kim just have the most open and surprised and (in love) expression

but then as chay actually starts to sing and play the guitar, u can see Kim trying to put his Cool Guy™️ mask on, but he can't quite get it to stick. chay is really adorable and persistent and forward here and Kim is so thrown, this isn't something he'd expected to happen

(which is hilarious like Kim u literally assigned him this love song project, after talking to him and knowing he has a crush on u? u did this to urself)

but he totally expected to not hear the song until their next session at the studio and chay just showing up at his apartment isn't what he planned for. and like I'm a firm believer in Kim not really doing things unless he's very carefully planned it and he knows what he's doing. (which we see when he visits the main family's house. seeing tankhun wasn't an accident, neither was still being there when Korn came back)

but ANYWAYS u can see here that his eyes follow chays every movement, he keeps starting to smile and then catching himself, pursing his lips to stop it, but then looking at chay some more and forgetting to not smile

Kim doesn't actually say really anything in this scene, but he still says SO MUCH with his body language. the way he fidgets with his hands while chay talks (nervous) the soft look on his face that's completely at war with most other scenes we see before this like. again, his mask is Off it's upstairs he forgot it today and he's not quick enough to get it back on before chay sees him, and once he sees chay, it's like he's lost the ability to regulate his face

the way his head tilts and his little nods, aside from being just adorable, are so -flips hair- kimchay affirming, he's so down bad. every thought he has rn is chay chay Porchay porchay porchay chay chay and honestly who can blame him.

okay we're talking Abt the very last gif now, it's after chay has started singing and Kim HONESTLY looks like he could cry at any second. he swallows to steady himself and listen to the song chay sings Abt how he's fallen in love with Kim. his eyebrows slightly drawn in, full puppy dog eyes like. he's bracing himself and also losing himself at the same time. he's so confused he doesn't know how to be this person chay loves and he's gonna try and figure it out (and then CHICKEN OUT loser) but yeah

so. that's just this scene lmao but I have stared at it for so long (thanks to @nooowestayandgetcaught 's fantastic gifsets reblog them or die) so I've honestly probably OVER analyzed it kshssjajsj

Ohmygod, I love that. Because he does indeed give me so much gender envy that I wish I looked like him.

But that is Jeff Blim from Team Starkid. He's and actor and a song writer, has written the music for all of their Hatchetfield shows and also wrote their musical The Trail To Oregon.

He is a very sweet person, I have been lucky enough to meet him a couple of a times. His Internet persona is a lot more chaotic, like if you were to watch his live streams or live streams on the Starkid channel he's very much got a certain personality he puts on/exaggerates for the camera. But in person he tends to match your energy, if you're chaotic, he'll be chaotic, but if he can see you're nervous he'll be a lot calmer and approachable and really kind.

for the dental surgery it was a piece of cake. surgeon said I was the best patient ever, and I felt no pain after. now the orthodontist has to pull on the tooth that won't come up (yup- im not really a kid anymore and im still missing a tooth smh) also you'd think eating soft frozen cold sweet foods would be great but i got so sick of ice cream and pudding so fast- thankfully im back to eating normal!!

the trip was so fun omg- id love to explore other countries and part of the world. my countries that my family came from are in midst of extreme war so there goes that D: but omg if you ever get the opportunity to explore America I suggest it highly!! despite all the stuff America is going through right now it's a beautiful place.

ALSO THAT GUY- he was a street performer and in major cities those guys will just pressure you into taking photos with you and then paying 😭 BUT I willing paid for the photos with the 'show ladies' (take that as you will) I totally plan on going back in the future.. NOT with my family either.

and about Willow- I was able to sit down with my mom over dinner and discuss some matters, especially those with Willow. it took a lot of convincing and its going to take a lot of my personal time but she said we can keep Willow. I am now visiting her house throughout the day to spend time with Willow. I take her outside for a while and feed her and take her for walks- or basically give her what a dog deserves. Hopefully when I can finally afford my own place I will take Willow with me.

ALSO CHLOE- she's such a smart and sweet girl but she was never trained so she's kind of a nut job LOL!!

It was the middle of the night. You were fast asleep, when suddenly you were jolted awake.

You had no clue, but three doors down Peter was awoken also.

Your senses told you something was off- something wasn't right. You threw on your robe and poked your head out of your room. The hallway was dark and empty, minus the one flickering light at the end of the hallway. You quietly made your way down the hall and looked out the window where the light flickered. As you stepped under it, it went dark. You were about to take out your phone and turn on the flashlight, but you were grabbed in the hallway and swept into a room.

You struggled against your perpetrator but once you regulated yourself, you found yourself with Peter.

He looked at you with a finger over his mouth and shushed you. "What is happening?" you asked him. "I'm really sorry please just stay here," He slipped past you, leaving his quarters.

Why am I sitting alone in his quarters?

You then saw from the corner of your eye, a blue man flying through the air.

"Electro,"

You immediately were about to speed into action, but Peter 1 came into the room.  

"Look," you said, hiding behind a dresser and watching him aimlessly float over the city. Peter 1 joined you. You noticed he was already in his spider suit. "Oh, so we're fighting now?" you asked him. "No, I am."

"Your going to need my help Pete," you sighed. "No, I want to do it. Be the one to kill this sick-"

"Hey!" Peter 2 whispered, poking his head into the apartment. He gave Peter 1 a nod and Peter 1 started to follow him out. "Where do you think your going?" you say, grabbing his arm. "Y/N, this could be our only chance." "Your not going without me." you insisted. "Y/N you don't understand-" "I understand completely fine Peter. Let me get changed." you said, pushing past him.

You were exiting the apartment and was met by Peter 2. "Hey, could you please just stay here." he begged, looking concerned. "What is everyone's deal? I'm going out to help Peter kill that thing." you sighed. "But Y/N-" Peter 1 said from behind you. "It's after you."

"And how do you know that?" you asked, whipping around to see Peter 1. "Mr. Stark's equipment picked up on some energy readings in the last hour and they were directed at harming you."

"That's why I saved you from the trap before, he was trying to get you." Peter 3 sighed. "Why would he want me?" you asked. "Remember when we found Mr. Osborn, before you had all that energy come out of you. It injured him pretty badly." Peter 1 explained. "He's been re charging and gaining back his strength but he wants you dead."

"It hurt him- even better reason to let me come." you yelled, pushing past Peter 3 and into the hallway. Peter 3 webbed you back to him. He wasn't expecting to do it as hard as he did, and you flew into his arms. "Y/N. Don't." he said. You could see a tiny flicker in his eye. You recognized it as the memory of Gwen. Mind reading at it's finest. You sighed, stuck in the man's embrace. He didn't want to loose you.

"I want to fight." you insisted, struggling in the webs around your wrist. "Please Y/N, just stay here." Peter 1 begged. "Absolutely not!" you yelled, now pissed off. What right do these men think they have telling you to stay here and let the men go out and do the fighting.

Peter 1 webbed you to a chair against your will. They brought in a half awake Tony. He was unbelievably pissed off he was missing his beauty sleep to babysit you. "Just please make sure she stays here Mr. Stark," Peter 1 sighed. "Yeah, yeah. Be carful out there, kid." Tony yawned.

Peter 3 looked at you, bound up in the chair. He felt so guilty for doing this, he would have loved being out there and fighting along side you. He also knew he had absolutely no right doing this. The longing in his eyes tied a knot in your stomach. He couldn't bare staring at you any longer and followed the rest of the Peter's down the hallway.

"What's up with that?" Tony asked in a suggestive tone once they left. "What?" "You and uh- Peter." "Which Peter," you smiled coyly. "You know- the scrawny longer nose one." "Oh, Peter 3?" "What, you two hooking up or something?" Tony asked, crossing his arms. "Are you interested in him or something?" you said, mocking his tone. "C'mon Y/N. I saw the way he looked at you."

You sighed. "Your not really the type of person to confide in." "Alright, alright. Don't tell me then. I'm just going to assume the worst." "The worst?" "Oh, I dunno. Maybe you two haven't spent a moment apart, and I mean apart." Tony said, making the dumb pointer finger hole sex reference with his hands. "Oh Jesus, Tony. That is NOT true." "Really? Because you could already be infected with his hybrid spider-witch babies and-"

You were sick of hearing this and gave him a simple sleep hex. "Now, how to get out of here." you muttered to yourself. You used the reflection spell and teleported out of the webbed chair. You ran to your quarters and put on your suit. Next, you used the conference room and searched for any reports of where they could be.

You ran off Tony's launchpad into the air, heading straight towards the Brooklyn Bridge. You were almost there- you could see the bridge. It looked abandoned, normal. No Spidermen to be found. You were almost there, when a shot of electricity flew through your body. You hit the ground hard, leveling up grass in your path as you fell in an empty park.

Electro flew to you, hovering above you in the air. "That hurt," you yelled to the man. He grunted and shot more electricity at you, but you blocked it with a portal that faced right back at him. His electricity overloaded him once again, but he ended the strain out of his hands. "You think you can do this- defeat me?" he yelled. You got up from your pile of rubble and flew up to his level. "You want to try?"

You were conjuring an energy ball just as a web tied around your waist. "God fuckin damm-"

You were pulled through the air and met by Peter 2 in a tree. "What the hell are you doing?" he panted. Electro took notice to this, but was hit by an electric web by Peter 1. That distracted him and he flew after Peter 1. "I had it covered before you had to pull me away." you yelled. "We meant it when we said stay back." "Really? Because I was about to kill that thing in another three seconds before you pulled me away."

"Where is Peter 3?" you asked. "Why?" Peter 2 asked. Oh god, why did I ask that

"I-I dunno I was just wondering." you lied. "He's out looking for you. When Stark came to he called all of us."

"No, I'm taking you back to Stark Towers." Peter 2 yelled. "Funny." you smirked, hands crossed. "Excuse me?"

You grabbed Peter 2 and flew through the air with him. He frantically tried to web off to another surface, but you were flying too fast.

You found Peter 1 fighting Electro, looking pretty tired. You dropped Peter 2 off on top of a building.

"Now I know why MJ hated that," he panted, trying not to throw up.

"Hey, Electro!" you yelled, balling up the energy again. He turned his attention from Peter 1 to you. "Don't!" Peter 1 yelled. You threw the ball of energy at him, and he just absorbed it. It wasn't powerful enough.

Electro laughed, taking a large sum of his energy and shooting it at you. You couldn't move fast enough. It was inevitable to hit you. In what seemed like slow motion, Peter 3 shielded himself in front of you out of nowhere.

"Peter!"

The blast knocked both of you on your asses on top of another roof.

Peter 3 was shaking in his suit. You ripped off his mask. His skin was painted black, his hair was fried. Electro found you again.

You were so angry. He hurt Peter. You could have been able to handle the blast. Peter was merely human.

You built up the largest amount of energy you had ever used. It took almost all of your functional energy. You blasted this at Electro, and he writhed in pain. He yelled, sending lightning bolts out over the river. He then seemed to combust, falling apart. He was dead.

You dropped to your knees, then fell next to Peter 3. He was breathing heavy. Your energy was gone, you were surprised you were even still conscious. You turned over with whatever energy you had left and grabbed his spandex covered hand. His eyes were wide, in a panic. Your vision went blurry as he slowly faded from your sight.

"so you think i should create a contrast between the song and my words?" you asked sunwoo, facing him. he leaned back on the sofa you both were sitting on and turned to face you as well. "yea! i think it'll create a cool effect, and at the end of your video you could end with words that kind of agree or disagree directly with the song, depending on the message you want to portray! play with the song's lyrics or something you feel?"

"yea i feel!" you smiled, bobbing your head up and down in agreement to what he suggested. as you typed down his words in the notes app of your laptop, sunwoo took notice of the way you scrunched your nose whenever you mispelled something, or how you only used your pointer and middle finger to type. he wanted to pinch your nose, intertwine your hands together, just show you some sort of physical affection, but he held himself back.

"not yet sunwoo, not yet." he thought to himself. the usb in his pocket suddenly felt heavier and heavier, so sunwoo considered this as a sign that it was time.

"uh hey..." sunwoo started as he leaned forward. you stopped typing to direct your attention to him. "what's up?"

"i uh... actually have a song right here if you want to use it for your project." he said hesitantly and brought out the usb from his pocket. "you can give it a listen, see if it matches the vibe of your film."

you looked at the usb in his hand then at him. he looked... nervous? you took the usb and inspected it carefully. "did you write a song?"

"wrote and recorded" he replied with a nervous chuckle. "ohmygod... sunwoo this is so sweet what the heck" you pouted, your heart growing even more for the person in front of you. as for sunwoo, he felt his heart do a whole gymnastics routine at your expression.

"can i listen to it now?" you asked him excitedly. "oh yea sure of course!" he nodded, still not meeting your eyes. you were curious as to why sunwoo didn't seem... himself, but you figured it was probably just because he was showing you one of his works for the first time.

you plugged in the usb to your laptop. once its contents loaded, you were surprised to find that there was only one thing on the usb: an audio file titled "make or break".

you clicked on it, and after a few seconds the sound of guitar strums filled the air. you relished it, and unknowingly swayed to the rhythm.

then suddenly, his voice.

his voice was sweet, smooth, like honey dripping from a leaf. it was something you knew you couldn't, and wouldn't, get enough of.

a smile grew on your lips as you listened to the way his voice would hit the high notes and low notes, how he'd change up the tempo every now and then, and how he sang like he was talking to you and only you.

as you were looking at your screen (because you knew you'd turn into a puddle of nothingness if you faced sunwoo right then and there), sunwoo was looking at you and gauging your reaction. when you smiled, he smiled, and when you blushed, he might have blushed as well.

ok ummm im trying to think of what i can tell you about me that is something i haven't posted about before... oh i know idk if it's interesting or not but since i was born and until my mid teen years i moved a lot (cant say where though (: ) and umm sorry idk why i can't think of other things but since you mentioned you did tap dancing, growing up i did so many different sports cause i couldn't commit to one for more than two years more or less (ive done swimming, gymnastic arts, dance, cheerleading, soccer football basketball and tennis)

ughh okayy those were thing you alrdy knew about me. i do feel like i talk a lot about my life on here ahaha. (also omg ty for that!! i feel so nervous at times. where i'm like can i really do this or am i just screwing with myself. but THANK YOU SM MY LOVE!!!) AND YEAH I USED TO TAP!!! so much fun. and i wanna do it again sometime but like i don't really talk to the girls who i used to tap with anymore and stuff. so it's kinda bleh to do it alone. but maybe one dayy :)))

ouuuu so much travelling!! did you like moving around a lot? and do you like where you are currently? i swear i'm trying to keep my questions as vague as possible and you don't have to answer if you don't wanna obvs. dw abt it :)) ayeee you did so many sportsss!! ohmygod. also i've done swimming before. quit within a year. you'll see i have a long list of things i've quit. BUT ALSO GYMNASTICS. that was one thing i always wanted to try but never got to unfortunately. how was that experience?? also oof. sports. i stayed away from sports. i did get recruited for athletics and volleyball once upon a time. but i chose drama and dance over that. so you can see where my priorities and interests lie.

also fun fact! i've never played a female role in any of the dramas i've been in!!! like literally never. should've had hindsight and seen i'd turn out to be a non-binary lesbian but meh. ok so. when i was in like 5th grade. we did this french play in class (i've done french since i was 7. so for about 12 years. also a fun fact abt me) but it was about how this princess rejects all the princes because they're bad and she chooses the gentle prince at the end. and what happened was that none of the girls wanted to play the prince character cause we didn't have enough boys. so i volunteered to play a prince. i know i know. very generous of me. and that's how my long line of non-female roles started. so in high school. we did midsommar night's dream this once and i played one of the little henchmen gremlin type things. and then we did a short narnia play where i played Edmund. that was one role i quite enjoyed playing. and then we did this one other play about like pirates and stuff. and i ended up playing the role of a little boy. once again. who's pants get torn in one of the scenes. fun times those were. also both of those times i played a main character and both of those times we won first place in the drama competition!!!!

and dance ohgod. dance was like my little pocket of joy in a dreadful high school life. in our school you had to join at least one extra curricular and i picked dance till my very last year. and it was so much fun. we used to have classes every saturday morning. and i used to be the first one to arrive to class. my parents were like hell bent on getting me to quit because they wanted me to focus on studying. but it was the one thing i was stubborn about. eventually when i was in like 11th grade. my parents told me to quit. and on multiple occasions i've sneaked out early on saturday mornings before anyone was up to attend dance classes. that's how much i loved it. and cause i live in hong kong. my music teacher found bollywood songs and dance so interesting so me and my best friend used to have a dance duo. and we used to choreograph and perform all by ourselves. so much fun.

but ever since i've gotten to uni i haven't had the chance to do either. might have chance to do drama again (fingers crossed. heard some talks about the drama club at campus and things. so maybeee!!) and the dance. hais. i've only ever performed in groups or in duos. and every since uni began me and my best friend kinda drifted apart and i'm a codependent piece of shit on stage. so haven't properly dance in a while either. but hopefully will get back into both of those things soon!!!

also i'm just now realizing how much i've gone off about myself. but i hope you enjoyed reading it all!! you can ask me stuff if you want. clearly i love to go on about myself lmaoo.
