I know it’s generally in good fun when making jokes about how young fujoshi in the early 2000s-2010s talked about queer couples (i.e. “yuri couple, yaoi couple, i see no difference love is love” or “if you police people’s identities you are not yaoiful at all”) but if you look at it from the lens of acknowledging that this, for many of them, is their first time even realising being queer was an option, it’s a very interesting study in realising that this is an attempt at inclusion from the perspective of someone who may not have ever heard of things like gender identity or sexuality beyond “boy” and “girl”.

it’s funny cause I originally found your art on ‘another site’, and then I only found your sfw art cause I recognized the shading and lineart. Honestly no matter what kinda of art it is, I love your anatomy and the colors, it helps make the characters feel so dynamic and realistic with that cartoony flair too. You’re an amazing artist and I’m happy to be following you and seeing your art improve more and more over the years. Keep being awesome and cool dude ^^
ASGDJGJ that’s a hell of a way to find my main works XD
Really tho, thank you, anon, for your kind words! 。゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。 Implementing more realistic anatomy into my regular cookie art has always made me feel anxious bc I’m always worried about making them too uncanny looking and not cute. And there is probably people who miss the more rounded, simpler look of my artstyle back then.
So hearing you put it like that, it gives me that boost of confidence! (=´∀`) thank you again for all the support over the years!!

I think when the results of this inquiry is released everyone but radfems will be shocked.
The Women and Equalities Committee (WEC) is today (Friday, 9 May) launching a new inquiry into Misogyny: the manosphere and online content.
Submit evidence through the inquiry page
Women and Equalities Committee
The inquiry will explore the prevalence and impact of misogynistic views, attitudes and behaviour among young men and boys, particularly in schools and educational settings and the reasons for this. It will examine ways that boys and young men are also being harmed and if better support, activities and services need to be available to them.
MPs on the cross-party Committee, chaired by Labour MP Sarah Owen, will examine evidence of rising misogyny among young men and boys, and the role of social media and online communities, referred to as the ‘manosphere’.
It will also look at how online content and the availability of violent pornography, is contributing to sexist and misogynistic attitudes, behaviour and violence against women and girls both online and offline.
The inquiry will examine how social media influencers are shaping attitudes towards women and girls and the strategies and interventions needed to address this.
It will also assess what role social media companies and online platforms are playing in the promotion of misogynistic content and what policies they have in place for deplatforming or demonetising this content.
WEC held an evidence session on April 29 with Jack Thorne and Emily Feller, executive producers of the hit Netflix drama Adolescence, exploring the impact of toxic online misogyny on young men and boys, as well as the public and political reaction to it. WEC’s predecessor committee held an evidence session in May 2024 on incel culture.
Chair comment
Women and Equalities Committee (WEC) Chair Sarah Owen MP said: “The recent television drama Adolescence brought into sharp political and public focus the burgeoning issue of misogynistic views and behaviour among young men and boys and the questions over its prevalence, particularly in schools and educational settings.
“With young people spending significant amounts of time online, the Committee want to conduct a timely assessment of the drivers for such attitudes, as well as explore the complex interplay with social media content, the online manosphere and violent pornography.
“This inquiry will examine what more could be done both on and offline to address these trends, and also feeds into WEC’s wider scrutiny of Government work to tackle violence against women and girls.”
Terms of reference
The Committee invites written submissions through the inquiry website addressing any or all of the issues raised in the following terms of reference by Friday, 6 June 2025.
How prevalent are misogynistic views, attitudes and behaviour among young people today, particularly in educational settings? What examples are there of these views, attitudes and behaviours? In what other settings are such behaviours prevalent?
How is content on social media and online, such as violent pornography, contributing to sexist and misogynistic attitudes and behaviour and violence against women and girls both online and offline?
How are social media influencers shaping attitudes towards women and girls?
What role are social media companies and online platforms playing in the promotion of misogynistic content?
Who is gaining financially from the marketisation of misogyny online, and how? What policies do social media companies have in place for deplatforming or demonetising this content and are they enforced?
What strategies and interventions are needed to address misogyny among young people?

hello elle gayferrari,,,
if you don't mind could you provide some context? you had said on that post about charles reading that book about that guy that you were glad bc it was about something that deglamourised the mafia in Italy?
and again today gq I think or another publication published an article about hamilton and the mafia or the mafia vibe or idk something and a lot of the Italian people I follow on twt were like, unenthused,,
i mean the mafia has been made popular (popular is probably the wrong word but? romanticised?) by film and pop culture and such but ive noticed Italians vehemently disliking that (understandably bc of like, well organised crime and the associated fucked up everything)
could you maybe explain a bit more about actual italian attitude and sentiment towards it ?
[link to the post about Charles's favourite book]
The thing is. As you say, I think many people don't realise that the mafia is a real thing. It's a societal plague — I think a decent comparison could be the opioid crisis. It's real, it's not sexy, and it harms people's lives. There are many people for which this is just an aesthetic or a movie plot rather than a lived reality, and they might think it's cool. To me, personally — and I think I speak for most Italians here — there's a difference between thinking mafia vibes are cool in a vacuum and making a whole lot of unfunny comments jokes about mafioso Lewis because he's driving for an Italian team now. The former is whatever, the latter is ??????? ????? Uneeded. Stale.
Mind you — it's not the end of the world. It's a cultural faux pass but you can't actually oppress western Europeans by making Don Lewis jokes. If it's funny to you, whatever. But I think it's a topic that skirts on the edge of tasteless in the same way, idk, true crime fandom can skirt on tasteless — where you're taking something that actively makes victims to this day and many people feel strongly about, and reducing it to #vibes, and I think some people could stand to engage with it a little more thoughtfully. Especially if it's coming from GQ (?) and not some rando posting their mafia AU on ao3 dot org

I'm the one who asked about the stalking thank you for the info if it's not to much trouble may I also know about stalking online..I assume that's a thing? My partners are both online and I was thinking of trying to stalk them from where I am somehow
Welcome back, and it's most definitely a thing. Stalking online looks very different depending on the person and where they leave their digital footprint. If you have their consent or are willing to manipulate them, there are a lot of options.
1. Identify what social media they use. What are their Internet vices?
Every platform has unique weaknesses and inherent features that can be exploited. Especially if your darling hasn't had the need to value security in the past. On Tumblr, by default, you can see what/who someone likes and follows. On other platforms, the same could be said. The content someone likes or engages with can be useful information that could lead to other areas to find their accounts. Their mutuals could link you back to old accounts(&alt accounts) and allow you to learn about their friendships. Look into apps/programs that piggy back off of the base coding of an app, you may find useful programs.
2. Below the surface, downloads on Darlings' devices
Only so much can be done on the surface, especially with privacy settings. Downloading apps or programs on your Darlings' device can be a way to gain more access to their data. You can always make a hidden folder to hide downloaded applications, with research(and likely downloading a suitable program to disguise your other downloads) this can be secure. If your darling is using your wifi or your providing/paying for their mobile data, you can gain access to much of that devices history/activity. (Not too possible for you with the above...)
Alternatively; Omit your intentions and convince them to download useful apps or change bothersome settings to their own accord. Stats.fm can be used as a back door into someone's entire Spotify streaming history with live updates, if the other person links their account and pays 99 cents. It's an app on the app store, its super easy to hype up as being a fun way for music enthusiasts to see their stats and their songs&bands stats. You can easily make a joke out of downloading Life360 together. If someone's a film nerd, it could be proposed to download Letterboxd together, and if they click with it, it'd be a way to see what films their watching and see their reviews on movies. Depends on your Darlings'.
3. Its Versatile
Stalking someone online entirely depends on where they go online and the vulnerabilities of that site. There's no one size fits all answer, more so than irl with how diverse Internet spaces are. Research&think over vulnerabilities of sites and accessory programs. Think of social media and other programs as tools that don't have to be used for their intended purpose, find how to use programs for your own purpose. Creativity is encouraged.
Tips: Create a password protected document to link posts your darling makes or interacts with you'd want to save for later. (Screenshots if their prone to deleting/"cleaning" their pages).
Identify if they tend to use the same username(s) or derivatives of a username across platforms, reverse image search their pfp(or past ones).
If they're someone who uses niche Internet spaces, you could find them on their own terf. On that mark, take note of their speaking&posting quirks. You could identify accounts of their's by this.
Don't bring up information you've learned by stalking unless you plan an indirect way to have them tell you about it.
Look into websites, there's some pretty scumy ones you can use to find accounts by email/phone number.
