laundry list of lusail track's sins:

the FIA changes track limits on turns 12/13 by around 80 cm to try limit damage to tyres (this leads to the addition of an extra 10 minute practice session directly before qualifying for the sprint race. on a weekend with only 1 hour of free practice anyway)

the FIA implements limit of a maximum of 18 laps on any 1 set of tyres due to the curbs & track surface literally shaking the tyres to the point of structural damage (this leads to a minimum of 3 pitstops for all drivers during the race)

F1 drivers in a sailing competition:

Max and Checo crash because they thought it was funny, Daniel and Yuki copy (it was funny)

Oscar and Lando aren't necessarily understanding each other but somehow doing it (they should "For Zak" the entire time)

Esteban and Pierre win because they went the fastest to get away from each other faster without crashing because both got threatened (they forget that they had to stand on the podium)

Only Alex is alone on the sail, Logan is MIA (they finish 4/9 and Logan was given food poisoning by the team on accident)

Lewis and George probably few of the only actual competitors who are trying (Toto heart attack averted)

Kevin and Nico take out Valtteri and Zhou because Kevin was steering into them on "accident" (they all go for a beer after)

Fernando and Lance get DSQ'ed for bringing a yacht and putting a sail on it and claiming they're sailing while sharing a bottle of wine (Fernando protests and claims British bias as he should)

Carlos and Charles were taught the wrong positions and had to figure it out half way through (there was no recovery no matter what they did)
