DPxDC HC - Vlad as a Lantern
I've seen plenty of hcs about Danny being some Lantern or other.
My question is, what Lanterns would choose Vlad?
Not yellow, not blue or indigo.
Definitely orange or red (those are obvious).
But, at the same time, I kinda wanna see what he'd look like as a Star Sapphire.
As driven as he is by greed & a desire for revenge, I feel like the true source of those things for him is his desire for a family that loves him.
So, while canon Vlad would definitely be either a Red or Orange Lantern, I feel like a redeemed Vlad would be a Star Sapphire.
And yes, part of that is because I wanna see him dressed like a male stripper. But, hey, if the shoe fits.

The Heart of the Matter Ch.4
Chapter 1 (Parts 1-3), Chapter 2, Chapter 3
Info: Some background for how the other Lanterns fit the AU is present - some of their basics are changed up to better work with the AU as well. I’m also not using the Ultraviolet Lanterns.
***
Danny listens patiently as Clockwork weaves a tale of Ghost Zone history.
He’d learned the legends of the previous High Kings - his predecessors - before he took the throne, so Clockwork skims a bit.
But where the story should end, with Pariah Dark being sealed away - skipping over the time of his absence and subsequent defeat that Danny himself had wrought - he keeps going.
He hadn’t expected much from the glossed over history - his first years as a ghost had been a part of that era. He assumed he was familiar enough with what went on in the Zone in that time frame.
He was wrong.
The Observants had been a pain in the neck for as long as Danny had known them; he certainly hadn’t expected their history to be happy or uplifting.
He had expected to be bored to tears; just another history lecture about paperwork-this and proper-procedure-that.
Instead, he got a horror story.
He’d lain awake countless nights in that first year of being a halfa, fearing what his parents would do if they caught him. Then fearing what the GIW would do if they caught him - especially after that near-miss when they started employing more competent agents.
He’d spent hours and days and weeks and months worrying over the laws of the Living as pertained to the Dead. Even more so after his coronation.
When he finally revealed his halfa status to his parents, they had come around. They accepted him as he was - their son, just as he’d always been.
And, like a veil lifting from their eyes, they realized how much they’d allowed their biases to blind them.
They started doing real science - not just with the weapons, but with the ghosts themselves - and they’d come to the same conclusion Danny and Tucker and Sam and countless other residents of Amity Park had: that ghosts are sentient, sapient beings with both physical and emotional feelings, and they deserve to be treated as such.
Ever since they had worked tirelessly to have the Anti-Ecto Acts repealed, countless hours of real research and data gathering.
Presentations.
Protests.
Petitions.
Even Vlad - who had, for whatever reason, begun slowly but surely turning over a new leaf ever since Danny had outed himself as Phantom to his parents - had chipped in, throwing his money and political weight around.
Danny had been hopeful about the future of Living-Dead relations, as limited as they were by nature.
That hope makes a slow, swirling journey down a metaphorical toilet drain the longer Clockwork speaks.
Countless ghosts, stolen away and sealed screaming into their own cores as a fuel source. A barbaric practice that even some of Pariah Dark’s supporters had found distasteful - for all they hadn’t dared say it to his face - when he invented and subsequently made use of it.
Danny had been a fan of the Green Lanterns since he had learned of their existence - space cops, hello? - but thinking of them now, he only feels sick.
Flying around unknowingly using the dead as a battery.
The Oan had deceived them into inflicting the very same cruelty - the evil - that they had been sworn to oppose; causing sapient beings to suffer in the name of their so-called peace.
Learning that there were more Lanterns should have been exciting.
Instead, he only grew increasingly horrified as Clockwork listed them off.
The Yellow Lanterns, founded by a Green Lantern in conjunction with a living, psychic fear parasite - just a Fright Knight flavored version of the originals.
The Orange - a single, furious ghost that had managed to gain control over a small prototype battery and flee, drawing shades into its prison in an attempt to overload the battery and escape.
The Blue Lanterns: Green Lanterns, hope edition.
And the Star Sapphire Lanterns: a brief attempt by a few Oan to be a bit more symbiotic about things, but who eventually became just a different kind of Green Lantern. And who could’ve guessed that the ghost wouldn’t be happy about being enslaved to a fate as magical fashion statements.
Were Danny in human form for the meeting, he thinks his blood would be boiling.
He is furious, disgusted, dismayed; his core cries out to help the trapped.
He has to ask - “Why now? Why wait to tell me?” - even though he’s sure he’ll get a cryptic answer.
He doesn’t.
And oh, how carefully the Observants (and he spits the name like a curse within his own mind) had trapped Clockwork - the one being they knew would learn of their indiscretions. The one being who could and would oppose them.
They’d trapped him in a web of his own making; carefully prompted words, seemingly careless requests, and meaningless questions.
Clockwork had been young once, too, and the incaution of his youth hadn’t allowed him to anticipate the growing cruelty and callousness of those he had trusted with keeping the balance in the interim until a new king could be found.
Danny doesn’t ask him to explain why he hadn’t changed the past; he had seen for himself how poorly that could go.
But Danny Phantom is the High King of the Infinite Realms.
Names have power.
Titles have power.
Belief has power.
And the High Kings have been sought out as mediators since even the first.
It is the work of a single sentence to break each and every contract that once bound the Master of Time.
For good measure, he demands: “Tell me about everything the Observants have been hiding from me.”
He gets more than he’d hoped for, but no less than he’d expected.
Cover-ups - most of the cores they had fed to the Lantern Corps had been from ghosts who wanted to improve the Realms again - to make things more peaceful, to help with mediation or do something about the increasingly erratic natural portals.
Ghosts who threatened their power over the Realms
Anyone who doubted the strength and terror of the Green Lanterns - and their eventual variants.
Those who were a danger to their complete control.
Who might expose the cracks in their flawless image.
The only opposition that had managed to survive their careful cullings were known as Red and Black Lanterns.
The Red Lanterns, Clockwork tells him, are ghosts who chose to oppose the Green Lanterns despite the odds - or who were forced to by their leader, Atrocitus. A being that opposed the Lanterns even in life, he willingly threw himself and his fellows into the jaws of death when he learned the truth behind the Green Lanterns’ powers, founding his own Corps.
His consideration for his fellow ghosts is secondary to his rage and grief, making for a mix of volunteers and conscripts among their number. They believe it is worth temporarily stooping to the enemy’s level if it means eventually crushing them and freeing all those who have been entrapped.
The Black Lanterns, led by a death deity ghost named Necron, are apparently an attempt to form an army against the living, both to reclaim the cores lost to the other Lanterns and to ‘increase the domain of the High King of the Infinite Realms!’
As if they weren’t already infinite.
Necron worshiped Pariah Dark when he reigned, and has apparently worshiped Danny from the moment he took the throne. He adores death, as he was born of its concept, and wants to create more dead people through murder and mayhem. He also wishes to protect the dead from the living.
The ghosts that align with him both like piloting kind-of-living bodies and see opposing the Green Lanterns - who ‘trespass upon that which is rightfully the king’s,’ aka enslaving ghost cores as fuel sources - as their sacred duty.
The two remaining Lantern Corps had been hidden from him out of fear that drawing his attention to the fact there are more corps might incite enough curiosity for him to look into the matter more, eventually leading him to the awful truths behind the Lanterns.
The Indigo Lanterns were created by a hive-mind like psychic ghost forming a symbiotic relationship with the living to fulfill its obsession in the living realm - not that the living involved are aware that their power source is a ghost benefitting from their partnership. Apparently the ghost just steals whatever ecto-energy or -plasm they need from the Green Lantern battery’s metaphysical shunting system - it’s not like the frequency is a secret, what with the Oan not expecting any of the cores to be conscious enough to intentionally siphon from it.
The White Lanterns were created by a being simply known as Balance - the balance equivalent of Clockwork. They disapprove of the artificial destruction of life the Black Lanterns are aiming for, instead acknowledging that the Living Realm and the Ghost Zone are two sides of a coin and wanting the living to flourish as much as possible so that more die in the long run. The ghosts working with them agree - and also want to kind of pilot human bodies for a bit.
Silent tears - of sadness and anger both - trail down his cheeks as he takes it all in, grieving for those who had been wronged.
Atrocitus, who had spent so long lost to his grief.
The orange ghost, stuck failing to save themself for billions of years.
The countless other ghosts that the Observants had personally delivered into a nightmare even worse than anything Danny himself had managed to conjure up on his worst nights.
Something occurs to him.
“Wait…you said you couldn’t bring this up before, because of the restrictions. But the restrictions were still in place when you came to me. What changed?”
“A man named Jason Todd,” Clockwork tells him, “Who crawled out of his own grave in the second most ecto-contaminated city on Earth to swim in some of the most sub-par ectoplasm present in the living realm. Jason Todd, the halfa who doesn’t know he’s a halfa, whose complete lack of ghostly knowledge has left his life in shambles.”
And Danny’s core aches with the familiarity of it.
“Unable to manage his obsession, fully unaware that there’s anything to manage as he is. Too little ectoplasm to be stable and healthy - mentally or physically. And it is only by the grace of his city’s contamination level that he gets any ectoplasm at all.”
He pauses, dramatic as ever - or maybe perfecting his timing.
“Jason Todd, supposedly dead son of Bruce Wayne, who recently met with a Green Lantern. Ghosts can sense each other, even reduced to our cores, and this ability is passed onto the Lanterns.”
Danny bristles, practically flinging himself from his throne and into the air.
“The Lanterns don’t know the truth about their rings,” he continues, “The Oan hid it from them after the first few had to be mind-wiped because, for some reason, the people chosen for their exceptional morals and force of will were generally unwilling to condone what amounts to a combination of slavery and torture.”
Danny is flooded with relief at this; it didn’t fix what had happened to the ghosts involved and the Oan would need to be managed, but there was hope that the Lanterns would help them. Would free the ghosts’ cores willingly.
That the Justice League hadn’t willingly worked with a torturing enslaver.
That there were allies to be had among the living, even beyond the close-knit borders of Amity Park.
Still, if Jason Todd was safe then why bring him up.
“Unfortunately,” Clockwork says gravely, “This means that the Lantern he met with reported what seemed to him like a ring lodged in someone’s chest straight to Oa. And the Oan are all too eager to have him lure Jason Todd in with false medical concern and promises of their so-called ‘aid.’ It will work, and the events that would be set in motion-”
Danny doesn’t need to know what else will happen, another person’s core getting ripped out and them getting fully killed is bad enough.
He’s gone before Clockwork can say anything else.
He knows roughly where Wayne Manor is; he can look up more specific directions on his phone once he’s in New Jersey.
---------------------
Danny is gone before he can finish speaking, all too eager to help.
To save.
Let him think of his own disaster timelines-that-might-have-been, none he can guess could be as cruel as the truth.
(What difference a single friend makes - a segway to a peaceful meeting that would have been combative. To alliance.
Knowledge is power, but it is also protection. Jason Todd leads to Bruce Wayne. Bruce Wayne leads to Hal Jordan.
It amazes Clockwork almost as much as it appalls them, sometimes: how a simple conversation can divert disaster. A single friend leads to diplomacy instead of a fire-fight, leads to peace instead of the King’s family being killed and their cores crushed in an attempted coup by the Observants while the Oan dealt with the King - as if they ever stood a chance.
How a small slackening of the leash could lead to the whole thing being ripped to shreds.
It had been too long since Clockwork had spoken to the other ancients; perhaps it was time for him to change that.)
***
Info: The Observants lied - a ghost with a satisfied obsession can become infinitely powerful in the human realm. They’ll need ecto eventually, just like humans need food/water, but it isn’t a limitation of power. The rings' energy channeling and restriction method prevents the ghosts from forming anyway, but the Observants don’t want to give away too much and risk being turned on and left with no cards to play. They are very aware that the Guardians are using them for resources and see little difference between themselves and any random core mounted on a ring.
Next chapter we finally get to the meet-up!

Vladimir Tod Drabble - Definitely
//// Thanks to @the-indecisive-mage for suggesting I write Vladimir Tod! This one is about Vlad being a good fren to Henry bhbhbbh I love them ////
Music poured from speakers, drowning out voices and the occasional clink of silverware. Fake smoke gathered on the floor from an unknown source, and orange and black balloons bounced with the movement or shuffle of feet. Teenagers floated about the basement room, laughing and shouting, dancing and chilling. Vlad, however, stuck to the far corner, watching as everyone moved along to the beat of an old pop song blasting in their ears. His black slid down the wall until he felt his butt on the old wooden floor, the smoke clinging to his body. He scanned the group of kids for his friends, Henry and Joss, but they were nowhere to be seen. He sighed. Per usual, Henry had abandoned him for some other group of kids, and only God knew where Joss had snuck off to. Vlad played with the laces of his boots, before twirling his plastic scythe in his hands.
When will this party end?
His stomach was starting to growl, making him regret not grabbing a blood bag before he left. The music blared another song, and he watched as a group started forming around the punch table. More teens started coming in and, when Vlad had his chance, he slipped back upstairs and onto the back porch. A cool autumn breeze pricked his face, promising decreasing temperatures as the Halloween night went on. Vlad moved to the porch landing and leaned on the wood, gazing at the multiple lanterns lining the dark, thick wood. He took of his black hood, as well as brushing his black bangs only slightly. He sighed and leaned heavily on a hand.
A few other kids were outside as well, murmuring quietly to each other. Vlad closed his eyes, carefully.
Behind him, the door opened, and music flowed out of the house, before becoming muffled again with the slam of the door. A sniffle.
Vlad’s eyes opened, and he turned. Shockingly, he saw his friend, Henry, who walked up next to him and leaned on the railing. He was quiet, except for the occasional sniff. His eyes were bloodshot, and teary.
Vlad frowned. This was definitely not the Henry he knew. “Dude? What happened?” he asked, gently.
Henry was quiet at first, and he looked down at his hands. “Let it go,” he whispered with a shaky sigh. That had done it. This was definitely not Henry. “Come on, you can tell me anything,” Vlad murmured, “I’m your friend! Something happened, huh?”
“Well, obviously,” Henry scoffed. Vlad must’ve looked hurt because he added, “Sorry.” He looked at his phone for the time, answered a few texts, then closed his phone and put it in his pocket.
Vlad looked down at his boots, and wished he knew what to do. Henry rarely showed… unhappiness, especially with tears. He nudged his friend, gently, then mumbled, “I won’t push you. But I’m here.” He tried his best to smile.
He noticed Henry’s lip tremble only slightly, and he blinked, causing some more tears to fall. “I-I know,” he whispered.
“Henry?”
Henry looked at the sky, then back at the house. He looked up at the roof, then at Vlad. “Something happened… in the house… these douches…”
“Stop there. I’ve run into plenty of those before. What did they do?” Vlad asked, suddenly defensive. Only I’m allowed to get bullied, not Henry!
Henry took a small breath. Clearly, he knew that, too. “Well… so you know Melissa Hart, right?” Henry asked.
Vlad sighed. “Hard not to.” He knew Henry had a crush on her, so it was easy to know who she was, especially if Henry was your best friend.
“Well, apparently, she’s dating some guy I don’t even know—a sophomore, I think—and, anyways, so I was talking to her and stuff, and we were getting close, y’know?” Henry stopped to take a breath, “So her ‘boyfriend’ saw and got mad at me and shoved me into the punch table.” He gestured at his shirt and Vlad noticed a big stain, a blotch of red on his pale brown zombie costume. It smelled of fruit and looked new.
Vlad frowned. “Stupid sophomore…” he muttered.
“Right? Okay, but anyways, you know the worst part? Melissa laughed at me. A lot of people did, actually… mind you, no one came to help—”
“I know how you feel…” Vlad sighed.
“—But like… Vlad, I… I never had someone laugh at me… in a m-mean way like that I—” more tears started to fall, “I feel stupid now, I…”
“Henry…” Vlad started, though he wasn’t very good at this comforting thing, “It’s okay. They’ll probably forget about it in a week.” He cracked a soft grin, but Henry didn’t smile back. He just stared at his shaky hands. “But what if they don’t….” he mumbled.
Vlad sighed. This was going to be hard. He gazed at the roof, and saw a small ledge coming from the window on the top floor. He looked at Henry, then grabbed his arm, pulling him inside. “Vlad…” Henry started, his voice cracking, “I really don’t want to be in—” his voice drowned out with the music, and Vlad dragged him up the stairs, into a bathroom. “Isn’t upstairs off limits?” Henry asked, quietly.
Vlad shushed him, then handed him a box of tissues he found in the cabinet. Below them, the floor shook with the bass blasting, not really helping with anything. Vlad led him to the window, and unlocked it, before throwing it open. He climbed out onto the roof, feeling the shingles beneath his palms. Henry watched, wide-eyed, until Vlad found a comfortable sitting position. He patted the place next to him, then held out his hand. Henry handed him the box of tissues before climbing outside next to him. A small chuckle escaped his lips, causing Vlad to laugh softly as well. Once Henry found his seat next to him, Vlad handed him the tissues.
When the blonde male dried his tears, he held firmly onto the tissue into his hand. Vlad sat next to him, his hands on his knees. “Should’ve brought some chips or something,” he noted, and Henry laughed a bit. “Yeah…” he murmured, “That would’ve been good.”
Vlad smiled. “You know, Henry, if people do make fun of you after what happened, they can go to Hell,” he remarked, and looked at his friend, who smiled, laughing through his tears.
Vlad looked down, and fidgeted with his boot laces again, letting them untie. “Don’t worry about what other people think, ‘kay?” he murmured, “You don’t deserve to.”
Henry’s smile vanished, and he placed his nose into his knees, which were drawn up to his chest. “Y-yeah, I guess. You’re a cool friend, Vlad. I wish I was a better one,” he said.
“A better friend? Dude, you’re the best. You always have my back, and you’re cool, and funny… I couldn’t ask for a better one,” Vlad replied, confident in his words. Though Henry did leave him a lot, he was speaking the truth. Henry turned his head to look at him, and he smiled with teary eyes.
“Since when?”
“Since we first met in Kindergarten.”
“Stupid.”
“Totally not!”
“Riigghhtt. Okay, Vlad. Looking at those times I constantly left you because of some stupid, fake friends—"
“Hey, at least you admit they’re stupid.”
“—Or those times I stood by while you were being beaten to a pulp—”
“You made sure I didn’t die!”
“Now you’re just making stuff up!”
“Am I?”
Henry shoved him, playfully, and Vlad made sure to shove back. They both threw their heads back laughing, and Henry leaned into his friend, happily.
Vlad smiled. Definitely not making stuff up.

Another treat drabble for @dragongambler!!!
As Raiden hung up a ghost, they work around at all the work they’ve managed to get done. Jack-O-Lanterns with craved faces of all manner of smiles line a platform pink stage, streamers of orange, black, and purple cover the walls along with cutesy paper ghosts. Balloons and plush bats also hung from the ceiling. The scent of pumpkin and caramel filled the air. Yep, this is the perfect venue for a “Ultra Spooky Idol Show” as Elizabeth put it.
Though they wouldn’t alone when setting up, their husband Vlad III was a big help in getting everything ready. He was setting the Jack-O-Lanterns in place making sure they were dressed accordingly with either sparkly pink bows, witch hats, devil horns, and cat ears. Raiden pats him on the back to snap the vampire out of his concentration. “Everything looks great, Lizzy’s going to be so happy.” Vlad place a kiss on their head and the two shared a tender hug, now it was time to check of the star of this little concert.
As the couple reached Elizabeth’s dress room they could hear her practicing her scales, before a loud crack came coming behind the door. Opening the door revealed the dragon idol gawking at her now broken vanity mirror. “Is everything alright cel mic*?” Lizzy snapped out of it upon Raiden and Vlad “Mmhm, I’m fine I’m fine!!” She was dressed in her special idol outfit that Vlad made for her, pink and black with all the bows and ruffles an idol could want. One of her hair bows wasn’t in yet so as Elizabeth sat down in her (bright pink) makeup chair Raiden helped her finish the look.
“This is gonna be a great concert!!! I can feel it!!” Elizabeth’s smile was infectious, as big grins soon appeared on Raiden and Vlad’s faces. “The stage’s ready, and everyone probably there already.” Raiden spoke as Elizabeth held up her pinky to Vlad, “And I promise to not break the speakers like last night.” Vlad chuckled and the two gave a pinky promise. The hair bow was in, everything’s all set, and their star was ready to sing her out.

Ersatz Ch 21: Earthbound
Both Danny and Vlad stood in the small guest bedroom of the Fenton household, the sounds of everyone else having breakfast coming in through the closed door.
Danny raised an eyebrow at the blank-faced man before him, the seconds dragging on in continued silence.
Finally, Vlad blinked, his expression turning into one of disapproval.
"Daniel, I will not be showing up any time you wish just to distract your parents so that you can go into the Ghost Zone alone."
"I didn't say you had to come over all the time! Just visit occasionally, like you do now." Danny argued. "How else am I ever going to discover everything in there? I don't get a lot of opportunities to be in the lab for hours without my parents noticing."
"First, I don't think you fully appreciate just how large the Ghost Zone actually is." Vlad said. "Second, have you forgotten how dangerous I said it was to venture around in there while alone?"
"Oh please, there wasn't a single ghost in sight." Danny replied. "Even that big castle I got to was completely empty."
Vlad sighed. "You're very lucky that whatever creature guarded that territory was not around."
Danny threw his hands into the air in frustration.
"Well how else am I supposed to learn more about the Ghost Zone if I can't explore it?"
Vlad smiled, only adding to Danny's annoyance.
"Now I never said that."
The man's smile grew into a smirk, giving Danny the all-too-familiar feeling that he was being laughed at.
"Don't misunderstand me, Daniel." Vlad continued, ignoring the teen's frown. "I'm very impressed with your initiative. Deciding to map out the Ghost Zone is a smart idea. Doing it alone is the part that I'm in disagreement with."
Vlad walked around Danny, heading toward the door as he spoke.
"And besides, I myself have been charting the ghost zone for years now."
"You what?" Danny couldn't help but raise his voice in surprise.
"But I will be more than happy to go with you when the next opportunity arises." Vlad said, opening the door. "After all, I haven't explored this particular area yet."
With that, the man walked out of the room, leaving Danny with a mix of curiosity and frustration, which had become the norm after their conversations.
Sighing to himself, Danny walked out of the room as well, entering the living room. Vlad had joined with the group in the kitchen, choosing to stand at the counter rather than try to find a place at the over-crowded table. He politely refused Maddie's offer of food.
Danny chose an empty seat crammed between Sam and Jazz. The former was listening to Jack and Tucker discuss one of Jack's inventions, and the latter was trying to ignore everyone as she read from a small book.
"Hi, sweetheart." Maddie greeted her son, retrieving a plate of bacon and eggs. "I saved some breakfast for you. Now eat up quick; you kids will need to leave soon."
Danny glanced down at the plate as it was set before him, pushing it away slightly.
"Not hungry, Mom." he said.
Maddie frowned down at him, but was overtaken by Tucker and Jack, who halted conversation long enough to lunge at Danny's plate, devouring its contents.

School was mostly a blur, which was nothing new. Danny passed his classes in silent thought, interrupted only twice. Once when Dash 'tripped' while exiting a classroom, causing him to grab Danny's head and slam it hard onto his desk. The second break in Danny's mental wandering came in the form of a text from Vlad during Study Hall.
It read simply: Meet me in your parents' workshop this evening.
Danny knew it could only mean one thing; a trip into the Ghost Zone.
It was honestly exciting, the thought of traversing about with someone who had actual knowledge and experience of the otherworldly realm. Danny spent the remainder of his final class wondering what locations might be nearby that he hadn't discovered yet. It felt so much like something out of one of his favorite sci fi space adventure movies. He wished Tucker had left behind his recording equipment so Danny could film it all.
'Maybe he'll be able to run home and get his things before too much time passes.' he thought, the bell sounding loudly overhead.
Gathering his things, Danny was up and out the door in moments, making it outside to wait on his friends before the first sprinting students burst out the front doors.
After several minutes of waiting impatiently, Tucker and Sam finally appeared amid the crowd of faces. He waved at them, gaining their attention, and they wore relieved expressions as they walked toward him.
"Where were you?" Sam asked.
"Waiting out here." Danny answered, as though it were the most obvious thing.
"You didn't stop by our lockers." Sam continued. "We thought something might have happened."
"Like what?" Danny laughed, leading the way down the sidewalk.
"Hey man, with all the weirdness seeking you out lately, you can't really blame us." Tucker reasoned.
Danny mentally conceded to their point, choosing to change the subject with a question.
"Hey Tuck, d'you think you could bring over your camera and things to my place?"
"Why?" Tucker asked.
"Me and Mr Masters are going through the portal again and I figured you'd want-"
"Woah wait, what?" Sam interrupted. "Danny, I don't think that's a good idea."
Danny sighed audibly, rolling his eyes at his friend.
"Sam, come on, you can't keep assuming he's bad news."
"I just don't think it's smart to go wandering the Ghost Zone with that guy."
"As apposed to wandering it by myself. Yeah, much safer."
Sam frowned heavily at him, crossing her arms defensively.
"Well either way," she said, "We already made plans for this afternoon, remember?"
Danny's expression blanked out, his mind casting about for the answer, and coming up dry.
Now it was Sam's turn to sigh harshly. "Our Halloween project? The little fruit jack o' lanterns? Any of this ringing a bell?"
Danny's eyes widened "Oh! I…forgot."
The three shared an awkward silence as they continued walking, the turn toward Sam's street approaching. Finally, as they reached the end of the block, Sam spoke up.
"Just head home, Danny." she said. "Me and Tucker have this. It's just carving up fruit."
Danny gave her a smile before running quickly across the crosswalk before its light changed, waving his goodbye over his shoulder.
"Be careful!" Sam called after him.
She shared a quick glance with Tucker before the two turned and continued down their own path.

Danny walked down to the lab, bracing himself to once again see the ghost woman laid out on the table, or something equally unsettling. Instead, he saw only Vlad, reading through notes at his mother's desk.
"Where's my mom and dad?" Danny asked as he stepped fully into the room. "I thought they were taking a break from ghost hunting nights to work on upgrading their weapons?"
"They are." Vlad answered, not looking up. "And it's very interesting what information they've gathered just from the few encounters they've had recently. And of course, their study of subject o-one has been a great benefit."
"O-what?" Danny asked.
"O-one. The name they've given to their one and only captive ghost." Vlad elaborated, looking up at the teen. "I was told that they have you to thank for her capture."
Danny wasn't sure how to react to that statement, and so settled for looking down at his mother's notes and blueprints.
"Why are you going through her research?"
"To get a better idea of how these new weapons they're creating will operate. You should do the same whenever you can."
Vlad set the notebook down upon the table, once again looking at Danny.
"I do think you're squandering a great opportunity, Daniel. As I've said before, having access to this lab and all of its contents, as well as your parents' knowledge, is something that could only benefit you."
Danny walked away from the man, toward the closed portal.
"As much as I love standing around getting lectured, I think we should get moving before my parents come back from wherever you sent them."
"No need to worry about that." Vlad smiled, pulling back a sleeve to glance down at his watch. "By my estimation, we should have a little less than fourteen hours before your parents are awake enough to notice our absence."
"Awake enough?"
"A simple sedative, as before. Nothing to fret over."
Danny wanted to be mad about Vlad once again drugging his parents, but found that it wasn't that much of a bother. It wasn't as if the extra sleep would hurt them, after all.
With that affirming thought, Danny pushed the activation button, watching the portal doors slide open. The white room became awash in a green glow, Danny and Vlad casting pale shadows as they stood before the portal.

Sam removed the basket of various fruits from a kitchen cabinet, setting it on the counter before turning to Tucker.
"Alright, which one do you want to carve up first?" she asked.
"The orange." he replied. "I could use a snack."
"You can't peel it, Tuck." Sam replied.
"I can scoop its insides out and eat it that way." the boy smiled at his own logic.
Sam shrugged, opening a drawer filled with knives of different sizes.
"Okay," she continued. "Pick your weapon."
Tucker deliberated momentarily, before grinning and pulling out the largest knife in the drawer.
"You can't carve an orange with that." Sam smiled, taking the knife and giving him one that was notably smaller.
"Not with that attitude. Where's your Halloween spirit?" Tucker joked, looking over his orange and thinking of where to start.
Sam set her own knife on the countertop, closing the drawer and selecting a tiny watermelon from the basket. It took her longer than Tucker to cut open the top. When she finally had it removed, she took a spoon and began scooping out the pale red insides, dropping them onto a plate.
"You gonna eat that?" Tucker spoke through a mouthful of orange mush, gesturing at the plate.
"Help yourself." Sam rolled her eyes with a smile.

"So there's really nothing worth it behind any of these doors?" Danny said, disappointment clear in his voice as he looked around at them all.
"I assure you, my boy, nothing of any real interest lies beyond any of these doors." Vlad assured, gesturing for Danny to follow him as they continued away from the Fenton Works island.
"They are home to ghosts too weak to conjure anything more than a room or two from faded memories. In fact, anything that you take from these rooms would simply dissolve into pure ectoplasm in minutes."
Any further questions Danny had were halted as Vlad pointed ahead.
"I believe that's the castle you visited before?"
"That's the one." Danny confirmed. "Don't get excited, though. It's a lot farther away than it looks."
"Then we'd better pick up the pace." Vlad said, rocketing away in almost the blink of an eye.
Danny started in surprise before taking off at full speed. He caught up to Vlad in seconds, the elder of the two remaining several feet ahead.
After continuing on this way for a while, Danny cupped his hands around his mouth and shouted.
"Hey, slow down!"
Vlad instantly halted flight, and Danny dove to the side. His leg still clipped Vlad's side, and he was sent spinning. Vlad quickly grabbed him by the arm, and Danny held his eyes shut and waited for the dizziness to pass. He grimaced at the pain in his leg and arm.
"I said slow down, not stop." he griped. "And how can you go that fast for so long, anyway?"
"It all comes from practice, Daniel." Vlad answered, keeping his grip on the boy and continuing forward at a slower rate.
Danny soon stopped seeing stars, and pulled his arm away. He was glad to see that they were almost at their destination.
"So how many years did it take to get as fast as you are?" he asked.
"Not too many." Vlad answered over his shoulder. "About ten, I'd say."
Danny groaned, his shoulder slumping down.
"Man, it's gonna take forever before I can do anything as good as you can!"
"You'll soon find that time holds little weight." Vlad said. "The years begin to feel like weeks."
"Wow, really?" Danny asked. "So…it doesn't feel like that long ago since you died?"
"At times it feels like only yesterday."
Vlad then held up a hand, bringing both the flight and the conversation to an end. They were still many yards away from the castle walls. Danny looked at it for a moment before glancing toward Vlad, surprised by the intense look on the man's face.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
Vlad didn't answer, but instead became tense, looking around with a hard expression before his gaze fell on Danny.
"Do not go near this area again."
With those short words, he turned left and began flying away. Danny looked back at the castle before catching up with the elder ghost.
"So, let me guess," he began, keeping abreast with Vlad thanks to the slow pace. "You're not going to tell me what spooked you about that place, you're just gonna expect me to follow your every word."
"I told you that I have spent years charting every location in this realm, remember?"
"Yeah, what does that have to do with anything?"
"I haven't told you this yet, but your little island occupies a far corner of the Ghost Zone." Vlad said, searching the landscape as he spoke. "That is why you see so little activity where you are, and why everything is so far away."
Danny thought for a moment, taking in the information.
"So, in terms of ghost realty, I got placed in the countryside of the Ghost Zone? And there are, like, ghost cities packed with wall to wall ghosts and their homes?"
"Yes," Vlad answered. "I'm not sure what causes certain territories to manifest where they do. It seems to be entirely random, and in your case bad luck."
"Bad luck?" Danny questioned. "Yeah, I guess. Living around other ghosts would be cooler than being in the middle of nowhere."
"Actually, that works to your advantage." Vlad countered. "Being so isolated means that the more intelligent spirits are less likely to find your home. If you lived among them, you would likely be fighting them from your territory often. What I meant by bad luck is the fact that you live so near to that fortress."
"The castle? I wouldn't exactly call it near."
Vlad frowned at the teen. "I meant my earlier words, Daniel. Do not go to that place anymore."
"Then tell me what's so bad about it!" Danny exclaimed, throwing his hands out in frustration.
"It belongs to a very powerful and very malevolent creature." Vlad replied. "Let's be thankful that you didn't wake it when you first stumbled around inside its lair."
"So its asleep?"
"In a sense, yes. Now come on, I see something ahead."
Vlad flew forward, staying in front as he led the way toward another building.

"Now hold it still for a few seconds." Sam instructed.
"I know how glue works."Tucker replied dryly, but with a smile. He had to admit internally that this was turning out to be more fun than he had originally thought when he'd suggested the idea.
Sam lightly hit him over the arm for his quip, causing him to lean away from her.
"Hey! Watch the glue, Sam." he said mockingly.
"How about I just glue your mouth shut and give myself some peace and quiet." Sam shot back with a grin.
"I'd like to see you try."
Sam gave him a threatening smile for his bold words, waving the glue around before using it for one of her own tiny jack o' lanterns. She hoped that she would be able to clean all the glue off of the fancy platter once Halloween was over. If her parents found out she was using it for the display, she'd be grounded. But she decided to worry about those details later.
"This is starting to look really good." she said, looking at the little pineapple and squash that were already set in place. "It really was a great idea, Tuck."
"I'm a genius, I know." Tucker smiled, before certain thoughts has his bright expression falling.
"You think Danny's okay?" he asked after a brief silence.
Sam's face also dimmed, her eyes remaining on the platter.
"Yeah, he'll be okay." she said.
Another silence followed, both friends' concern mixing in the air between them. Finally, Sam broke through it with a smile, looking at Tucker.
"Either way, he's missing out on a great time. This is a lot of fun."
Tucker returned her smile, gluing the final piece onto the display. They both gazed at it proudly.
"Hey, wanna make some popcorn and watch that new horror flick?" the boy asked.
"Night of the Shewolf? You've seen it like ten times already." Sam replied.
"Yeah, but werewolf ladies, Sam." Tucker argued, his voice becoming dreamy.
"You've got some messed up taste, Tuck." Sam said, shaking her head.
"So is that a yes?"
"It's a yes. I'll start the popcorn."

The building before them was tall and square, with a flat roof and little windows set in perfect rows all around. It reminded Danny of the old abandoned buildings in downtown.
"Be careful." Vlad cautioned in a quiet voice, slowly approaching the double doors at the front of the floating building.
"Why are we going in?" Danny asked. "I thought you wanted me to avoid these places."
"Creating an accurate map of this area requires knowing what kind of spirit lives in each territory. Now, keep behind me." Vlad answered.
Reaching a hand out, he slowly pushed open one of the doors, its hinges screeching out loudly, as though they hadn't been disturbed in decades. Danny peered over Vlad's shoulder as the man gazed cautiously around inside, both of them trying to see through the thick darkness.
A scraping noise caused Danny to jump, and Vlad fired a single shot of ectoplasm into the shadows. The pink glow cast a pale light from where it stuck to a far wall, and the two were able to distinguish the figures of old wooden boxes and crates. They sat stacked in neat rows, as if they were a library. Some of them wore labels with no words printed upon them.
The sound was heard again, and this time they could see the cause. A single, small box shuffled only a few centimeters out from behind a distant row, as though it were trying to peer around the corner at them.
Vlad held up his hand once more, liquid ectoplasm churning in his palm.
"Wait, don't!" Danny exclaimed, grabbing onto Vlad's arm. "We can't just go around blasting ghosts that haven't done anything. It's probably just some ghost of a rat or something."
"Here now, I am no mere rat!" cried a voice from within the room.
The box from before opened up, a blue glow coming from within. The glow then shot up into the air, quickly taking form. In moments the figure of a short, fat man hovered in the centre of the room, arms crossed and looking down at the pair with an indignant glare.
"I am not some filthy rodent; it is I, the great and powerful Box Ghost!" he gestured widely as he spoke. "Why have you awoken me from my slumber?"
Danny couldn't help but chuckle at the strange spirit's antics. His clothes and accent made the teen guess he was from the forties, but the way he spoke so dramatically reminded Danny of a high school kid trying to quote Shakespeare.
Vlad also seemed rather unimpressed, holding the unspent energy in his hand still and raising an eyebrow at the ghost's theatrics.
As silence dragged on, the self-proclaimed Box Ghost slowly fell out of his dramatic pose, looking down on the intruders with confusion.
"Why do you not tremble in fear at the sight of the mighty Box Ghost!" he demanded.
"Because you're anything but scary, dude." Danny said with a shrug.
The teen was honestly relieved that at least one of his distant neighbors wasn't a monstrous creature to be avoided.
"How dare you slander me!" the Box Ghost cried, rising higher into the air.
Vlad didn't wait to hear the rest of the speech that was obviously about to come. Instead, he sent out the gathered energy in his hand, sending it out in a sweeping gesture. It collided with the Box Ghost and sent him crashing into the far wall. The pink liquid stuck around his middle, pinning his arms and holding him against the wall. The short ghost struggled against his bonds, but the ectoplam held strong.
"Now that that is over with, let's move on." he said, straightening his shirt with a sigh before turning and exiting the building.
Danny watched the ghost continue to struggle and mumble curses and threats, before he turned and followed after Vlad.
"Uh, is he going to be able to get out eventually?" Danny asked as they flew onward.
"He will." Vlad answered, a self-satisfied smile curving across his face. "Eventually."
"I'm going to mark that location as an 'avoid at all costs'." the man added after a moment, annoyance painted clearly in his tone, earning a grin from Danny.
The boy began looking around, wondering what other strange locations and bizarre inhabitants they would come upon in the hours to come. Suddenly fourteen hours felt like far too little time, and Danny wished there was some way to remain in this realm for as long as he wished. He wanted to explore every corner.

House of Zombies
Kawago Hina, Saito Asuka, Hori Miona, Terada Ranze, Sakaguchi Tamami, Koike Minami, Nagasawa Nanako, Ushio Sarina, Hamagishi Hiyori
House of Vampires
Mereka di house ini adalah mereka yang memiliki kebiasaan aneh, nocturnal, but never argued with their strength. Sama seperti vampire, mereka cenderung aktif secara individu, tapi bukan berarti mereka tidak memiliki solidaritas.
Ikuta Erika,  Takayama Kazumi, Ito Junna, Iwamoto Renka, Umezawa Minami, Imaizumi Yui, Shida Manaka, Kakizaki Memi, Tomita Suzuka
House of Werewolves
Kawamura Mahiro, Nishino Nanase, Ito Karin, Oozono Momoko, Suzumoto Miyu, Hirate Yurina, Sasaki Mirei, Kosaka Nao
House of Mummies
Shiraishi Mai, Matsumura Sayuri, Yamashita Mizuki, Sugai Yuuka, Watanabe Rika, Nagahama Neru, Kato Shiho, Matsuda Konoka, Watanabe Miho
House of Witches
Akimoto Manatsu, Eto Misa, Nakada Kana Higuchi Hina, Sagara Iori, Shinuchi Mai, Yoda Yuki, Yonetani Nanami, Watanabe Risa, Saito Kyoko, Miyata Manamo
House of Ghosts
Saito Chiharu, Saito Yuri, Yamazaki Rena, Sato Kaede, Yoshida Ayano Christie, Uemura Rina, Sato Shiori, Takamoto Ayaka, Higashimura Mei, Kawata Hina
House of Pumpkins
Wandering soul Jack juga menjadi karakter penting, dimana mereka seperti terlihat akan kesulitan begitu lepas dari Nogi, which is all members face.
Ito Marika, Inoue Sayuri, Wakatsuki Yumi, Watanabe Miria, Kubo Shiori, Habu Mizuho, Moriya Akane, Sasaki Kumi, Kanemura Miku
House of Frankensteins
Nakamoto Himeka, Hoshino Minami, Suzuki Ayane, Sasaki Kotoko, Nakamura Reno, Ishimori Nijika, Kobayashi Yui, Kageyama Yuuka, Takase Mana, Nibu Akari
House of Goblins
Mischievous, little Goblin menjadi karakter populer untuk Halloween terutama untuk trick or treat.
Ikoma Rina, Sakurai Reika, Noujo Ami, Wada Maaya, Kitano Hinako, Ito Riria, Mukai Hazuki, Ozeki Rika, Oda Nana, Saito Fuyuka, Harada Aoi, Iguchi Mao

Emotional Ectomagnetic Spectrum
Headcanon: the Lantern Corps and ghosts gain power from the same source.
Tumblr media
(Scroll to Vlad’s pic for DP content, or past all of the pics for fic content.)
In the DC Universe, there are seven different Lantern Corps. Members use their lanterns to charge their power rings – but where do the lanterns get power?
Emotions. Every sentient being in the universe bleeds emotion, creating an energy field to which the lanterns are connected. Each Corps draws power from a different emotion. (Yeah, it’s hokey. Whatever. That’s canon.)
Who else gains power from emotions?
Ghosts – if you subscribe to a certain headcanon, anyway. Not like Spectra rejuvenating herself; the theory goes that ghosts haunt humans in order to feed on their yummy emotions, thus growing more powerful. And halfas cannibalize their feelings, giving them an internal power source.
If accept those both as true, then it isn’t a stretch to assume ghosts and lanterns tap into the same “emotional electromagnetic spectrum” for energy. Furthermore, I propose that the color of a ghost’s ectoplasm indicates which emotion they draw from the spectrum.
Tumblr media
Another DP headcanon: ghosts recharge within the Ghost Zone. It makes sense, if you accept that ghosts need emotional sustenance. The Zone is where they spend most of their time. Of course, this means that the GZ (or ectoplasm in general) is/contains a source of emotional energy.
I submit that the “energy field” the lanterns draw from is the Ghost Zone.
DP canon:
Doors in the GZ can lead to pocket dimensions (like the boy in front of the static TV, you know the one.)
The GZ is a mirror dimension to the “real world,” so close that natural portals open everywhere. If the GZ is destroyed, then so is Earth.
Presumably, the GZ extends beyond the Earth’s atmosphere. A sister dimension brimming with energy, spanning the universe.
(A metaphor: the “real world” is an assembled puzzle, while the GZ is all of the pieces loose in the box. They align, but not symmetrically. If a piece of the GZ were destroyed, the corresponding piece of the assembled puzzle would be destroyed as well, but not the whole dang puzzle/universe.)
DC canon:
Corps members keep their lanterns in pocket dimensions accessible from a secret location.
This indicates that A) Lanterns are able to reach other dimensions, if very nearby ones, and B) that the location of the pocket dimension is static, relative to the rotation of the planet.
This correlates with DP canon, wherein the Ghost Portal never leads elsewhere as the Earth orbits. The lanterns would also be capable of drawing energy from the GZ.
In conclusion, this all fits together pretty damn well, imo.
But let’s get back to the ghosts.
DC canon: an emotion’s placement on the spectrum indicates how much influence it holds over the wielder. Green, in the middle, is the most stable, but can only be controlled by those of great willpower. We’re starting on the end of the spectrum, however.
Those who are capable of great love, who have lost their loves, or been rejected are capable of wielding the violet light.
Tumblr media
Vlad’s motivation is all about love! He yearns for it, would plot and manipulate and kill for it; he feels scorned and deprived of what he deserves. He’s spent his life becoming his idea of the perfect man, all for the sake of love.
Being on the far end of the spectrum, the violet light drives the Star Sapphires to violence through their love. I’m not saying that Vlad isn’t responsible for his own actions; he definitely is. However, I think it’s indicative that he naturally bears the toxic love of the Star Sapphires.
Tumblr media
The Star Sapphires are mostly comprised of scorned women. It doesn’t surprise me in the least that Desiree uses the love that betrayed and harmed her to smite revenge upon the living.
Another common trait among the Sapphires is hatred of men – an outdated canon, imo, but it certainly rings true for this ghost.
Tumblr media
The Indigo Tribe is a very special Corps, not only for the fact that most of their members are literal slaves to their rings – as it is said people can be slaves to their compassion. The users of this light are capable of absorbing and utilizing the lights of other Corps as they would their own.
Similarly, Ember’s guitar can emit different colors of ectoplasmic attacks, depending on its setting. (I consider Ember’s guitar as intrinsic as Johnny’s shadow.) The theme of being enslaved by a single, overwhelming emotion fits with Ember’s siren-like ability, as well.
(Disclaimer: I’m not considering her blue hair for the same reason I’m not considering Plasmius’ red eyes. Those are more from their self-perception than the energy they draw from, imo.)
Tumblr media
Blue power rings choose those capable of giving hope for the future to others when they have lost theirs.
Even in the depths of a frozen wasteland, Frostbite leads his people with palpable optimism. They’ve achieved science, art, and philosophy worthy of any sci-fi utopia. Their warrior culture is jovial, meant for recreation rather than conflict. He certainly gave hope to Danny.
Tumblr media
I never said that ghosts could only use one color, did I?
Danny gained the ability to use blue ectoplasm later in his character development. After he learned to base his self-worth on himself, rather than on others’ opinions; after he wins more fights than he loses; after he gets a handle on his grades. He’s in a more positive place in his life. Most of Amity Park accepts him as a hero, and he’s even on their sign as their town hero. He’s become a symbol of hope.
Now, at this point one might say, “But Amelia, they’re blue because of ice powers.” to which I say, “bullshit.” Ice has no color, and neither does water. They reflect the sky, granting a blue appearance. IMO, their ice powers are illuminated from within by blue ectoplasm.
If you’re still not convinced, here’s another example:
Tumblr media
Looks familiar. Pandora ain’t using ice powers; that’s blue ectoplasm. Considering she crafted a box to contain the world’s worst evils in order to make it a better place, I think she qualifies as one who brings hope.
Tumblr media
Those of an indomitable will that can overcome great fear are capable of wielding the green light.
This kid was hunted by his parents, his government, terrifying other-dimensional ghosts, and a rich, old man smarter and stronger than himself. His own body didn’t obey him, or even the laws of physics – and that’s not even mentioning the normal perils of puberty! Bullies targeted him; teachers were biased against him; his grades, and all control over his life, were slipping.
Fear dogged his footsteps, but rather than hide, run away, or even keep his head down to make things easier on himself, he chose to fight. It would have been easy to say ‘my parents’ portal, my parents’ problem.’ He tackled his obstacles one day at a time, relentlessly putting the safety of others before his own, and relied on his friends to help him through – even if that just meant goofing off to destress.
That took serious determination – or, shall I say, willpower.
Disclaimer: green is the natural color of ectoplasm. I am not suggesting that the murky depths of the GZ are aglow with the universe’s supply of bullheadedness. Nor do I believe that the Fright Knight’s ectoplasm-empowered/enchanted sword is made of stubborness. All that is charged with willpower is green, but not all that is green is willpower.
(No ghostly examples for these. I blame color palettes, but I’m biased.)
Yellow is close to the center, and like blue, these rings choose those capable of instilling great fear in others.
Orange can be harnessed by those whose greed knows no bounds. Wielders become twisted, obsessively guarding their property and stealing from others.
Tumblr media
I don’t need to tell you about the Ghost King’s breathtaking anger issues.
In DC, the red light of rage has the most profound effect on its wielders of them all. Red Lanterns are reduced to little more than rabid animals, and the rings poison their blood so that if they’re removed, the result is death.
However, ghosts are not Lanterns. They are not beings of flesh and blood overwhelmed by otherworldy power. This isn’t foreign to ghosts. This is a ghost’s natural state of existence.
For example, Vlad exibits negative traits of a Star Sapphire. But in the case of a Corps member (correct me if I’m wrong,) the ring is forcing this behavior. Not the light. The ring. Vlad is perfectly capable of changing his ways, of using the Power of Heart™ for good.
This is why I think Danny can use two different types, with green as his primary color. Not a DP post without a pun. Like when Desiree’s eyes glare crimson when she’s furious – she’s tapping into the red light, but when she attacks, it’s still violet, because love is still her source of power. I’m such a nerd, wow
If we can accept all of that, then we can get to the interesting stuff!
Danny could charge a GL’s ring, but he’d be exhausted afterward and maybe not hold his ghost form. A last resort.
Vlad’s cube thing that doesn’t let Danny use his powers? Could totally work on a Lantern. (The Plasmius Maximus, however, requires ghost biology, so no dice)
Danny’s ghost sense goes off when there’s a Lantern around, but only when the ring’s activated. Same thing with ghost shields – they work when they‘re powered up. The first time GL encounters this, they don’t know that. It’s such a stupidly simple solution they didn’t even consider, so they’re just outside trying to smash through with brute force when they could literally walk right in, its hilarious
Lanterns are basically artificial halfas. None of the really fun powers, like invisibility/intangibility, but anything that involves shaping or charging ectoplasm? They’re experts
GL could totally teach Danny how to use some of  his powers
The Oans probably have the technology to stabilize Dani
The Fenton’s portal? That engine Jack made that uses ghosts as an energy source? Or really any of their ghost tech? Is basically following the same path of technological development as the Oans! GLs can track ecto-technology on their rings, as long as its active. Imagine their shock when they find Oan-like tech on Earth! They know about the emotional spectrum, but that’s it. The Oans don’t want anyone replicating their technology, so their people have no idea where their power really comes from If the GLs report back to the Oans about ecto-tech development on Earth, things may get political real fast
If the suit Technus made for Valerie is powered by the red light, what if it starts influencing her personality/emotions?
GL could take Danny into space. GL could take Danny to visit other planets. Danny could explore space with the Lanterns and he would be so happy
Danny vs GL: if it boils down to a battle of stamina, GL wins. His ring has more lasting power than Danny. As a halfa, however, Danny has full ghost powers; if he’s tricky enough, he could squeeze out a win. GL, on the other hand, is only limited by his imagination in what he can create. I’m inclined to say GL would win, unless Danny is willing to use the Ghostly Wail to knock him out, then flee on foot – but even then, GL’s ring would have a recording of him becoming Danny Fenton (Plus GL has way more allies than Danny. Basically, our boy might win a battle, but def not the war)
The Oans and the Observants could totally be in cahoots, and neither of them like Danny
That pocket dimension GLs keep their Lanterns in could totally be behind a locked door in the GZ, and now I’m imagining Vlad scheming up a way to find one
What if GL’s space travel utilizes the GZ’s natural portals like the infi-map?
There’s so much potential here, guys!!
