I finally watched the entire loz cartoon and i love this guy. i think he should be in with the chain- he's got a surprising about in common with some of the heroes,... and an interesting personality haha

Anyway, if I had a nickel for every time a series had six installments that gradually escalated in ridiculousness, only for the sixth installment to end with a universe reboot and the seventh installment to pick up in a new universe where alternate versions of the original characters now exist in the distant past, I'd have two nickels.

One of those series is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The other is Riverdale

godddddddddddd the vibes/agonizing Cinematique Parallels & Contrasts between taash and a romanced lucanis when harding sacrifices herself are just. unspeakable. and excruciating. they keep going through the same experiences, but taash repeatedly watches lucanis get back what he thought he'd lost, disbelievingly, in ways he would never have dared to hope for in his wildest dreams if it had even occurred to him to do so or have those. while they just. don't. nothing ever comes back for them. lucanis gets his tama back he gets rook back he even gets to keep his cousin in some fashion any way it shakes out. and how on earth could you ever begrudge him any of that for even a moment, especially if you had to see his eyes every day while rook was gone. but also here you stand with your empty hands and your burned-out ruin of a heart with nothing to show for all your love but grief and ash. what do you say to each other after something that. what could you possibly say to each other. what the fuck. what the hell.

there are some incredibly painful and difficult things that can happen between all these people even when no one is acting with anything but the best of intentions every step of the way, and it's such a good theme that keeps breaking through in the writing in this game. it doesn't matter if it's true (because of course it isn't, it's just an illogical but understandable emotional reaction), the guilty feeling that your happiness is at the expense of the happiness of someone else you care about is always lurking. we are inextricably linked. for good, and for ill. joy and regret unavoidably intertwined -- you don't get one fully without the other. and taash truly gets. mostly regret, depending on what you do. jesus christ.

also this is why I don't mind the 'lack of conflict' between the main cast at all. that's the fucking point. horrible and heartwrenching things can still happen between people without active malice or harmful intentions or even fundamental disagreements ever entering into it at all. isn't that awful? isn't that painful to sit with? that you can mean no harm and still cause it, even -- sometimes especially -- to people you love? doesn't it fill you with a very specific kind of dread that actions however well-intentioned have consequences you couldn't have forseen but have to live with now anyway and you won't always be the one to pay the price; that's not under your control?

AU: Tim is haunted by the hallucinations of his loved ones

Tim, as he's cloning Kon over and over again, as he screams and breaks objects and falls and sobs, Kon is watching him with a heartbroken expression. Tim knows it's not real, but Kon is pleading with him to stop. He's begging him to get some rest, that he needs to move on, that he needs to reach out to Dick or Cassie or anyone. Kon is telling him that he hates that Tim is desecrating his memory and boundaries on cloning.

Tim, as Damian walks into the cave with a Robin uniform, as Dick explains to Tim that he can't be Robin, hears a foot stomp. He doesn't move his eyes to acknowledge it, but Robin!Jason is ranting about how the mantle is supposed to represent belonging and family. How Dick is taking that away.

Tim, as he's destroying his room in the Manor, hears Bart's chatter as he tries to calm down Tim. The hallucination flutters about the room pointing out different objects until he rambles about paintings and time periods. Bart's shoulders visibly relax when Tim stops his rampage and calms down.

Bruce's stoic watches over Tim as he collects clues and goes undercover across the globe. Occasionally, the man's eyes will crinkle in amusement or his frown will deepen. He reminds Tim of clues or people he didn't notice.

As Tim is brushing back the dust in that cave, he hears Janet and Jack carefully explain to him proper archeology procedures. Janet indicates which tool to use while Jack regales an excavation they visited a while back. Tim is too scared to look up whether that story actually happened.

Darla is there when Tim finds out about Tam being held hostage.

Even when his loved ones do return, he's still haunted by their "ghosts."

In episode 3 of Unstable Universe (episode 1 of Wemmbu POV), Wemmbu breaks into Spoke's vault of illegal duped items. However, it turns out to secretly be a prison meant specifically to trap him. Thankfully, he escapes, and us the viewers still have our 3 beloved main characters. However, what if Spoke had ended Wemmbu right there and then? Would Spoke thrive off of "killing off the evil", and go down a dark route (therefore terrorizing Zam Empire and Odyssey despite him completing his goal of terminating Wemmbu)? Would Spoke be able to escape from being chunkbanned, and fight to keep Wifies chunkbanned instead of Zam and his empire? Would Zam and Parrot decide to team up to take down their common enemy, and free Wifies from the chunkban together? Would Zam hire Clown to hunt down and kill Spoke and Mapic instead? Would Leo, Woogie, Jumper, and Derap work with Devious Duo instead to try to take down Clown? Would Ash take this as an opportunity to work with Spoke to get closer to him, to gain access to the exploits? Would Spoke decide to work with Ash after finding out about his true intentions, because he decides that he wouldn't be able to fight Odyssey Duo, Zam Empire, and Ash's Invis Mafia? Would Mapic be left on his own, and eventually have to "team up" with Odyssey & Zam Empire to attempt to get ahold of Spoke? Would Clown get bored of fighting Ash's Invis Mafia, and decide he wants to put people in social experiment prisons? Would Clown decide to put Zam and Pangi in Proton 1.0 with Mapic and Jepex instead of Tax Duo (cause they don't exist)? Would Proton 2.0 be the exact same except Wemmbu is replaced with like Woogie or someone? Would Mapic and Zam go through the Wato escape room together and make up? Would the lot of em begin to investigate the Invis Mafia, which Spoke catches wind of, and because he doesn't like them he gets Ash to get them hunted down? Would they be able to fight back because they have a lot more numbers than Spoke Mapic and Minute did in the original video, so none of them get kidnapped (ahem Mapic) or put back into the mafia (ahem Minute)? Would they decide that a few of them (Parrot, Wifies, Leo, Minute, Mapic) should infiltrate the system to get closer to Ash and Spoke? Would they try to convince Spoke to join the "good side"? Would they fight in a war against the Invis Mafia and absolutely SWEEPED because they have way more people than they have in the original? ...Would this AU be Devious centric because WHO KNEW that killing someone grants you main character privileges?

Sonic Underground leading into Sonic Boom

Yeah!

I'm not the first one to have the idea, but there's still not a lot of content surrounding it, so I've been having fun with the concept.

For me, it was mostly inspired by how, a lot of the ways that the technology and background characters are designed in Boom really calls to mind the way Underground looked, (Sonic's plane and atv / Lyric the Snake fom the games, and that Platypus guy in Role Models especially).

Plus Sonic's tri-neck guitar in Battle of the Boy Bands that... literally used a sound beam to break a mind control spell.
