You know, I've positioned my own ideas to you about it, so, I'd love your answer on this: What powers might you see Marcy, Anne, Sasha and Luz having if they were mutants in the Marvel universe?

Hm..............

Marcy probably has some form of light telepathy. Nothing as strong as Jean Grey's or The Professor's, but something where she can mindlessly float objects around her, depending on what she needs. Her Switch, journal, a burrito she bought, some pencils, and other assorted object would just be circling her like planets around the sun.

Anne would have some energy based powers. Basically what she had in the show except more...natural.

For Sasha, I'm torn between giving her super strength or the ability to summon weapons at will. Either light based weapons or actually physical ones she has with her. Both kinds of powers could be a perfect fit, I'd say.

And with Luz...I want to be cliche and say she has light powers or that she can switch between human/Titan form whenever, but I REALLY like this idea you had where she has the power to read people's emotions. Like REALLY read them like how Professor X can read thoughts. It's an interesting angle I don't think I've seen explored before and I love the idea of it existing in this hypothetical scenario.

An Idea for an Amphibia x The Owl House crossover

This is an idea I’ve had cooking up for a while, but now I want to get it out. I’ve so many incredible stories and artworks about the characters of these shows coming together, but if by some miracle, we actually got something canon, this is what I would want to see:

This, is my idea for the main antagonist of a crossover between these two shows: Calamites Pristimantis

Named for two different genera of species:

Calamites, referring to not just an extinct genus of plants known as horsetails, but also an ancient connection to the Calamity Box

Pristimantis, referring to a large genus of frogs, including one in particular, in which Calamites is named for: P. mutabilis, a shapeshifting frog

Calamites is part of Amphibia’s early past, and was a good friend with Valeriana. In fact, they were among the founding members of the order that dedicated themselves to studying the ancient stones. But while Valeriana and the others decided unifying the warring Amphibians under a civilization based on conquering, Calamites believed that the real problem was the idea of civilization itself.

Very fond of nature, and disgusted by the atrocities Amphibians fought over for power, Calamites believed societies were like a cancer, starting out small, but eventually growing malignant, and spreading and destroying everything. The Leviathan royal family was destroying other worlds to continue what he saw as an unnecessary and exorbitant lifestyle. Amphibians were perfectly fine when they were just primitive and living in balance with nature, but now they were taking things too far.

P. mutabilis is a frog that can shapeshift, changing the texture of its skin. Calamites’ most defining ability was based off this. He can shapeshift. Like Valeriana, he knows powerful magic, and by touching anyone, can take on their appearance and abilities. He used his arsenal of forms of Amphibia’s fauna to try and destroy all civilizations, across all worlds, but Valeriana used her magic to entomb him, though he took her arm in the process. Valeriana decided to keep her arm gone, and to name the box “Calamites’ Box”, which later became “Calamity Box” as a reminder of this.

In the present, Calamites would escape, and angered by Valeriana’s ‘betrayal’, as well as seeing other atrocities during his entombment, such as Andrias destroying the environment to conquer Earth, and Belos’ religiously motivated genocide against the Boiling Isles, Calamites desires to finish what he started.

Calamites saw that Belos allied himself with the Collector, slowly learning the star child’s magic to create a spell that would drain all magic. This inspires Calamites to find the Collector, take on their god-like powers, and revert all sapient beings in the multiverse to a primitive stage, thus ending the need for civilization.

I think shape-shifting is an extremely underrated power. If used right, you can take on any ability, from flight to venom, or even Calamity powers.

As promised, I made some artwork for Pride Month that is also related to my Owlphibia fanwork (which is fitting.) Before I get into that, allow my to give newcomers a recap on this Crossover Canon x OC pairing.

Olivier Clawthorne is the son of Edalyn Clawthorne who in a desperate need to lift his mother's curse, ended up transported from the Boiling Isles, to Amphibia. There, he met Anne Boonchuy. a human from the Earth Realm who also got transported to Amphibia by magic. The pair decide to work together to return to their respected home (with Olivier offering to use his mother's own portal to the human realm to help Anne and her friends back home.) Overtime, their bond grows from Acquittances, to Friends...to something more. And by the time they finally do leave Amphibia...they have become Soulmates. And, NOW...for the "Pride Month" stuff. As most characters in The Owl House universe have an official orientation, I decided to give Olivier one. After much debate with my art collaborators, We decided that Olivier is most like Pansexual (or, just "Pan") This was decided as the definition for being Pan is: "sexual, romantic, or emotional attraction towards people of all genders, regardless of their sex or gender identity. asserting that gender and sex are not determining factors in their romantic or sexual attraction to others." or, to put it simply: If Anne were a boy, or Transgender It wouldn't change how Olivier would feel about Anne, and he would love him/them all the same. LIKEWISE, as I pondered this...I also decided to headcanon Anne as being Pan as well. As being the Guardian of HEART, Anne would love all people regardless of who or what they are (UNLESS you are Evil, that is. XD) Finally, as the subject of this artwork indeed involves Pride Month I made an effort to draw Anne and Olivier in the style of The Owl House, rather than the much easier Amphibia style that I prefer. As when it comes down to it: The Owl House is a much better example of an LGBT-friendly show than Amphibia. (I mean, Amphibia DOES have that too but not as much as The Owl House does in comparison.) Also, Yes: This is Olivier's casual Earth Clothing (or one of them) Like Cowboy-Alchemist 's character, Frank Ramirez, I see Olivier as a jacket and hoodies type.

Idk why I made this but here you go

Basically just Gravity Falls but Anne takes Wendy’s role as a 16-year old cashier in the Mystery Shack. Dipper has a crush on her but Anne sees him as a little brother. Wendy still exists though, being Anne’s childhood friend who rivals with Sasha, Anne’s toxic best friend who becomes a better person with Mabel’s help. Marcy moved to Gravity Falls 2 months before summer and becomes a regular at the Mystery Shack. She just moved from Connecticut and was pretty depressed that she had to leave her best friend, Luz Noceda.

What she didn’t know is that Luz is actually the adoptive older sister of Dipper and Mabel Pines. The twins were taken from custody of their abusive mother when they were 9 years old and adopted by Camila Noceda, but she allowed them to keep their last names as a sake of familiarity. Camila kept in touch with the Pines family, and she gets along well with Stan.

A lot of things are uncertain, but one thing’s for sure: This is gonna be the best summer ever!

you will not believe how much an owlhouse-amphiba au's been rotating in my head ever since i made those doodles last night. it's not REALLY a 1:1

but. basically luz and her friends (all 5 of them) are humans who get transported to the BI through the music box and get scattered to different parts of the titan. Witches and demons don't have any innate type of magic on this version of the isles.

Luz lands in the forest and gets taken in by Eda and her kid, King. Eda is actually an owl-witch hybrid, but she lost a wing so she cant fly anymore and uses a cane to get around. Eda's a couple hundred years old but has amnesia from becoming an owl person. Hooty is their trusty transport snail. birdtube.Eda runs a mildly successful speakeasy in Bonesborough, which is a small town by the wayside. The residents of Bonesborough are scared of Luz and her weirdly round ears until they start thinking of her as a local hero after she started fighting the monsters that keep terrorizing the locals and stood up to them against the tax collector demons from Latissa

Amity lands at a sentry tower in Latissa and eventually become the leader of the demon militia that stationed there there. Amity was kind of the "leader" of their friend group of five back on Earth and after defeating Grometheus to gain the trust of.... Raine? she become second in command of the Latissa troop, that's run by Raine, who's plotting a rebellion against the queen of the Isles. Luz and Amity had some feelings for each other in the human realm but their relationship was kind of toxic, Reunion is extra messy lol

Luz finds Willow and Gus when she and the Clawthornes are stopping in various towns on their way to the Heart. Unlike her and Amity, the two of them had somewhat normal experiences in the Isles. Willow found herself in a small farming community, and Gus ended working for a sideshow performer. They all link up during these reunions.

The trio reunite with Hunter who's been at the Heart this whole time and has been a ranger for the queen... Lilith Clawthorne! Lilith and Eda don't know their sisters due to some messy conflict that happened 400 years ago between them where Eda lost her memories. Lilith used to be mentored by Belos, the previous king. Anyways now Lilith is still following through on the multiverse domination plan that Belos set up. Anyways back to Hunter, he's enough of a nerd that it charms Lilith's inner academic and she takes him under her wing. He becomes pretty well known and handy enough for posters of him to go up.

The reason the gang got stranded here is because of Hunter. lol. It seems like the friend group was about to be separated, Amity was about to transfer to a different private school, Luz was going away to the taxes summer camp, Gus and his dad was going to move to a different town. Hunter's an orphan living with his abusive nasty uncle Philip, and he finds the music box after running away one night. And decides to strand him and all his best friends in the Demon Realm because he didn't want to go back to Philip and didn't want to "lose" his friends. Well to be honest he didn't actually think it was magical until he landed in the Demon Realm. Whoops...!

The music box that stranded the kids in the Isles is actually made of Titan magic, and is powered by the 4 glyphs and a mysterious 5th thing (Titan Blood). Each member of the Hexsquad hosts the power of one of the glyphs, and Luz's is the Blood power, which is the strongest! In order to recharge the box, they need to travel to different ruins around the Isles and reconnect each glyph with their element.

What would happen if Dr. Frakes went to Gravefields, Connecticut? I imagine that she went there after being stripped of her credentials as a scientist by Terri. I imagine that Dr. Frakes gets even more crazy and desperate to receive acknowledgment. She hears some rumours about Witches in the area and so she tries to capture some of Luz's friends who happen to be in the Human Realm to make a comeback. What do you think would happen?

Dr Frakes would likely find and team up with Jacob but also find his theories a bit too outlandish to take him too serious and just use him as a local and an assistant. Granted dealing with 3 farmer frogs is one thing but dealing with witches and demons is another and Frakes would find herself way out of her league very quickly. Luckily Mr X is able to deal with the cleanup

Teenage Orphaned Ninja Witches - A TMNT 2012 AU that replaces every aspect including the four turtles with Hunter, Willow, Luz, and Gus (Leo Raph Donnie Mikey in that order).

3Below: Tales of OwlPhibia - Krel and Aja get seperated, Aja is transported to Amphibia with Steve and Eli and meets Anne mid s1 while Krel stumbles into the Boiling Isles before Luz ever set foot.
