i know its valentines but fat tuesday takes priority for me so here's my beautiful pączki from this year!! they're so labor intensive i only make them once a year (maaaaaybe twice) but YUM. this years fillings are plum/cranberry, peach/mango/ginger, and vanilla cream!

the grocery store near me is selling paczki, which i've never seen in any store down here. there's a huge influx of transplants, but they are all ultra-conservative californians and afaik none of them are polish??

dunno who the target market is for these, but who cares i guess. fat tuesday comes early at the house of wyatt.
