I bet when in the human realm, there was a spider and before Luz or Camila could do anything about it, one of the witchlings grabbed it and ate it and Camila was just sitting there disgusted as Luz tried to explain their "interesting" diets again
Audio: I have a prisoner. Ruth chased it into our room and I don’t know what the hell to do with it. It’s very cute. I’m worried that might be a cat bite wound on its abdomen. Ah! No. I know, you’re a smarty. So if it’s a brown rat, like a Norway rat it’s a juvenile, because it’s way too small. And it’s slightly bigger than the mice I’m familiar with. I don’t know what this is. What is this thing?
i had the most random thought in the car earlier abt travis being a taxi driver and letting his payment be a kiss cause reader forgot her wallet or smth and i thought of YOUU
STELLA THIS IS SUCH AN HONOUR OMG 😭😭😭😭😭 but ur SOOO right he totally would it would be one of his many side jobs to save up money for ur cute gifts
No shade to bats because I do still love them, they're awesome little guys. But also I think they have the most boring wings out of all powered flight animals. It's just arms but bigger and with more skin. At least pterosaurs really decided to fuck up their arms into something horrific, and add an entirely new bone to their wrist too because why not. And scansoriopteryxes still earn points because its just weird when they're feathered?? Also their hands still look weird. Bat hands are just if you made all your fingers really long and creepy, but at least you still have all 5 fingers.
EXACTLY
BATS ARE *JUST* KNOCKOFF PTEROSAURS
NO NO
THEY ARE _KNOCKOFF SCANSORIOPTERYGIDS_
THESE WEIRDOS DID IT FIRST
and like
insects are nuts
and birds evolved flight in the weirdest way possible
so stoked tbh after we got treated on the 6th and wrapped/threw out downstairs guy's mattress, i havent seen a single bedbug or even gotten bit once - i was getting bit like once or twice a week before. brooooo i think my extreme paranoia and anxiety might have won us this warrrrr
her name is ziti 🇮🇹 we just got her yesterday so she's adjusting and so is our dog. i was worried abt the dog even though he's lived with a cat his entire life bc he likes to hunt chipmunks and birds (and ziti is significantly smaller than our other cat meowgi was lol), but when they see each other through the glass doors of the sunroom she'll flop over and he'll scratch and whine like he does when he wants to see his dog friends in the yards next to ours. but she's having fun 🐱
Is there anything more unsettling than your four cats staring in the same direction down the hall, only for you to later find a spider on the back of your bedroom door?
"Aww, what are you silly little guys doing over-? GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY, IS THAT A BIG HONKIN' RECLUSE???"
Orange oils were the only thing even touched our roach infestation (Austin, TX, slumloard apartment), but it didn't work that much and, I cannot stress this enough.
It Killed My Cat. My baby. I've basically wanted to die every day since she died and I killed her (I know not really, it was my landlord who allowed the infestation and the lying eco-pesticide company that claimed it was safe for pets, but I will blame myself till I die.). she was 16-years-old and my baby and I'd had her for 2/3rds of my life.
Don't listen to people who tell you not to use real pesticides. They won't kill your dog if you use them responsibly. Orange oil, on the other hand, probably will and on top of that it will only be minimally effective.
Yeah see this is one of the things that frustrate me about so many people rolling up with solutions that are Mild at Best and Detrimental to the Residents at worse.
I am so so sorry that your cat died. That's awful. My dog is getting up there in age and I don't know what I'd do if she were to pass, I've had her since I was 10. Losing a pet is so so awful to experience. I'm sorry you blame yourself, in my opinion, you were horrifically misled and its the fault of the people who told you it'd be fine from a place of authority.
This is why I genuinely wish there was a real, effective, and safe alternative to pesticides. I know that pesticides are bad for human and wildlife health, but so far I'm not finding or being told any solutions that are effective, or feasible, or even realistic. Not to mention plenty I'm hearing aren't safe for pets and children.
This is seriously something we need to address, not just handwave away.
