Alterhumanity AMA

I've noticed that a lot of channels on YouTube who claim to be educators on therianthropy and general alterhumanity who get a lot of stuff wrong, so I've decided to take it upon myself to make a video of my own answering any alterhuman-related questions YOU (yes, you!) have!

So, after you've read the rest of this post, go ahead and drop your questions in the reblogs or replies! (long post warning)

Basic info about me and my involvement in the community if you don't know me: I've been in the alterhuman community for 5+ years (and knew I was alterhuman even before I found the community), and while that may not seem like very long, I've gathered a lot of information in my time here and consider myself to be pretty well-educated. I'm nonhuman and identify as a werecat, a shapeshifter, and Sydney Sargent (ch&t) fictionkin.

AMA info:

Ask me anything you want (within reason) as long as it's related to alterhumanity and fits the guidelines listed below. Please let me know how you want to be credited in the video when it's out (you can be anonymous if you want!) I'd prefer that you put your questions in the replies or reblogs, but if you want to you can also put it in my askbox, just please specify that your question is for the AMA.

i don't need you deciding what i should do and what is or is not healthy for me. i am not a pet. i am not my cat who i have to hide dark chocolate from because he loves it and doesn't understand that it's poisonous. i am a whole ass conscious and sentient being with an understanding of consequences and the ability to research and self-reflect on my own health. you don't get to decide what i do or don't call myself, you don't get to decide how i choose to understand myself, you don't get to decide who or what i am. fuck off.

i am a coyote. i will not stop being a coyote just because you decide to be a saneist asshole who thinks i can't assess risk for myself; instead, i will just fucking hate your guts and refuse to listen to anything else you have to say because you refuse to listen to me.
