Sup it's @ofstormsandfire at it again. Wanted to make a faller pokeblog and I promised myself that I would once I made it through Nanowrimo. Nanowrimo has been survived, and so now I'm starting up a new save file in a certain Pokemon game as Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower.

(Will update the OOC info once it becomes more obvious in-character, for now I'll leave it as a fun little mystery. Maria certainly doesn't know where she is~)

I'll happily tag things as necessary, just ask if you'd like something specific tagged for in future. That said, do be aware that Lady Maria is a Bloodborne character, and as such she will not be particularly fazed by things that would probably deeply disturb the vast majority of Pokemon characters. This is a character from what is functionally a death world suddenly in a world where things are considerably kinder, because I thought it would be funny and I just think she's neat. O7

Greetings, Rotomblr. My name is Franziska von Karma, international prosecutor. I am not of this world, though I have found myself here for some reason.

What I know:

I arrived in this world in a city called Castelia, in a region known as Unova, having woken up in an empty park tucked away between several buildings.

I am originally from a world where Pokemon do not exist. I am referred to as a Faller -- this is apparently the term for individuals who suddenly arrive from other dimensions.

Upon my arrival, a particularly curious, particularly pale Eevee came up to me and would not leave. It seems she wishes to go along with me. I have decided to name her Sayo.

According to a spiky-haired fool who reminds me of a particularly foolish spiky-haired fool back home -- two such fools, even -- Sayo is something they call a “Shiny Pokemon”, and such a quality is quite rare.

Beyond that... I have received the suggestion that I take on a "Gym Challenge" and train alongside Sayo. I do believe I will do that.

Hi, it's @ofstormsandfire again who decided... fuck it, we ball, Silver deserves her own account now that she's fully cracked that egg. And, well, the thing is. Four blogs was already too much. Five definitely is, apart from the fact that Silver isn't going to post all that much (probably) and she's mostly just here to mess with her rival, a grown-ass woman and a faller from a death world.

It'll be fine, probably, there's a reason I'm writing out this post in advance. You probably won't see it for at least a month lol.

Hey everyone, this is a pokeblogging rp blog for Fluttershy from MLP:FiM. She has no idea what pokemon (or humans) are and honestly, out of character I don't either because I've made it to nearly 30 without ever playing a pokemon game before now. At the recommendation of a good friend who's also into the pokeblogging scene here, I'm starting with Pokemon X.

In general the blog is typically lowish stakes and sfw, and I'm open to interaction with any other pokeblogs, Fallers or otherwise (just be nice and everything should be okay). Given the plot of Pokemon X, some higher stakes will occur occasionally when dealing with Team Flare. Tags "#mid stakes pokeblogging" and "#high stakes pokeblogging" will be used as appropriate.

Twilight Sparkle is also here, having Fallen into Kalos several months before Fluttershy. Others of the Mane Six have landed elsewhere in the pokemon world and have been mentioned, but have not appeared on the blog.

Headcanons / conventions taken with this timeline include:

All pokemon are sapient, but most cannot communicate in human language. Fluttershy's talent of speaking with animals carries over to pokemon as well.

Fluttershy is the equivalent of mid to late 20s in human terms, but the kids she meets are still kids, maybe mid teens or so.

Sometimes I take liberties with game mechanics in favor of writing something that makes more sense from a perspective of actually living in this world and seeing pokemon battles and such. This may include:

I will typically ignore the physical vs special distinction for moves, stats, and so on.

I will ignore the effect of Natures on stats.

I usually forget that Abilities exist, or at least ones outside of the usual STAB. I do know STAB and it makes sense to exist.

While types do exist, I consider the advantage factor to be less than the games' value of 2. Probably more like sqrt(2), so super effective moves do 141% damage and not very effective is 71%.

On some occasions, I may even ignore a type matchup if narrative reasons or simple common sense contradict the game logic.

If the game goes to such lengths to obscure the actual values of IVs and EVs from me, then screw it, they don't exist. Every pokemon has IVs that make it good at the things its species is meant to be good at.

In general, all this basically means I'm taking an approach closer to the anime than the games. I have no prior experience with either, I just want something that makes sense and doesn't require being Autisms Georg about pokemon just to run a blog.

Hello everyone! You can call me Fluff, after my old warrior skitty sona Fluffstep. I’m...not really sure what else to put here. Unovan-born, Sinnohan, and disabled. She/her pronouns please, TERFs are not welcome, and I’m something of a pan disaster. I like media analysis in my free time, and I’m a softie who wants to pet all the pokemon in the world, even the scary or dangerous ones. He's not wrong, I'm sure it will be hilarious, which is why I agreed to it.

So at the behest of a couple of friends, I've made this thing for what it's worth.

My name is Cooper Chevalier, and let's just get this out of the way now-- yes, I am, in fact, a Samurott. If you've heard about a Pokemon becoming a Trainer somewhere in the Johto region, that would be me. If you're wondering how or why this is even possible, then I guess I don't mind answering questions, but for now just know that the League had to make a few accommodations for me when I was first starting out and I've managed to take that all the way to the top and become one of the region's champions. Lance is still the guy running the Indigo Plateau, though--I mostly get called on to resolve issues in Kanto-Johto that he'd normally need to step away for. It's a nice little arrangement.

Anyway. I was convinced to make this by a friend in Galar, so I'm hoping this place is as good as they've made it out to be.

I'm also hoping that not having a Rotom won't bite me on the tail later... how the heck did those things become mainstream anyway--

EDIT: Saw a lot of people putting their Pokemon on these, too, and I'm finally sitting down and doing it. I could probably tell you about Shia and Pallas while I'm here but this should show up in the post they reblogged too so I can be lazy.

Anyway, here's my five mainstays-- they've been with me since near the start of my journey.

Mason (Gengar, M): Kind of a shy fella, but he's really loyal. Easily the partner I trust the most, and though I'm a bit sad to admit it, he's definitely gotten me out of a lot of sticky scenarios the painful way... I've been a lot more careful not to let that sort of thing happen since.

Sypha (Ampharos, F): Serious to a fault and speaks to the point. Proud of her power, but aware of her limits, though that doesn't mean she can't throw a mean Thunderbolt.

Juste (Togekiss, M): I raised him from an egg, and he's easily the most optimistic member of my team. He's also my ride around the two regions, usually, so props to him for carrying around a ~220 lb Samurott through the sky, ehehe...

Nora (Umbreon, F): Strong and steadfast, and fiercely devoted to her friends. She's usually serious, but she's got her playful side. Took a bit to warm up to me, though.

Katsuko (Dragonite, F): Hilariously, though I doubt she played any part in her upbringing, Katsuko is like if you took Clair's competitive spirit and put it in a dragon. Most eager to fight out of everyone, and was easily my second ace once she fully evolved.

Greetings, Rotomblr. I'm Revali, one of the Hyrule League's Elite Four, and more importantly I'm one of the first people to be permitted on this... "social media" thing that Professor Purah is trying out. Presumably, it will be opened to a wider audience eventually, so I might as well get this thing out of the way now.

I'm always up for a friendly battle, though if you'd like for me to go all out in one you're going to have to collect eight badges and make it to the Pokémon League first.

-I have been able to defeat every other member of the League in battle at least once, with the notable exception of the new Champion. (For now.)

The current ref-sheet of the fox you see. Capable of both feral and anthropomorphic forms. For the sake of this blog: Feral state will be the default in asks and such, but anthro can be shifted to upon request. It is not normal in reality for a Pokemon known to be quadrupedal to stand in a bipedal stance. The abnormal height of 4'0 in either form can be explained through Hisuian Alpha genetics.

You may be asking, who is this fox? What is a "Shinetales"?

The answer to that is simple. A "Shinetales" is an 'ascended' Ninetales, Kantonian or Alolan origin does not matter much. It is the species name Shine took for himself upon the ascension, given his shiny coloration. His typing is Fire/Psychic.

The details of his ascension are kept purposely murky, for there to not be an oversized pantheon of Mythicals and Legendaries. Shine's domain is that of Unity. Bringing people, Pokemon, and elsewise together, and standing against what may drive them apart.

Shine himself is a compassionate and caring individual, lending an ear or helping hand anytime he is capable of doing so. If you just need something soft to lay against while you vent your troubles, he will not mind in the slightest. Simply ask.

Do that let that completely fool you, however. He is a capable battler and fighter, and will staunchly stand up for his sense of right and wrong. Sometimes he is misguided, but his heart is always in the right place. He's just... not the best at tempering it.

Hello. My name is Maria—nothing more, nothing less. I am a Faller hailing from a place known as Yharnam, though I am currently in the Johto region. It is a less harsh place than what I am used to; I would not recommend requesting further information regarding Yharnam unless you are mentally prepared.

Out of a lack of anything better to do after falling here, I embarked upon the Gym Challenge. At the time of writing this, I bear seven of the eight Johtonian badges, and intend to attain the eighth as soon as I have recovered enough to travel.

As of less than a week ago, I have been Chosen as a champion of sorts by Ho-oh, a Pokémon with power tantamount to the gods of my former world. While I still have rather complicated feelings regarding the matter, the gods of this world are considerably kinder than those I am used to, and doing this allowed me to put an end to Team Rocket's machinations once and for all.

My team is as follows: Rakuyo (Meganium, X) Hunter (Furret, F) Molotov (Arcanine, M) Adeline (Gengar, F) Evelyn (Seadra, F) Eileen (Honchkrow, F)

Adeline, my Gengar, rather likes to steal my device and make posts for herself—she is considerably better with this world's technology than I, so I have no qualms with this—and her commentary can be found in purple.

Though this has thus far only occurred once twice thrice, Ho-oh has utilized this platform and blog to communicate directly with me and others before, and they have done so in bold orange text. They have recently adopted another name in addition to their first: Solaire.

A very angry child named Silver, who inexplicably decided to form a rather one-sided rivalry with a grown woman, is unlikely to be on the blog again given how much the anonymous masses of Rotomblr set back my progress in having a reasonable conversation with him. Sup, it's still @ofstormsandfire getting perhaps a little too invested in my silly little blog where I throw a Bloodborne boss into the world of pokemon. I really wanted to make a faller blog of some kind, and promised myself that I could if I survived Nanowrimo, and... then I did. And went well, alright, Lady Maria's going to have a great time in Johto!

(That was sarcasm. Though honestly even a terrible time in Johto is an improvement over what she's used to.)

Do keep in mind that Maria is in fact a Bloodborne boss and as such will be unfazed by things that would disturb the vast majority of characters. I'll happily tag things as necessary, just ask if I've missed something you would like tagged.

Here's some navigational tags for y'all. If/when I actually reach the conclusion of this blog's story maybe I'll make more.

#firebird arc: I smashed together the Radio Tower plot and the Ho-oh plot, made the Kimono Girls more relevant, and also ramped up the stakes a little. Called that because Ho-oh is a firebird and also I'm 90% sure there's a kind of rocket called the Firebird. I like puns. I also put way too much effort into this and I regret nothing.

#the vampire allegations: A couple of people made jokes about Maria being a vampire. Admittedly, she is from Cainhurst which is the closest Bloodborne gets to proper vampires, and I thought it would be really funny to have her be allergic to garlic for legitimately mundane reasons.

#rainbow wings: That time Ho-oh showed up on the blog specifically to tell Maria to take a break. Same tag is used whenever Ho-oh turns up. (It's been like three times now.)

#what's with this sassy lost child?: The Silver takeover. For some reason the last couple posts just aren't showing up in the tag despite being tagged with exactly the same thing, but he got Pelipper Mailed bad memories of his dad and promptly dipped.

#hints to the future: Bits of prose foreshadowing things to come, because I got really into that one ask game with the gears.

I'm Clive, a normal academy student. Nothing more, nothing less.

Welcome to my SICK web page. I am Clive, a student at Naranja-Uva academy. I will not be posting my age, because that's "mad sketch" and not a safe use of the internet. But using people's preferred pronouns is "lit", so I will say that my pronouns are he/him.

I have joined Rotomblr on the advice of some of my BOMBASTIC friends. Fellow young students. Apparently many academy students use this website to discuss daily goings-on at the academy. And which of you are going into the Great Crater (which is NOT BASED).

Oranguru is my "best bro". We have been together for many years, but not that many. After all, I am clearly still in my student years. I have met many other "cray-cray" Pokémon on my travels through Paldea, as you can see on my (clearly mistaken) trainer card. I would be happy to discuss them in "asks". Hello. You all asked for it. So @aceoflilies (you may also know me as humming-pokemon-helpers) presents: Clive. (Okay, he's pretty obviously Clavell, but he's trying.)

Mod Ace (she/him) is an adult (21), happy to interact with anyone via asks, reblogs, DM's, etc. Any notes from mod will be denoted with //, or //OOC.

I'll mostly stick to canon here, but happy to interact outside it. Planning to stay mostly low-stakes here, but who knows. Clavell is the director of the biggest academy in Paldea after all.
