[Y/n is on a date (not with Ingo) for the first time since she broke up with her crappy ex said ex won’t stop calling and texting her. So, she puts her phone on silent, much to Ingo’s churning as he’s been trying to reach her and make sure Y/n was alright.]

Waitress: Excuse me, are you [Y/n]?

Y/n: *worried* Yes?

Waitress: *holding out a cordless phone* I have a Ingo Trevithick on the phone here for you?

[Y/n notices the waitress looks REALLY uncomfortable, like she wondered if Ingo was Y/n’s boyfriend and Y/n currently cheating on him with some random man/woman.]

Y/n: *looks panicked* Oh, no! I turned off my ringer! He’s probably been trying to–! Oh, my Arc!” *takes phone* “I am SO sorry!”

Ingo: You’d better be. I haven’t met this person, I’m in Roshan City until tomorrow, and if you hadn’t answered the phone, you’d have a big scary biker gang showing up at the restaurant. I was going to send Charles to do a welfare check!

Y/n: Thanks, Ingo. That wouldn’t have been embarrassing at all.

Ingo: Leave your ringer on next time? I was worried.

Y/n: Aww, everything’s going fine. I’ll call you when I’m back at home.

[hangs up, awkwardly hands the phone back to the waitress]

Y/n: So… yeah… that’s the other roommate I was telling you about. The one who calls to check in with me on every date?

Date: Did I hear something about a biker gang?

Y/n: Yeah… his buddy Charles owns a biker-bar the next town over, and if he hadn’t been able to get ahold of me, he would have asked them to do a welfare check. Here. At the restaurant.

Date: That would have been fun...

{Y/n and her date had a good laugh and enjoyed the rest of their evening, they went on a few more dates later, but nothing really clicked between them. About a month after Y/n and Date called it quits, Ingo asked her out and they’ve been together ever since.]

the gym in our nearby Town doubles as a ground-type reserve that the trainers also pull from. that's so the level of the gym matches the trainer that's fighting it on a need-to-use basis. but at home she's got a Flygon and a Camerupt
