Bowser taking a stroll on his private beach with his lil queen, Princess Peach. Never got to post this here for Blacktober but here's my second piece of them.

A really funny Bowser fic would be that Bowser just tries to marry the first human he sees. We think he's only after Peach because we're in the Peach universe, and she's the first human he's ever seen and was like "okay I HAVE to marry that!"

But that's his response to the first human he sees, period.

Believe it or not, he's doing better in the Mario universe than the Peach universe. Bowser's worst luck is in the Daisy universe.

He's married in the Luigi universe.

(Luigi is the only one who getting kidnapped and serenaded with the cringiest love song ever would work on - there's literally never even a second kidnapping he just assumed it was a surprise date and that's how koopas show interest)

(Mario punches Bowser and rescues himself. He's flattered, but the song was too much)

(Daisy also punches Bowser but harder, and then she kidnaps him back in retaliation)

There's several fan works floating around with the concept of Bowser going into a nesting mode in certain circumstances (heat, mate/kids in danger, spells, triggers, etc...) and gathering his kids + loved ones in the nest and not letting anyone out as long as he's in a feral, not quite sentient state.

I love this concept from the bottom of my heart but also hear me out :

Bowser gathering his kids (logical), Peach (makes sense as well), Luigi (raises some eyebrows but it's not like he's a threat) AND Mario (????) inside the nest.

Everyone is very confused about that last one and no one will ever let Bowser live it down.

Anyway, this leads to the weirdest sleepover the entire gang ever had to endure.

Many heavy snorers were exposed that day.

Peach agrees to meet Bowser to actually negotiate a wedding.

Bowser shows up decked in his best wedding suit and vibrating from excitement but frowns and gets flustered at the sight of Mario and Luigi flanking Peach.

Peach : "The thing is, when I said before that I could not marry you, the issue was not only with you."

Luigi, between his teeth : "Yeesh, brutal."

Peach : "You see, despite my feelings for you, I can't just marry you because I wasn't alone when you proposed to me."

Bowser : *glares at Mario as he sees where this is going*

Peach : "So if you want to marry me, it can't only be me. You'll have to accept the-"

Bowser : "Fine, fine, I'll take the-"

"Three-"

"Two of you-WAIT what do you mean THREE ??!"

Peach and Mario point wordlessly at Luigi who does an awkward little wave. And despite the friendly smiles of the two others, Bowser gets suddenly hit by the awareness that if he says the wrong thing here and now, he won't have a shell tough enough to survive whatever happens in reaction.

So he accepts the offer. He feels like he's being scammed, because while he finally got Peach, he can tolerate Mario at best and what would he want with the Green Mario ?

Skipping to the wedding night (after the strangest wedding day ever witnessed in both Mushroom and Koopa Kingdom):

Bowser, laying on his bed, blushing, breathless and surrounded by three warm and sleepy humans : "Oh. Okay, I can get used to it after all."

I have something to say.

The name that comes first when smashing names together to get a ship name is the one who tops. This is common knowledge, right?

So, imagine, Bowser being all "Ha you're tiny and I'm gonna make you go weak in the knees" to Luigi, only to have Peach be tapping him on the shoulder like "so how's my little soft boy and his boyfriend been all day?" And he turns bright red.

(Bonus, Peach goes home with Mario and Mario says the cheesest thing ever and she is smitten.)
