I’ve refrained from being political on this site for a decade. I’ve never posted about current events.
But If you think what’s happening right now in Israel are heroic “acts of resistance” please unfollow me.
Over 3000 rockets were fired, innocent people are being held hostage and killed in their homes .hundreds were injured and there are dozens of confirmed dead. The stories are mortifying and I could go on.
I personally was woken up at 6:30 am from rocket siren, terrified since then. And I’ve had it better than a lot of people in my country. How was your Saturday morning?
This is inhumane, this is unprovoked violence and war. You can blame my government, but not kill innocent people and run around the streets, guns a-blazing .
Dropping a bomb on an ambulance is not heroic. Kidnapping innocent civilians into Gaza isn’t heroic.
I will block any hate messages. Don’t try me today

PRAY FOR ISRAEL
Tumblr media
Thank you to the IDF assisted by the US, UK, France and Jordan (!) for doing God’s work protecting Israel from Iranian missiles! Whether you're Jewish or not, please join us in praying for peace in the Holy Land! Psalm 121 is especially appropriate at this time. You can recite it out loud or in a whisper, but make sure to mouth every word with your lips.
Please God, protect Israel and the Jewish people and bring lasting peace to the world!
Amen

I saw a post a few days ago and it said something like, "I believe Isreal is the homeland of the Jews" (not exactly what they said, but that's what they meant) and the comment section was filled with unhinged pro Palestine's saying stuff like, "Oh, so you support genocide?? Kys" and I'm like ???? They said NOTHING about the "genocide" they only stated that they believed that the Jews were native to Isreal. Pro Israel's can literally say the most well thought out agruement, and pro Palestine's will be like, "nice, unfortunately, ur mom" and they think they're "helping" Palestine. Listen, I have nothing against helping the Palestinians, but haraassing random people on the internet? Not acceptable.
(Edit: I'm not saying that all pro Palastine's are unhinged, I follow two pro Palestine's on here and they're both very nice people.)

When you break into homes, slaughter children and their families, and perform the atrocities that hamas has been bragging about, you don’t have any moral high ground. It’s not even in sight.
My heart is breaking for Israel.

It is your voice that is likely to reach people who have not considered what Palestinian occupation really means.
And realistically, it is your solidarity that can help shift public opinion in the west.
Please watch Born in Gaza on netflix or motaz_azaiza on instagram 🙏🏼
