Getting out of my bummer

The last 2 weeks or so I've been in a bummer mood and I am not sure why; possibly due to not taking care of myself. I was just going to work, home to study, and then sleep. I wasn't eating right,I lacked motivation, overall I felt "sad." Wednesday was the day I cried in front of a resident and starting Thursday I decided to try and cheer myself up. I did my eyebrows Wednesday afternoon, did my hair Thursday, hung out with my friends Friday/Saturday, and started organizing my life Sunday. Today I will start a new workout schedule as the last one fell apart! I am feeling a ton better and I think I just needed to do the things that usually make me feel good.

I’m in a mixed feeling realizing how fast January went by. 🤎🤧 I can still remember myself back in late November last year, still ‘thinking’ if I should try journaling- wondering if this will help me be organized, more diligent, and more responsible, and now, I’m here getting better with my journaling skill. Lol. Kidding aside, in my almost a month of journaling, ngl that I’m still figuring out if journaling fits me or if it is really helpful especially that I’m getting busier with my premed life.
