last day in town! • the good news, I have stabilized my heart with herbs and finished last week’s to-do list. the not so great news, I have yet to finish packing. Oh we do this every time…. •
my run this morning was painfully slow because I felt the stunning shocks of my shins, I’m trying to not panic thinking shin splints but I am going to be tapering down and staying around 2.5-3mi for the next week and laying off of the daily cross training. I went to pilates yesterday and I believe it’s the culprit. the sub instructor is very over ambitious on the reformer with her class flow. I’m hoping that my few days of running on soft beaches will help. I also swapped to run the trails this morning in Central Park to ease my legs. • Vera is not pleased by seeing my luggage out.
