Marie Høeg, by Berg & Hoeg, ca. 1895-1903, from the Preus museum collection
"Marie Hoeg sits crossed-legged in her underwear, with her initials on the collar. Her hair is short, her gaze is strong, and the cigarette is dangling."

⠀ ⠀ SÃO MIGALHAS, ZENO ! ( 2/?)

(via Animals in the World - A Study of Aristotelian Biology by Pierre Pellegrin)
"While all his previous classic Greek biologists were either purely mechanists or formalists, he understood the true diversity of the animal world and formulated his theories with a more realistic outlook..."

The fact that there aren't any ingame jokes about Alex's weight blows my mind ngl. It would have been so easy for any of the characters to use it as an insult, especially Danielle as part of the voicelock, but nope she focuses purely on his flaws as a person, not his appearance. He's literally treated the exact same as the rest of the cast despite being the only fat character. No jokes or ribbing or insults about it, he's just a guy who happens to be fat. And on top of that, he's the most compelling and best written character in the game.

I thiiink it depends on college a lot, but at least since Im going to a traditional one i can speak for them.
Like at least where I am we receive all the material in PDFs you can easily print. There are tools like "I Love PDF" on your browser for whenever you need to rotate or cut those documents to your hearts desire. You can ask for books at the library and usually go to another place on campus to print them and I think I can print 250 pages a week For Free (but i have to bring the stack of paper).
La U is expensive, true, and also other costs like eating or finding a place to rent if you're moving elsewhere is Not Cheap at all, but yeah, there are things hat definitely need improvement. But... every single professor I know is kinda cool with us pirating, or at least with letting us know whats available at the library. They literally teach you how to use libgen or sci-hub for sources, they share translating tools. It's a bit more forgiving than it looks and also a lot of academics are uh, people too. With their own complaints about academia and such.
but also CAE is a bitch and it never covers everything so I still pay tuition :(
Wow first of all THANK YOU Fran for telling me all of this..!!!! Second of all college sounds as. Terrifying. as every aspect of "adulthood" sounds but it's great that it isn't as hard as some teachers here say it will be ^^; This is really motivating though!! I love piracy and I love pdfs and free educational material
EDIT:
YEAH. Stiiiill not sure what to study but at least there's people willing to help out there ! It's pretty scary but I'm still excited for college life
