Dreamed about OgCale and Rok Soo being roommates besties in a modern fantasy Earth AU—
Except the whole dream was OgCale swinging and humming in the kitchen, preparing a dessert as breakfast. Then he opened Rok Soo's door and threw a pillow at him, saying "WAKE UP, BITCH. THERE'S BREAKFAST"
Then the two of them had a quiet "Rok Soo's birthday" breakfast and fed a cat while recalling how they met.
Apparently Rok Soo was sitting in a bank outside a house/apartment complex? And OgCale came and told him no one sits there because the woman living in the store above likes to water her plants too much. Cue Rok Soo getting a whole bucket of water rain over him. OgCale then got him to come over to his apartment, which was nearby, to get him dry. I don't remember what he said exactly but we know the real reason is he's kind when he doesn't have to put an act.
Anyways, Rok Soo ended up staying for the night. Later they became roommates because OgCale's cat kinda adopted him, so OgCale decided he was fine. OgCale jokes about that a lot. So does Rok Soo, just most people don't notice he's joking. He calls the cat "Milky-nim".
#I'm pretty sure the apartment was at both their names#ogcale changed it to be that way after some time living together#bc he didn't want roksoo to feel like he could take away his home at anytime#it might had been his first but it wasn't really a home until he got used to feel someone else there#before that he felt like he could take his dog and milky and walk away at anytime and don't come back#rok soo is his bestie and kinda like having a sibling but without complicated external factors#—so he decided the best way was to make it so he legally owned the apartment as much as ogCale#can't remember why rok soo was sitting there. i think it had to do with his uncle doing something that put Rok Soo in trouble#despite not having seen the guy in ages. (ノ￣皿￣)ノ ⌒== ┫#rok soo was working part-time in some place that I'm sure was the company but in a less screwed world#but he was doing a sort of paid-intern/walking database job that had started as just damage control#and ogcale had a design company and was getting a title bc he likes to do stuff he enjoys#rok soo thinks he's a weirdo bc he only gets lazy about things he considers a bother (some people) or boring#and og cale thinks rok soo is the strange one bc he can go hours without doing anything and consider it the most fun “activity”#og cale#original cale henituse#og cale henituse#kim rok soo#lcf#lout of the count’s family#trash of the count's family#tcf#milky is short for milky way and he has white-stained black fur#he's really small and probably abnormal bc they both had seen him glow in the dark at some moment#the dog is a big girl and is called Balto bc she was really stubborn about being calle that

...but I feel like this is not just a "I'd have two nickels," situation, I think Renji really is the designated shouter for situations where everyone wants to stand around and do a two-page spread look cool. Is it because he won the All-Gotei Trash Talking Championship, or is this one of those things like tenteikura and opening senkaimon that are just traditional lieutenant duties? He's the only lieutenant present in the first situation. In the second, and in the second, he's the only lieutenant whose...captain is present?
He's also very tall and projects well. Ikkaku is also good at hollerin', but he this happens two panels later, so it's unsurprising that he's been banned from spokesperson duties:

Cats and Nasturtium Flowers~ something which was going to be a custom sticker sheet (for me to decorate my scrapbook with) until I realized that most sticker printing websites have like Actual Guidelines you're supposed to follow in terms of file type of the image and other things lol.. A nice picture then, I guess at least
#cats#flowers#nasturtiums#nature#I thought you could kind of just upload anything of any type. kind of like how you can print anything on a shutterfly bag/hat/etc lol#even if it's some low quality super pixelly badly sized jpeg or something.. but alas... anyhow...#Hrgh.... my lifelong battle (cannot freaking draw cats despite me being both a lifelong artist and lifelong cat lover...#I have been trying to draw cats since I was 5 years old and I still can't get the anatomy proper lol ToT#I mean like they're not TERRIBLE or anything but it just.... idk it lacks a certain charm I'm looking for. I see cat drawings that some#people do and go 'YES. that is a CAT'. like the shapes. I think it's similar to how like. sometimes you can tell whether someone#has been an artist for a long time by the Effort of their lines.. if that makes sense? There's sometimes a breezy almost sketchy#style that comes with an implication of 'this person has drawn this thing so many times that its become intuitive for them and takes them#like 2 seconds to smoothly dash out this shapely line with the perfect weight and movement' etc. etc.#Some of my art looks like that to me. But then my cats are like.. This Person Was Trying Very Hard To Draw A Cat lol#to ME at least. It probably doesnt seem that way on the outside. And maybe I'm just too deep into it. My love for cats is too profound. I#spend time daily observing them. No line I could ever produce with my mere mortal hands could replicate the unearthly perfection#of the feline form.. hrmph... ANYWAY lol...#so sad because i did really want to decorate my notebook with the nasturtium stickers... one of my favorite flowers..#I like the one sticker that's just the lumpy little green seed (what nasturtium seeds look like when they first ... uh.. exist? I guess the#seeds don't ''bloom''.. when they first ''appear'' maybe? A fresh seed. The ones you get in the store are like dried and brown#by then. But one of my nasturtium plants a few years ago plopped out a bunch of these fresh green little seeds and they're cute looking to#me... like a little wrinkled pea... my son...#oh my GOURSH I just looked them up to check whether I was remebering correctly... YES.... they are soo cute and cool... i love#nasturtium seeds hashtag my nasturtium seeds#Truly the most Perfectly Shaped in all ways flower that exists. leaves. petals. seeds. roots. ALL of it. Becoming deeply radicalized against the idea of crewed Mars missions, y'know how the Rovers keep sending back better and better data what if instead of that we made an even bigger one and devoted nearly 90% of its capacity to holding a guy in a bubble on top of it instead of sending back useful data, but wait! They'll eliminate like a half hour of latency and also almost certainly contaminate the landing site and possibly the entire planet, so it's not all downside.
#At least in the near term it's fucking pointless and the downsides are very large and very big#Quite frankly it is extraordinarily likely that the first people to arrive at mars will do so dead#Because they will have been sent by fucking idiots willing to take too large risks#But the good news is that the wreck will spread across and contaminate huge amounts of the martian biosphere#To the point that we will quite possibly never be able to discern the history of life on mars#But if they live at least they'll get to slightly reduce the latency on our telerobotic fleet!#And travel home with the samples I guess#Good thing Percy's tagging and bagging rocks that we just canceled the return trips for#At least once we fuck up the rest of the planet those will be sterile#Kinda still excited about Aritimis but also kinda becoming anti-human spaceflight in general#We should consider not doing that for a while and at most focus specifically on living on the moon in a controlled and limited fashion#Ground the whole fucking commercial fleet who gives a shit those capsules are both gonna get someone killed sooner rather than later#And it's not like we're learning a whole lot by having people on hand up there#They spend most of their time trying to keep the machines from falling apart#Which is the main thing people would be doing for three continuous years on the shortest possible mars mission#Like you could send a dozen rovers for the price of one crewed mission both mass and money-wise#And that's probably a lowball estimate even assuming more and more advances in rover technology#Which are happening a lot faster than the advances in life support technology#Right now we do not even have enough functioning space capsules at our low earth orbit space station#Starship HLS is a fucking joke#The whole thing reeks let's just stop sending people into space for a while what were we really getting out of it

I think she would go through so many emotions all at once. There's this burst of excitement because she realizes it might be Floyd's, but then she also remembers she fooled around with Jade in the Coral Sea and so there's that factor as well. So now she's sort of,,, deflated. T^T and then the initial giddy shock wears off and now she's just having her Shinji moment, reflecting on everything she's done.
Now everything makes sense. ^^;;; the uniform feeling too tight, being very hungry all the time, unbalanced emotions that feel so haywire, various food cravings, etc. Even Floyd's weirdness and Azul's strange comments make sense now. Of course Jade just smiles when she asks him if he knew. She's not sure if she should hit him over the head, cry, or laugh,,, or all in that exact order. In any case, a baby is on the way. Or, as Jade keeps joking about, twins. She's going to strangle him. >:(
