Update from @thesurestthing 's doctor (the same infectious disease specialist who cleared up my two-year foot infection): "It's possible that it is a benign cystitis or non-infectious cystitis but this ones rare. It's called interstitial cystitis. The more common one which I'm inclined to treat empirically is a UTI. Since the urine characteristic is a bit turbid despite no pus cells. It can still be possible that it is a viral UTI that can predispose you to a bacterial co-infection. I'll prescribe you a urinary antiseptic that you wil take for 5 days then let's observe if it will recur."
So the good news is we have a path forward!

"Fourth place is not bad."
A faint smile appeared on my face.
"Dude, what do you think about my ranking?"
Carlos' little boy jumps on my neck from behind.
"Fuck, I forgot you were pregnant."
He giggled with a glass of champagne in hand.
"Carlos, there's no problem, for example, I can't drink your champagne because it's alcoholic, but I'll ask to be released from the team and I'll drink it."
"I understand that you have a fetus?"
I laughed next to him and pointed to my stomach.
"Well, I still eat a lot, we're not very well, I was a bit underwhelmed with the blood test and the urine test, but if necessary, it's necessary."
"Up to what?"
"I don't know whether it's HBsAg or what, blood clot or pus or what, I seriously don't know."
,,Urine and pus once with me too..."
I leaned back and almost fell asleep when Loki started playing sexily with his fingers on my shoulder.
"Hello, dear, you're fine, it's a shame..."
"Don't worry, we're great friends!"
"Nothing..."
"Loki ohh!!!"
I jumped up, caressed him face sexily and we walked away.
"Were you thinking about sex?"
"Very baby"
I started biting his face and neck and pulled off the black T-shirt that he bought somewhere two years ago and has not been able to take it off my boyfriend since then.
"Lando, you need to make a statement."
,, Oh my Jesus, I've got it!!!! I'll be right over. Sorry not even."
I got the tiny microphone and had to speak again, while poor Loki had to say no to sex again.
Tumblr media
"Lando is ready."
"Loki... Are you sleeping?"
"Yes, I didn't just doze off so comfortably here."
I lied to him, he became quite rude from the present, and we were only going to go on a date to an elegant restaurant if his team doesn't invite him to a party again.
"No, not now, I'm not going, but Oscar, he's playing well."
He started fiddling with my hair and making big giggles at the same time, it was cute like that. I sat down on my lap and let him hold my face the way he likes really girlishly and not to touch his cell phone, we looked into each other's eyes and he also let him kiss me girlishly, I answered him with a really manly kiss, we did it for a good half a minute because they finally got us again but now it's not the bad ones, but a good sports photographer who was good-natured and asked if he could show it on his Insta page, we giggled and said yes and just continued the whole thing.
Tumblr media
Both Lando and my girlfriend watched the slobbery and tender smack they cut with Loki, it was clearly nauseating, as if they were fucking with their tongues.
"Lily, it's disgusting, it's fucking, I can't bear to watch it with my tongue."
"I know, but you were such a peasant that you lied that I said I could kiss you in peace, even though this is not true!!!! Huh? Are you bisexual?”
She started hitting me with her little red bag, which is like a purse, but it's very hard and painful, compared to how a girl can hit a lot.
"Well, I'm bisexual, but he kissed me, not him."
"Is my ex a cheater?"
"Uh, Ollie, the freak came to us. No, it wasn't just an idiotic kiss, believe me."
"I believe it, but what the hell is it?"
We wave to him partly because we were saying goodbye to him, he should go too because the track will be demolished if he doesn't expect more fines, on the other hand we are going to a party and he should come too.
"Hold on, I'll call you... Pick it up now... No, the tongue is stuck first."
Tumblr media
"MR Norris?"
Someone tapped me on the back, Loki and I only showed our middle fingers, because we didn't smack, to put it mildly, but I rode up and down his tail nicely, but we did it discreetly. Exactly the plug. It was because he didn't have a condom on by accident.
"Lando... It's over."
"Look, mine is also pure milk, please?"
I handed it to him and we started to lick my fingers together and we were still smearing while I even asked for Loki's milk and we licked it too.
"Mhh, this is delicious my heart."
"You tell me these two milks are the most delicious in the world!!!"
"Lando Norris is under arrest for public prostitution."
"Here you go??? But he's my boyfriend and we only had sex discreetly, does that fit into an engaged relationship????"
I burst into tears when they cuffed me and it hurt especially when they twisted my head backwards.
"I would refuse to say that we are an engaged couple, he has the ring on and is even pregnant."
"We're sorry, but what he did was not even recorded by the camera and photos were taken of him."
"Loki, please do something, anything, for the sake of the little one, but you started this shit, prove it, please!!!!!"
"You understand and understand everything... It would wait!!!! No, he didn't start it, it was me, whoever gets taken away from here today will be me, not him, he didn't do anything, he didn't order the hormones and that's all he wanted for sex."
I bit my lips, the handcuffs got tighter, they won't let go, I can feel them bending, but be careful and I'm in the police car. I started sobbing, I'm not like that, I've never done that, and now I'm done here, I would have gone to bed, but I saw the pictures, you shouldn't just sit with your back straight.
"Ten minutes and we're at the wheel."
"You guys are tight, he says it wasn't me, I just kissed him."
,,Says a gay prostiute”
"Let's not mess with my past, Jesus, it was the age and I needed the money for Formula 2, then Forumla 1, and after Covid, everything to do well with the sponsors."
I tilted my neck back and began to suck my mouth.
"Well, fake pregnancy buddy, we're here too, if you want to work in the profession again, drop this shit!"
"It's real, I'm seventeen weeks pregnant, screw me Holly and Jussy, that wasn't funny!!! Take me home, I have to change, I have a date with Loki."
"Not a boy will not get pregnant."
"Shut up and yes, I'm from Ollie."
"If it stays here on your ass or there is a tape on your mouth, on your butt, and on your hip, well, this is a kidnapping for millions of euros and it will stay here forever."
I stayed sitting on the chair, I knew what the fuck is going on, I'm giving birth to my little one in a place with no windows, competitions are questionable, friends, I should cancel and I may never see Loki again.

Appendicitis: Symptoms, Causes, Treatment, Foods to Avoid and Prevention
The appendix is a small, finger-like organ in the lower right abdomen. Connected to the large intestine, it plays a role in the digestive system, although its exact function is still a subject of study.
What is Appendicitis?
Appendicitis occurs when the appendix becomes inflamed, infected, or blocked, causing severe pain in the lower right abdomen. This condition requires immediate medical attention to prevent complications.
Common Causes of Appendicitis
Presence of bacteria, viruses, or parasites in the digestive tract.
Obstruction of the appendix by hardened stool.
Pus or abscess formation around the appendix.
Signs and Symptoms of Appendicitis
Dull pain near the belly button, moving to the lower right abdomen.
Increased pain with movement, coughing, sneezing, deep breathing, or touching the area.
Sudden, acute pain when the appendix is impacted by stool, potentially leading to rupture.
Symptoms of peritonitis, a severe infection, if the appendix bursts, including widespread abdominal pain.
Other Symptoms
Vomiting
Fever
Indigestion
Nausea
Swollen abdomen
Constipation or diarrhoea
Difficulty passing gas or excessive gas
Loss of appetite
Pain during urination or in the rectum, back, or other abdominal areas.
Foods and Appendicitis
While specific foods do not directly cause appendicitis, maintaining a high-fiber diet and proper hydration can help reduce the risk of gastrointestinal issues that may impact the appendix. Focus on overall good hygiene and health practices rather than individual foods.
Complications of Appendicitis
Appendicitis can lead to serious complications, including:
Ischemia and Necrosis: Severe swelling cuts off blood supply, causing tissue decay.
Gangrene/Perforation: Necrosis can lead to internal gangrene or rapid perforation.
Abscess/Phlegmon: Infection may be contained near the appendix, forming an abscess or phlegmon, which can rupture.
Peritonitis and Spreading Infection: Infection spreading into the peritoneal cavity can affect other organs and lead to septicemia, potentially causing sepsis and septic shock.
Diagnosis of Appendicitis
To diagnose appendicitis, a doctor will review your medical history and perform the following tests:
Urine Tests: To check for infections.
Blood Tests: To detect infection through elevated white blood cell count.
Imaging Tests: Ultrasound, CT scans, and MRI (especially during pregnancy) to assess internal organs and confirm appendicitis.
Treatment of Appendicitis
Immediate medical attention is crucial for appendicitis. If untreated, a burst appendix can lead to a fatal infection. Treatment typically involves removing the appendix through surgery:
Open Surgery: A single incision is made in the stomach to remove the appendix and any pus if it has burst.
Laparoscopic Surgery: Multiple small incisions are made to insert surgical tools and a camera, allowing for a minimally invasive removal of the appendix.
Home Remedies for Appendicitis
Appendicitis is a serious condition that requires medical treatment. However, after surgery, follow your doctor’s advice, which may include:
Taking prescribed antibiotics and pain relievers.
Getting ample rest.
Staying hydrated.
Engaging in light daily walks.
Avoid strenuous activities until cleared by your doctor.
Keeping surgical sites clean and dry.
Adjusting your diet as needed, especially if experiencing post-surgery nausea or constipation.
Recovery Time after Appendectomy
Recovery time varies based on whether the appendix has burst. A non-burst appendix typically allows for quicker recovery, while a burst appendix may require a longer hospital stay and antibiotic treatment.
Conclusion
While the appendix is a vestigial organ, appendicitis is a serious condition that requires prompt medical attention. Follow your doctor’s treatment plan and take the necessary precautions to ensure a smooth recovery. Understanding and Managing Kidney Disease
They are organs that resemble beans that are located in the kidney system. They're utilised in the human body by our bodies to eliminate waste through urine. They also assist in the filtration of blood before it reaches the heart.
Kidney disease
The body's ability to remove the excess blood water as well as purify it and aid in the regulation of blood pressure is all affected by the illness. It also affects the production of red blood cells and vitamin D metabolism which is vital for bone health.
Symptoms-
Nausea: Patients with a failing state are prone to nausea. The digestion process is significantly impaired by dysfunction, which causes the sensation of vomiting.
Swelling due to kidney failure: extra fluid is accumulated inside your body, creating swelling in your ankles, legs feet, hands and legs.
Urination problems: Kidneys produce urine, and when they're failing, your urine could change. It is possible that you will pee less often or in smaller amounts than average with darker-coloured urine. Urine could appear bubbly or foamy.
Fatigue: Toxins may build up in the circulatory system due to decreased function, resulting in fatigue or lack of energy.
Causes-
The two leading causes of kidney failure and disease are high sugar levels and high blood pressure.
Hyperglycemia, also known as increased blood sugar levels may be the result of uncontrolled diabetes. Regularly high blood sugar levels could cause harm to other organs, too.
Blood circulates through blood vessels more rapidly when you have high blood pressure. If not treated the extra force could cause damage to your kidney tissues.

Kidney treatment by homeopathy
Homeopathy is a highly effective and effective form of treatment for disease. This is an all-natural cure that tackles the root causes of disease. The homeopathic treatment for kidney disease is made of minerals and plants. It is a type of medication that patients of all ages can easily consume. Homoeopathic treatment will help you decrease the signs. Contrary to Allopathic Science, Homeopathy is less susceptible to ambiguity and has demonstrated results in treating the illness.
Kidney cyst
They are sacs filled with fluid that form within the kidneys. In most cases, small cysts do not cause problems or affect renal function. However, if they become too large, they could result in pain, infections and other signs. Simple cysts differ in comparison to polycystic disease-related cysts. Polycystic kidney disease is a genetic condition that causes cysts in the kidney, their growth and decreased functioning.
Symptoms-
The urine of a person is stained with blood.
The pain is between the pelvis and the back.
More often, you will need to urinate.
Abdominal pain
Urine that is dark
Causes-
Hernia: It's an intestine-related stomach problem. A renal cyst can develop because of the hernia's bulging and pain, or swelling indirectly.
Genetic factors The risk for patients is more likely to pass the disease to their children in the event of an ancestral background of kidney cysts.
Trauma: Renal cysts may be caused by physical injury to the kidneys or ureters, for example, those resulting from automobile accidents as well as bacterial infections and other diseases.
The development of non-functioning tissues can cause the formation of a renal cyst. The thin membrane that is inactive is rounded and filled with pus. It was in this tissue that a kidney cyst was formed.
Gallbladder disease: Renal cysts could be a result of gallbladder inflammation. According to a vast body of research data renal cysts are more frequent in those suffering from gallbladder diseases.
Kidney cyst treatment
The cysts that cause symptoms could need treatment, particularly when they hinder urine flow or blood flow to the kidneys. If managed by a skilled physician, homoeopathy can completely eliminate the cysts. The treatment of cysts with homoeopathy has successfully treated many of the most complicated cases. The treatment is not surgical and only natural Homeopathy medicines that are specifically customised to your needs to speed up recovery. When treating cysts, doctors consider the whole health and recommend homeopathic remedies for renal cysts. Naturally processed medicines are essential homoeopathic treatments that have no negative side consequences.

Question and answers
1. What is the best test method for the identification of typhoid fever?
The best test method for the identification of typhoid fever is blood culture.
Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection caused by the bacterium Salmonella typhi. It is a serious and potentially life-threatening illness that is primarily spread through contaminated food and water.
Symptoms of typhoid fever can include high fever, headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and rose-colored spots on the skin.
Blood culture is the most reliable test for the diagnosis of typhoid fever. During the test, a small sample of blood is collected and then incubated in a laboratory to see if the bacteria grow. It may take several days to get the results of a blood culture, and sometimes multiple samples may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Stool culture and urine culture may also be used to diagnose typhoid fever. Stool culture involves collecting a sample of stool and checking it for the presence of the bacteria that cause typhoid fever. Urine culture involves collecting a sample of urine and checking it for the bacteria. These tests may be useful in cases where blood culture is not possible or when the infection is in the early stages.
Serological tests, such as the Widal test, may also be used to aid in the diagnosis of typhoid fever. These tests look for antibodies to the bacteria in the patient's blood. However, serological tests can be less reliable than culture-based tests and should be used in conjunction with other diagnostic methods.
Overall, blood culture is the best test method for the identification of typhoid fever. However, a combination of tests may be needed to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other possible causes of the patient's symptoms.
2. What's FOB?
In medical terminology, FOB stands for "fecal occult blood" or "fecal occult blood test".
A fecal occult blood test is a type of medical screening test that detects the presence of hidden (occult) blood in the stool, which can be a sign of a variety of medical conditions, including colorectal cancer, polyps, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
The test involves collecting a small sample of stool and sending it to a laboratory for analysis. The laboratory then looks for the presence of hemoglobin, a protein found in red blood cells, in the stool sample.
FOB testing is commonly used as part of a routine health screening program for individuals over the age of 50, as well as for individuals with a family history of colorectal cancer or other risk factors for gastrointestinal bleeding. It is a non-invasive and relatively simple test that can provide valuable information about a person's health status.
3. What are pus cells?
Pus cells, also known as leukocytes or white blood cells, are a type of cell that is involved in the body's immune response to infections and other foreign substances.
Pus cells are typically found in pus, which is a thick, yellowish or greenish fluid that forms at the site of an infection. Pus is composed of a mixture of dead and living white blood cells, bacteria, and other debris.
When the body is fighting an infection, white blood cells are produced and sent to the site of the infection to attack and destroy the invading pathogens. As the white blood cells attack the pathogens, they can become damaged or destroyed, which can lead to the formation of pus.
In medical terms, the presence of pus cells in a bodily fluid or tissue sample is a sign of inflammation or infection. The number and type of pus cells present can provide valuable information about the underlying condition, and are often used to help diagnose and monitor infections, such as urinary tract infections, abscesses, and sepsis.
4. Bacteria are classified in to two groups base on their cell wall composition, name them.
Bacteria are classified into two groups based on their cell wall composition, which are:
1. Gram-positive bacteria: These bacteria have a thick layer of peptidoglycan in their cell walls, which makes them appear purple or blue when stained with a crystal violet stain and iodine.
Gram-positive bacteria retain this stain and do not lose their color when exposed to alcohol or acetone.
Examples of gram-positive bacteria include Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, and Bacillus.
2. Gram-negative bacteria: These bacteria have a thinner layer of peptidoglycan in their cell walls, which is surrounded by an outer membrane containing lipopolysaccharides.
Gram-negative bacteria appear pink or red when stained with crystal violet and iodine, but lose their color when exposed to alcohol or acetone.
Examples of gram-negative bacteria include Escherichia coli, Salmonella, and Pseudomonas. Gram-negative bacteria are often more resistant to antibiotics and immune system attacks than gram-positive bacteria due to the presence of their outer membrane.
5. What is Buffer solution ?
A buffer solution is a solution that can resist changes in pH when small amounts of acid or base are added to it.
It contains a weak acid and its corresponding conjugate base or a weak base and its corresponding conjugate acid.
The buffer solution works by neutralizing any added acid or base through a chemical reaction that converts the added species into a less harmful form, thus maintaining the pH of the solution.
Buffers are important in many biological and chemical processes, as well as in laboratory experiments where pH control is required.
6. What is the role of kidney in hematopoiesis?
The kidney does not have a direct role in hematopoiesis, which is the process of blood cell formation.
However, the kidney produces a hormone called erythropoietin (EPO) that stimulates the bone marrow to produce red blood cells.
When the kidney detects a decrease in oxygen levels in the blood, it releases EPO into the bloodstream, which then travels to the bone marrow and triggers the production of red blood cells.
Therefore, the kidney indirectly supports hematopoiesis by regulating the production of EPO.
7. What is the principle of the creatinine test?
The principle of creatinine test is to measure the levels of creatinine in blood or urine samples. Creatinine is a waste product that is produced by muscles and is filtered out of the body by the kidneys. The test measures the amount of creatinine present in the sample to determine how well the kidneys are functioning.
The creatinine test works on the principle of the Jaffé reaction, which involves the reaction of creatinine with a chemical called picric acid in an alkaline medium. This reaction produces a yellow-orange color, which is proportional to the amount of creatinine present in the sample. The intensity of this color is measured using a spectrophotometer, which calculates the concentration of creatinine in the sample.
The creatinine test is an important diagnostic tool used to evaluate kidney function, as high levels of creatinine in the blood or urine can indicate decreased kidney function. It is often used in conjunction with other tests, such as blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR), to assess kidney health.
8. What is the principle of the Gram Stain test?
The principle of Gram stain is a laboratory technique used to differentiate bacterial species into two main groups: Gram-positive and Gram-negative. The technique is named after Danish bacteriologist Hans Christian Gram, who developed it in 1884.
The principle of Gram staining involves the following steps:
1. A bacterial sample is spread on a microscope slide and allowed to dry.
2. The slide is then flooded with crystal violet, which stains all bacterial cells purple.
3. Next, a mordant (usually iodine) is added, which helps to fix the stain in place.
4. The slide is then washed with a decolorizing agent (usually alcohol or acetone), which removes the stain from some bacterial cells.
5. Finally, a counterstain (usually safranin or fuchsine) is added, which stains the decolorized bacterial cells a different color (usually red or pink).
The resulting coloration of the bacterial cells is dependent on the structure of their cell walls. Gram-positive bacteria have a thick layer of peptidoglycan in their cell walls, which holds onto the crystal violet stain even after decolorization, causing them to appear purple. Gram-negative bacteria have a thinner layer of peptidoglycan, which is surrounded by an outer membrane containing lipopolysaccharides. This outer membrane is dissolved by the decolorizing agent, causing the crystal violet stain to be removed from the cells, so they appear red or pink after being counterstained.
The Gram stain is widely used in microbiology to identify bacterial species, as well as to determine their antibiotic susceptibility. It is a simple and inexpensive technique that can quickly provide valuable information about bacterial cells.
9. RDW Calculation Formula
RDW stands for Red Cell Distribution Width, which is a measure of the variation in red blood cell size. It is usually reported as a percentage. The RDW calculation can be done using the following formula:
RDW = (Standard deviation of RBC volume / Mean corpuscular volume) x 100
In this formula, the standard deviation of RBC volume refers to the variation in the size of the red blood cells, while the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) refers to the average size of the red blood cells. The result of the calculation is multiplied by 100 to express the RDW as a percentage.
The RDW calculation is typically done as part of a complete blood count (CBC) test. A high RDW value can indicate a wide variation in red blood cell size, which can be a sign of certain medical conditions, such as anemia or vitamin deficiencies. However, it is important to note that a high RDW value alone is not diagnostic of any specific condition and should be interpreted in conjunction with other clinical findings and test results.
10. Why do males have more blood than females ?
Males do not necessarily have more blood volume than females. The amount of blood in a person's body is determined by various factors, including body size, weight, and muscle mass. On average, adult males are larger and have more muscle mass than adult females, which can result in a slightly higher blood volume.
However, studies have shown that the difference in blood volume between males and females is relatively small, with males having only about 5-10% more blood volume than females. This difference is not significant enough to have a major impact on overall health or physiological processes.
It is also important to note that blood volume can vary widely between individuals, regardless of gender. Factors such as hydration status, medical conditions, and medications can all affect blood volume. Therefore, it is not accurate to generalize that males have more blood than females.
11. What does hematology mean?
Hematology is the branch of medicine that deals with the study of blood and blood disorders.
It includes the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases related to blood, such as anemia, leukemia, hemophilia, and other blood clotting disorders.
Hematologists are medical doctors who specialize in the field of hematology and work in hospitals, clinics, and research centers. They use various laboratory tests and imaging techniques to diagnose and treat blood disorders.
12. Which medicine is best for stomach pain?
The best medicine for stomach pain depends on the cause of the pain.
If your stomach pain is due to indigestion, over-the-counter antacids like Tums, Rolaids, or Maalox can help provide relief. Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) like omeprazole or esomeprazole can be effective in reducing stomach acid production and relieving acid reflux.
For stomach pain caused by inflammation, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen or naproxen can be effective. However, NSAIDs should be taken with caution, as they can cause stomach ulcers and other digestive problems. I
f your stomach pain is severe, persistent, or accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever, it's important to see a doctor to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.
13. Its possible for the offspring to have A different blood group Apart from their parents?
Yes, it is possible for offspring to have a different blood group from their parents. The ABO blood group system, which is the most common blood group system, is determined by the presence or absence of antigens on the surface of red blood cells. These antigens are inherited from the parents, with each parent contributing one of two possible alleles (A, B, or O) to their child.
However, the ABO blood group system is not the only factor that determines blood type. There are other blood group systems, such as the Rh system, which can also affect a person's blood type. In addition, genetic mutations and variations can occur during the formation of the egg and sperm cells, which can result in an offspring having a different blood type from either parent.
It is also important to note that blood type inheritance can be a bit more complex than simple Mendelian genetics, so it is possible for a child to have a blood type that appears to be different from both parents, but can be explained by the inheritance of multiple alleles.
14. What is the best method for maleria parasite identification?
The best method for malaria parasite identification is through microscopic examination of blood smears. This involves staining a thin blood smear with a special stain, like Giemsa stain, and then examining it under a microscope for the presence of the malaria parasites. This method can help identify the species of the parasite, as well as the stage of infection.
Another method for malaria parasite identification is through rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs). These are immunochromatographic tests that detect specific malaria antigens in the blood. RDTs are easy to use and do not require specialized equipment, making them useful in remote areas where access to laboratory facilities is limited.
PCR (polymerase chain reaction) is another method for malaria parasite identification. PCR can detect very low levels of the parasite's DNA in the blood, and can be useful in cases where the parasite is present in very low numbers or is difficult to detect using other methods.
However, microscopy remains the gold standard for malaria parasite identification, as it is reliable, inexpensive, and widely available.
15. What is the difference between CYST OVA and TROPHOZOITE of parasites?
The best method for malaria parasite identification is through microscopic examination of blood smears. This involves staining a thin blood smear with a special stain, like Giemsa stain, and then examining it under a microscope for the presence of the malaria parasites. This method can help identify the species of the parasite, as well as the stage of infection.

However, microscopy remains the gold standard for malaria parasite identification, as it is reliable, inexpensive, and widely available.
16. A new born baby high WBC and billirubin what reasons?
A high white blood cell count (WBC) in a newborn baby can indicate several things. One possible reason is that the baby is fighting an infection, as the body produces more white blood cells to fight off invading pathogens. However, other factors such as stress, inflammation, or certain medications can also contribute to a high WBC count.
A high bilirubin level in a newborn baby can indicate a condition called jaundice. Jaundice happens when there's too much bilirubin in a baby's blood, which can cause yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes. This condition is common in newborns and usually goes away on its own within a few days. However, severe jaundice can be dangerous and requires medical attention.
It's important to note that a high WBC count and high bilirubin levels in a newborn baby can have many possible causes, and they may not necessarily be related. It's best to consult with a pediatrician for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
17. If Elisa is positive and PCR is negative what does it mean?
If Elisa is positive and PCR is negative, it means that the person has been exposed to the virus and has developed antibodies against it, but the virus is not currently present in their body at the time of the PCR test.
This could happen if the person was infected in the past and has since recovered, or if the initial Elisa test was a false positive.
However, it's important to note that the accuracy of both Elisa and PCR tests can vary, so additional testing and consultation with a medical professional may be necessary to confirm the results.
18. What is the principle of Blood urea Nitrogen Test test?
The blood urea nitrogen (BUN) test is a common laboratory test used to measure the amount of urea nitrogen in the blood. Urea is a waste product formed in the liver when the body breaks down proteins, and it is excreted from the body through the kidneys.
The principle of the BUN test is based on the fact that urea nitrogen is present in the blood in a relatively constant ratio to the level of urea in the urine. The test measures the amount of nitrogen in the blood that comes from urea. A blood sample is taken and the level of urea nitrogen is measured in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) of blood.
The BUN test is often used to help diagnose kidney problems, as the kidneys are responsible for filtering urea and other waste products from the blood. A high BUN level may indicate that the kidneys are not functioning properly, while a low BUN level may indicate liver disease or malnutrition.
However, it is important to note that a high BUN level can also be caused by other factors, such as dehydration, heart failure, or gastrointestinal bleeding, so the test is typically used in conjunction with other tests to make a diagnosis.
19. What are the parasites: found in sputum?
There are several parasites that can be found in sputum, including:
1. Lung flukes: These are parasitic flatworms that can infect the lungs and cause symptoms such as coughing, chest pain, and shortness of breath.
2. Ascaris lumbricoides: This is a type of roundworm that can infect the lungs and cause symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and fever.
3. Strongyloides stercoralis: This is a type of roundworm that can infect the lungs and cause symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.
4. Cryptosporidium parvum: This is a parasitic protozoan that can infect the lungs and cause symptoms such as coughing, chest pain, and shortness of breath.
5. Toxoplasma gondii: This is a parasitic protozoan that can infect the lungs and cause symptoms such as coughing, chest pain, and fever.
It's important to note that finding parasites in sputum is not common and usually indicates a serious infection. If you suspect you may have a parasitic infection, you should seek medical attention from a qualified healthcare provider.
20. What is the meaning of DNA?
DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid. It is a molecule that carries genetic information and instructions for the development, functioning, growth, and reproduction of all living organisms.
DNA is composed of four different nucleotides: adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine (T), and the sequence of these nucleotides determines the genetic code that is unique to each individual.
DNA is located in the nucleus of cells and is responsible for passing on genetic traits from one generation to the next through the process of replication and cell division.
21. How do we prepare 100% normal saline?
It is not possible to prepare 100% normal saline because the term "normal saline" refers to a specific concentration of salt in water that is isotonic to human body fluids, which is 0.9% NaCl (sodium chloride) solution.
However, if you need to prepare a solution of 0.9% NaCl, you can follow these steps:
Measure out the desired amount of sterile water. This can be done using a graduated cylinder or a volumetric flask.
Weigh out the appropriate amount of NaCl (sodium chloride) using a balance or scale.
Dissolve the NaCl in the sterile water, stirring until it is completely dissolved.
Check the final solution's concentration using a refractometer, which measures the solution's refractive index.
It is important to note that the preparation of any solution intended for medical use should be done in a sterile environment using sterile equipment to avoid contamination.
22. What is the end point of decalcification?
The endpoint of decalcification refers to the point at which all the calcium ions have been removed from the tissue sample being decalcified.
Decalcification is a process used to remove calcium deposits from hard tissues, such as bone or teeth, in order to prepare the tissue for further study or processing. The endpoint is typically determined by monitoring the progress of decalcification using periodic testing methods such as X-ray, histological staining, or chemical indicators.
Once the endpoint is reached, the tissue is considered fully decalcified, and it can be processed for further analysis or embedding in paraffin for histological sectioning. It is important to note that over-decalcification can cause tissue damage or loss of antigenicity, so it is crucial to monitor the process carefully to ensure that the endpoint is not exceeded.
23. What if the pH of urine is 7.0, is it acidic, alkaline or neutral?
If the pH of urine is 7.0, it is neutral.
The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14, with 7 being the midpoint that represents a neutral pH. A pH value below 7.0 indicates acidity, while a pH value above 7.0 indicates alkalinity.
Normally, the pH of urine in healthy individuals ranges from 4.5 to 8.0, with an average of around 6.0. However, the pH of urine can vary depending on factors such as diet, medication use, and certain medical conditions.
In general, a pH of 7.0 is within the normal range and is not usually a cause for concern. However, if a person's urine pH consistently falls outside the normal range, it may indicate an underlying medical issue that requires further evaluation and treatment.
24. What are epithelial cells in Urine?
Epithelial cells are cells that line the surfaces of the body, including the urinary tract.
When present in urine, they may indicate inflammation or irritation of the urinary tract, or contamination of the urine sample with cells from the genital area.
The presence and number of epithelial cells in urine can be used to help diagnose and monitor urinary tract infections, kidney disease, and other conditions.

There is very little in the medical/veterinary world that phases me anymore.
But birds are so freaking weird
Tumblr media
This is what avian (and by extension, reptile) cells look like. Which is very different from human/mammal cells.
Luckily most of the time, it's just looking at chicken blood samples that farmers get sent to us. But very, very rarely, something called a lash egg is sent in. I cannot even fully describe to you what the hell a lash egg is, only that one first glance it looks like a tumor and would probably be more fitting for histology than a primarily diagnostic lab, but.
But that's because it's not a tumor. It's a lump of chicken pus and discharge that builds up in a chicken's ovaries and is eventually expelled. Therefore, it ends up in our territory because uh WBCs.
I don't know why I'm so bothered by it, because my job is to work with stuff the body produces. Blood, urine, abscess drainage.... I practice proper PPE and procedures. I know I'm being protected from the gross aspects of these things. But the chicken pus sack was a bridge too far, I guess
It's so gross but luckily I've only encountered it once so.... that's good? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Bacteria in Urine ☞Bacteriuria is the presence of bacteria in the urine and can be classified as symptomatic or asymptomatic.
1- In asymptomatic bacteriuria, large numbers of bacteria are present in the urine. However, the person has no symptoms of a urinary tract infection (asymptomatic means without symptoms). It is not clear why the bacteria don't cause symptoms. It may be that asymptomatic bacteriuria is caused by weaker (less "virulent") bacteria. The condition does not always need to be treated.
➜this problem occurs if you:
Have a urinary catheter in place
female
pregnant
Have long-term diabetes
Have recently had a surgical procedure in your urinary tract
*It affects women more often than men.
2- Symptomatic bacteriuria is associated with an infection in the urinary tract, usually by a single organism. Lower urinary tract infections (UTIs) include cystitis and prostatitis, and upper UTIs include pyelonephritis and pyonephrosis. Most UTIs are considered to be simple or uncomplicated because they occur in healthy, non-pregnant women.
*E. coli is the most common pathogen associated with UTIs.

يفضل فحص العينة خلال ساعة لتجنب تضاعف عدد البكتيريا
يجب أخذ العينة من ال Mid-stream

Are you suffering from the problem of creatinine in the blood ? If yes, this is the right place to cure your kidney problem.
For kidney patients, Ayurvedic kidney disease treatment has always been beneficial. The Ayurvedic system of medicine focuses on overall health gain and maintenance with the use of healthy living tips instead of handling the symptoms of the diseases. Toxins removal, blood pressure removal, acid-base balance, management of solutes, and water transport in the body is managed by Kidneys. Therefore kidneys are the important organs in the human body. Ayurveda science is beautiful, as it provides a personalised treatment process designed for every individual. Ayurveda always works to cure the disease and always aims towards restoration of the health of damaged body organs. Herbal preparations are used to purify the system and then enhance the functioning of the body organs.
Now, ayurvedic principles are used worldwide for treating various kidney related diseases such as urinary stone, kidney failure, kidney infections, high creatinine levels etc. The treatment process in Ayurveda comprises following the right diet, lifestyle modifications along with the ayurvedic medicines.
Ayurveda approaches all diseases differently. Ayurveda is the science of life. The causes of kidney diseases are associated with the rakta or medha dhatu which eventually vitiates the Vata, Pitta or Kapha dosha. This vitiation of doshas creates kidney diseases. To treat the disease system purification and pacification of these doshas is necessary and ayurveda always works for it.
In Ayurveda, a group of diseases, also inclusive of kidney disorders are considered as Prameha. It includes clinical conditions of obesity, prediabetes, diabetes mellitus, and metabolic syndrome.
Ayurvedic management of these kidney disorders have shown promising results. Prameha is a Tridosh Vyadhi and occurs due to predominance of Kapha.
Ayurveda is amongst the best options to cope up with kidney related disorders in a natural manner.
As per ayurveda, urine flow into or out of the kidneys occurs through Mutravaha srotas (channels carrying urine) and any blockage in these srotas results in improper functioning of the kidneys. The blockage of srotas creates kidney related disorders. Toxins start accumulating in the body when kidneys are not able to clear them from the blood. This improper functioning of kidneys creates imbalance of electrolytes and hampers red blood cells production. It is usually seen that the process occurs silently and the signs and symptoms are identified later.
At times unknowingly we promote the factors that cause kidney damage and alter its functions. Few mistakes are listed below:
 Alcohol and tobacco addiction
 Controlling the urge to urinate
Drinking  improper amount or cold water
 Excess salt intake
Excessive intake of coffee, tea, cold drinks
High protein intake- pulses, non-veg products
Lack of vitamins and minerals
Cardiac disease, liver problem, paralysis, TB and psoriasis etc
Sleep disorders
 Polycystic kidney disorder
Unprescribed and excess  use of painkillers, drugs, antibiotics etc.
Any kind of addiction or inclusion of above mentioned factors in your daily life leads to damaging the kidneys.
Kidney diseases manifests through the following signs and symptoms:
Bad breath-smell in breath
Blood in urine- hematuria
Burning micturition or Dysuria
Urine-pigmentation
Difficulty in breathing while walking
Early tiredness/lethargy
High blood pressure-Hypertension
Irritability in behaviour
Itching on body
Loss of appetite or Nausea
Proteins or Pus in the urine
Puffy face on waking up in the morning
Taste of the mouth changes
Tingling in the body-specially calf muscles and feet
Vomiting
With every passing day, kidney diseases are increasingly becoming a cause of concern  worldwide. Use of natural herbs, lifestyle management can have an effective impact on kidneys and can treat chronic kidney disease naturally. There are various ayurvedic medicines available for creatinine treatment:
1. Punarnava: It has anti-inflammatory action along with curative effects on kidney disease. It reduces the accumulation of the fluids in kidneys thus cures creatinine problems. It also treats oedema of feet and joints.
2. Varun: Another powerful ayurvedic medicine used for creatinine treatment. It works to remove all the kidney ailments. It helps to improve urinary function and also provides strength to the prostate gland. It also prevents stone formation in kidneys. It is also helpful for other health ailments like intestinal bleeding, intestinal worms, and chronic migraines. It is considered a very effective ayurvedic medicine for creatinine problem
3. Kaasni: Kaasni is a wonder drug for all kidney ailments. It also has anti-inflammatory actions. This herb helps in relieving the inflammation in the kidneys. It is also helpful in respiratory troubles, chronic constipation, and for treating low haemoglobin also. It is also considered as a miraculous medicine for creatinine treatment in Ayurveda.
4. Palaash: When considering ayurvedic medicines for creatinine problems, palaash is considered as the best herb. It is used in all kidney problems. It is used to treat decreased liver functioning, if it is causing damage to kidneys. It has antimicrobial and anthelmintic action that eliminates the intestinal worms and parasites too.
5. Gokshur
Gokshur has cooling effects; it relieves inflammation and treats chronic kidney disease naturally. Gokshura is helpful in treating renal infections. It is also helpful in enhancing the immunity of the body.
Few dietary and lifestyle changes are also found helpful.
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption
Avoid seafood-rich source of sodium
Controlled consumption of sodium
Blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels should be in control
Low potassium intake
Low protein consumption. Check and avoid foods having high protein content
Fried, fatty food should be avoided.
Your health should be your top priority. Therefore, it must be taken into consideration that the use of the above mentioned herbs is not recommended without proper medical supervision. Know your creatinine.
